Transport
TransportationfromRomeAirporttotheofficialhotelandthereturnjourneyis
onlyguaranteedifflightinformationisprovidedintheregistrationsystemingood
timeandpriortothedeadline.Transportationfromtheofficialhoteltothevenues
forathleteswillbeaccordingtothecompetitionprogramme.

Conditions
For delegations (athletes, coaches, officials, supporters) reserving the
accommodationpackage,thepricesareasfollows*:
§ EUR130foraTripleroompernightperperson(verylimitedcapacity)
§ EUR150foradoubleroompernightperperson
§ EUR170forasingleroompernightperperson(limitedcapacity)
This price includes full board accommodation, local transportation from/to the
eventandshuttlefrom/toRomeInt.AirportFiumicino.
Delegations wishing to arrange their own accommodation must pay an
accreditation fee per participant (athlete, coach, or official) to the LOC. The
amount of the Accreditation fee is set at 75 EUR per day per person with a
minimumpaymentof4days(300EUR).Forthis,wewillprovidelunchpacketsfor
the competition days and allow access to official transportation between the
competitionofficialhotelandcompetitionsites.
ByFebruary19,2016,anon-refundable30percentdepositmustbesenttothe
LOCafterwhichyouwillreceiveaninvoicefortheremainderofthetotalcostfor
yourdelegation.
The different cost will be pay ONLY by BANK TRANSFER 10 (ten) days before
delegationsarrivals(March18,2016)

submitted, including flight information, pistol serial numbers, accommodation
bookings,etc.by18March2016.Anychangesafterthismustbesentbyemailto
theorganiser.
Followingclosureoftheregistrationsystemon18March2016,aNFmustenter
thecompetitionwithatleastonepentathlete/teamperconfirmedgenderorMix
Relay.Anyfailuretotakepartafterhavingsenttheirfinalentrieswillpayafineof
600EURtotheUIPM.

Ifwedonotreceivecompleteinformationofyourdelegationpriortoclosureof
theregistrationsystemorwedonotreceiveyourDelegation’sdepositpayment,
thenwewillconsideryourdelegationasnon-participating.
AthletesareonlyallowedtoparticipateinUIPMsanctionedeventsiftheyarein
possession of a valid Athletes License. Registration is not possible without a
LicenseNumber.Ifanathletedoesnothavealicensetheywillnotbeallowedto
takepartinthecompetition.
YouareremindedofRule1.12.1ii):Pentathleteswithoutridingabilitylistedinthe
databaseandwithoutaletterfromtheirNFconfirmingtheirabilitytoridemay
competeatWorldCupcompetitionsinthequalificationfortheFinal,butifthey
qualify for the Final, must relinquish their place to the next placed pentathlete
qualifiedriderfromtheirgroup.
According to UIPM Rules all members of attending delegations should insure
themselvesincaseofaccidentalinjuryorillness.Theorganiserwillnotacceptany
responsibilityfinancialorother,foranyloss,injuryorillnessofanymemberofthe
delegation.

(cylindersforthelaserpistols)intoItalyforcompetitionpurposes.So,pleasenote
