Director of Economics Department, Second University of Naples (SUN). Professor of
Business Economics and Management at Second University of Naples (SUN).
STUDIES AND POST-GRADUATE COURSES
In 1978 (September-November term) I participated in the English language
improvement programme for international students and attended foundation courses
in Economics and Management at Boston University – Massachusetts
Graduated in July 1983 from the Faculty of Economics and Commerce at the
University of Naples Federico II. The degree thesis was entitled: "New technologies
in news publishing: management costs, organizational issues and development
prospects". Supervisor: Prof. Sergio Sciarelli. Mark obtained: 110/110 with distinction
September 1986: attended the Teacher Training Course for Young Lecturers
organised by the Italian Academy of Business Economics
September 1987: attended the Course on Research Methodology organised by the
Italian Academy of Business Economics
UNIVERSITY ACTIVITY
From 1983 to 1993 lectured and did research for the Chair of Business Economics
and Management at the Faculty of Economics at the University of Naples Federico II
From 1988-1991 lectured on Techniques of market research and general distribution
at the Parthenope University of Naples
From 1993 to 1999. Assistant professor at the Department of Business Studies and
Research at the Economics Faculty of Salerno University
From 1996 to 1999 taught Marketing (Market analysis) at the Economics Faculty of
