PROJECT SUMMARY
Project Leadership for employability is a 7 days intensive and innovative training
course on leadership. It aims to foster quality of youth work and social activeness
through providing a group of young leaders from various countries with practical
skills in leadership as well as to enhance multicultural approach and exchange of good
practices related to innovative youth projects. It is also important that the TC will
equip the participants with the key competences useful not only in the social work but
also on a job market.
In the TC there will be 32 participants aged 18-30 with basic leadership experience
and high motivation to learn.
TRAINERS
Andrew Hadley – Graduated on Oxford
Univeristy, CEO of Momentum World CIC.
Always been interested in other languages and
cultures, and have lived and worked in many
different countries. As British Council director
in Macedonia he created the Blue Sky network
and several other innovative international
youth projects and summer schools. His believe
in the power of international exchange and
intercultural learning to change lives.
Michal Braun - president of the Volunteer Center
Association and board member of Polish National
Youth Counicil and Polish National NGO Federation.
Michal gained his experience working with kids in
India, youth in USA and students and prisoners in
Bolivia. He has delivered many training in Poland but
also in UK and France. His passion in working with
young leaders and helping them to achieve their goals.
Paul Oxborough - Creative Director of
Momentum World CIC. Paul has worked as a
trained Youth & Community worker,
professionally qualified in 1992. Since then he
have used innovation and technology to push
the boundaries in youth work in order to
make projects educational, empowering and
inclusive. He set up a successful film training
company in 2000 and is a founding Director
of Momentum.

METHODS
Training will be facilitated using methods of non-formal education and
experimental education including – aikido, minfullness and special taks. Part of
the programme is based on involving participants is practical challenges.
Participants will also have a chance to meet ngo and political leaders.
VENUE
Training course will take place in the capital of Poland – Warsaw. Particpants will stay
in a hotel in a suburban district well connected with the city center.
COSTS
Organisers provide participants with 100% travel costs reimbursement up to a limit
stated below, accommodation, food including one dinner out it the old town of
Warsaw, sightseeing challenge and training materials.
Since the training is held by trainers from UK and Poland and it is organized in a
capital city there is a participation fee.
FEE – 60 EURO paid during the training
IMPORTANT – The fee can be lowered to 30 EUR for one person from the group if
such person is a young leader with fewer opportunities. More info via e-mail – decision
