RAILCUT è la linea specialistica di GLOBE progettata per
il taglio professionale di rotaie
ferroviarie.
Altamente equilibrati e dotati di elevata capacità di penetrazione e raffreddamento, i troncatori RAILCUT
consentono un taglio estremamente
veloce, dritto, preciso e “freddo”.
Grazie a queste caratteristiche
i troncatori RAILCUT hanno
superato i test più severi ed impegnativi delle più importanti
compagnie ferroviarie del mondo e vengono utilizzati in molti
paesi.
La linea di troncatori RAILCUT
include le famiglie RAILCUT I
(qualità standard) e RAILCUT II
(top di gamma).
RAILCUT I è la versione standard
classica e di alta qualità: la miscela
al corindone offre un taglio veloce e
preciso con un consumo moderato.
RAILCUT II è la novità GLOBE.
Frutto di un lungo lavoro di ricerca,
dell’impiego delle materie prime più
avanzate e performanti, nonché di
centinaia di prove condotte su differenti modelli di rotaia. RAILCUT II
è “the state of the art” per il settore.
RAILCUT II offre un taglio del
30% più veloce, garantendo un
taglio freddo senza surriscaldamento del metallo.
Il taglio è perfettamente diritto e
preciso, mentre la durata è circa
doppia rispetto ai migliori dischi presenti sul mercato.
Come tutti i prodotti GLOBE, le
nostre mole rispettano i più severi
standard di sicurezza (EN12413)
e vengono testate lotto per lotto
secondo il disciplinare OSA per

RAILCUT line includes RAILCUT I
discs (standard quality) and RAILCUT II discs (top range).
RAILCUT I is the standard basic version of high quality discs:
the corundum mixture provides
a fast and precise cut, with a
moderate consumption.
RAILCUT II is the new arrival
in GLOBE wide product range.
Resulting from a long research
study, the use of the most advanced and performing raw materials as well as of hundreds of
tests conducted on different types
of rail, RAILCUT II is “the state of the art” in this sector. The
cut provided by RAILCUT II
is 30 % faster preventing the
metal piece from overheating.
