Introduction
1. The present Terms and Conditions (hereby referred to as “the Terms”) govern all actions in respect of the
Rebate Plan Promotional Offer, (hereby referred to as “RP Offer”), whereby eligible clients of Depaho Ltd
operating under the brand name of FXGM (www.fxgm.com) (hereby referred to as “the Company”), will
be rewarded with a Rebate when trading FX, CFDs and Commodities on these accounts.
2. In order to participate in the present RP Offer, you must agree to the present Terms. By accepting the RP
Offer you unconditionally acknowledge that you have read, understood and intend to be legally bound by
these Terms as well as the general terms and conditions that apply to your trading account as those can
be found on FXGM’s website at www.fxgm.com.
3. The Company is a regulated investment firm, registered under the Cyprus Securities and Exchange
Commission (CySEC) (www.cysec.gov.cy), under the license no. 161/11.
4. The Company reserves the right to amend, withdraw or restrict any of the present Terms or the whole of
the RP Offer at any time after notifying its clients by posting the modified Terms on the FXGM website
(www.fxgm.com). Upon such change and in case you do not wish continue using the Bonus, you may
contact customer support in order to request it to be removed.
5. It is recommended that you always read the relevant Terms and Conditions before you accept to receive a
Bonus from the Company.
Definition/Interpretation
6. Definition of the Spread: The difference between the bid (sell) and ask (offer) prices.
Conditions of Eligibility
7. This RP Offer is valid from 01/01/2016 until 31/12/2016.
8. RP Offer is available to clients who are opening a new trading account with the Company according to
the Account Types that appear on the Company’s website at http://www.fxgm.com/FinancialProducts/Account-types.
9. The RP Offer is available only on the PROfit trading platform.
10. The promotion is valid only for clients with “Platinum” and “VIP” PROfit accounts (as can be seen on the
Company’s website http://www.fxgm.com/Financial-Products/Account-types).
11. For clients opening a new account with the Company, they must:
a. Be eligible to become a client of the Company;
b. will be accepted as a client.

12. The Company bears no responsibility if delays are occurring by the client in providing the Company with
the required documentation to pass full compliance. The Company is not liable under any circumstances
for applications that are not received for any reason by the Company.
13. The promotion is valid for the first deposit of €5,000 (Euro five thousand) or more.
14. The RP Offer is not transferrable.
15. The rebate calculation is based on a monthly period (starting from the first day to the last day of the
calendar month).
16. The Rebate will be transferred to the account within 7 (seven) business days after the end of the month.
17. A Client participating in this promotion is not entitled to participate in any other promotion of the
Company, existing at the time.

18. The Company will issue all participating clients a Partial spread Rebate. The Terms and Conditions for

19. When a client reaches the next level, the new percentage will be calculated retroactively based on the
payable spread that was paid since the beginning of the month.
Withdrawal
20. The rebate is a withdrawable equity and the funds are available to be withdrawn upon client’s request
according
to
the
Service
Terms
and
Conditions
(http://www.fxgm.com/Documents/Depaho_FXGM_Terms-and-Conditions).
21. In case the client’s trading account has been closed by the Compliance Department due to a material
breach of the Company’s Terms and Conditions, the rebate will be removed from the client’s Trading
Account.

22. The Company reserves the right, in case a client withdraws prior to completion of the trading Rebate
volume, to remove or adjust the Rebate.
General Conditions
23. In the event that a client is not coming in good faith and the main activity of the trading account is not
for trading but rather for hunting the Rebate, the Company, reserves the right to reverse the trading
transactions and close the trading account of the client after having notified him.
24. In the event that a client is not coming in good faith and the deposit requested as per paragraph 13
above is being achieved mainly for obtaining the rebate and is then withdrawn after receiving the
rebate, then the Company, reserves the right to adjust or close the account accordingly.
25. All Terms and Conditions of this RP Offer are essential and binding.
26. All Terms of this RP Offer shall be governed by the laws and regulations of the Republic of Cyprus.
27. Any disputes arising out or in connection with the present RP Offer shall be exclusively settled by the
Courts of the Republic of Cyprus.

Programma di Rimborso Termini e Condizioni
Introduzione
1. I presenti Termini e condizioni (da qui denominati ‘i Termini’) regolano tutte le azioni riguardanti l’
offerta promozionale del programma di Rimborso (da qui denominato Offerta RP) del quale posonno
beneficiare i clienti idonei di Depaho Ltd, operante con il marchio FXGM, (www.fxgm.com) (‘La
Società ’) e che saranno premiati con uno sconto quando operano su FX, CFD e materie prime.
2. Al fine di partecipare alla presente Offerta PR, è necessario accettare le presenti condizioni. Accettando
l'offerta PR, incondizionatamente si riconosce di aver letto, compreso e l'intenzione di essere
legalmente vincolato da questi termini, nonché i termini e le condizioni generali che si applicano al
vostro conto di trading, come quelle che si possono trovare sul sito web di FXGM a www.fxgm.com.
3. La Società è una società di investimento regolamentato, registrata presso CySEC (CySEC)
(www.cysec.gov.cy), con licenza n. 161/11.
4. La Società si riserva il diritto di modificare, revocare o limitare qualsiasi dei presenti Termini o l'intera
offerta PR in qualsiasi momento dopo aver informato i propri clienti inviando i termini modificati sul
sito FXGM (www.fxgm.com). Su tale cambiamento e nel caso in cui non si desidera continuare a
utilizzare il bonus, è possibile contattare l'assistenza clienti per richiedere di essere rimosso.
5. Si raccomanda di leggere sempre i termini e le condizioni rilevanti prima di accettare di ricevere un
bonus da parte della Società.

11. Per i clienti che intendono aprire un nuovo conto con la Società, devono:
a. Essere idonei a diventare un cliente della Società;
b. saranno accettati come clienti.
12. La Società non si assume alcuna responsabilità in caso di ritardi che si verificano dal cliente nel fornire
alla ottenere Società la documentazione necessaria per la piena conformità. La Società non è
responsabile in nessun caso per le applicazioni non ricevute per qualsiasi ragione da parte della Società.
13. La promozione è valida per il primo deposito di €5.000 (cinquemila Euro) o più.

14. L'offerta RP non è trasferibile.
15. Il calcolo di rimborso si basa su una periodicita’ mensile (a partire dal primo giorno fino all'ultimo

19. Quando un cliente raggiunge il livello successivo, la nuova percentuale sarà calcolata retroattivamente
basato sul spread che è stato pagato dall'inizio del mese.
Prelievo
20. Il rimborso è capitale estraibile ei fondi sono disponibili per essere prelevati su richiesta del cliente in
base ai Termini e Condizioni di Servizio. (http://www.fxgm.com/Documents/Depaho_FXGM_Termsand-Conditions).
21. Nel caso in cui conto di trading del cliente sia stato chiuso dal Dipartimento Compliance a causa di una
violazione sostanziale delle Condizioni Generali della Società, il rimborso verrà rimosso dal conto di
trading del cliente.
22. La Società si riserva il diritto, nel caso in cui un cliente si ritira prima del completamento del volume di
sconto di trading, per rimuovere o limitare lo sconto.
Condizioni generali
23. Nel caso in cui un cliente non sia in buona fede e l'attività principale del conto di trading non è la
negoziazione, ma piuttosto per la caccia di Rimborso, la Società, si riserva il diritto di annullare le
operazioni di trading e chiudere il conto di trading del cliente dopo averlo notificato.

24. Nel caso in cui un cliente non sia in buona fede e il deposito richiesto di cui al paragrafo 13 si sta
utilizzando principalmente per ottenere lo sconto e viene poi ritirato dopo aver ricevuto il rimborso, la
Società, si riserva di conseguenza il diritto di modificare o chiudere il conto.
25. Tutti i termini e condizioni di questa offerta RP sono essenziali e vincolanti.
26. Tutte le Condizioni di questo RP Offerta saranno regolati dalle leggi e dai regolamenti della Repubblica
di Cipro.
27. Eventuali controversie derivanti da / o in connessione con il presente Offerta RP saranno risolte
esclusivamente dai Tribunali della Repubblica di Cipro.

Introduction
1. Les présentes conditions générales (ci-après dénommées « les Conditions ») régissent toutes les actions

éligibles de Depaho Ltd, exploitant son activité sous la marque FXGM (www.fxgm.com) (ci-après
dénommée « la Société »), seront récompensés par une remise lorsqu’ils tradent le Forex, les CFD et les
matières premières sur ces comptes de trading.
2. Pour participer à l’Offre PR, vous devez accepter les présentes Conditions. En acceptant l’Offre PR, vous
reconnaissez sans réserve avoir lu, compris et entendez être légalement tenu par ces Conditions, ainsi que
les conditions générales applicables à votre compte de trading, affichées sur le site internet FXGM
www.fxgm.com.
3. La Société est une société d'investissement réglementée, immatriculée à la Cyprus Securities and
Exchange Commission (CySEC) (www.cysec.gov.cy) sous le numéro de licence 161/11.
4. La Société se réserve le droit de modifier, retirer ou limiter les présentes Conditions ou l’ensemble de

14. L’Offre PR n’est pas transmissible.

19. Quand un client a atteint le prochain niveau, le nouveau pourcentage est calculé rétroactivement en se
basant sur le spread exigible payé depuis le début du mois.

20. La remise est un capital retirable et les fonds sont disponibles pour être retirés à la demande du client,
conformément
aux
conditions
générales
des
services

21. Dans le cas où le compte de trading du client est clôturé ou suspendu par le service de conformité en
raison d'une violation importante des conditions générales de la Société, la remise est supprimée du
compte de trading du client.
22. Dans le cas où un client effectue un retrait avant d’atteindre le volume requis relatif à la remise de
trading, la Société se réserve le droit de supprimer ou d'ajuster la remise.

23. Dans le cas où un client n’est pas de bonne foi et que l'activité principale du compte de trading n'est pas
le trading mais plutôt la chasse aux remises, la Société se réserve le droit d’inverser les transactions de
trading et de clôturer le compte de trading du client après l’en avoir notifié.
24. Dans le cas où un client n’est pas de bonne foi et que le dépôt demandé, conformément à l’article 13 cidessus, est principalement effectué afin d’obtenir la remise, et qui est ensuite retiré après le versement
de la remise ; dès lors la Société se réserve ainsi le droit d’ajuster ou de clôturer le compte.
25. Toutes les conditions générales de cette Offre PR sont indispensables et contraignante.
26. Toutes les Conditions de cette Offre PR sont régies par les dispositions légales et réglementaires de la
République de Chypre.
27. Tout litige résultant de la présente Offre PR, ou en rapport avec cette dernière, est réglé dans les
tribunaux de la République de Chypre.

Introducción
1. Los presentes términos y condiciones (de aquí en adelante referidos como “los Terminos”) gobiernan
todas las acciones en respecto a la Oferta de Plan de Descuento (de aquí en adelante referida como
“Oferta PD”), en la cual clientes cualificados de Depaho Ltd que opera bajo la marca FXGM
(www.fxgm.com) (de aquí en adelante referida como “la Empresa”), serán premiados con un Descuento
cuando operan Forex, CFDs, y Materias en sus cuentas.
2. Para participar en la presente Oferta PD, tiene que estar de acuerdo con los presentes términos. Al
aceptar la Oferta PD usted reconoce incondicionalmente que ha leído, entendido, y tiene intención de
estar legalmente vinculado por estos Términos y también por los Términos y Condiciones Generales los
cuales corresponden a su cuenta de operaciones y que se pueden encontrar en el sitio de FXGM en
www.fxgm.com
3. La Empresa es una Empresa de Inversiones Regulada, registrada bajo la Comisión De Bolsas y Valores
Chipriota (CySEC) (www.cysec.gov.cy) bajo la licencia con el número 161/11.
4. La Empresa se reserva el derecho de Modificar, retirar, o restringir cualquiera de los presentes Términos o
entera la Oferta PDF a cualquier momento después de notificar a sus clientes con la publicación de los de

11. Para clientes que estén abriendo una nueva cuenta con la Empresa, estos clientes deben:
a. Ser aptos para convertirse en cliente de la Empresa:

12. La Empresa no tiene responsabilidad si ocurren retrasos por parte del cliente en proporcionar a la
Empresa la documentación requerida para que pase completamente el cumplimiento. La Empresa no es
responsable bajo ninguna circunstancia para aplicaciones que no sean recibidas, por cualquier razón,
por la Empresa.
13. La promoción es válida por un primer depósito de €5,000 (Cinco Mil Euros) o más.
14. La Oferta DP no es transferible
15. El calculo del Descuento se basa en un periodo mensual (comenzando del primer día mes y terminando
en el último día del mes de calendario)
16. El descuento se transferirá a la cuenta dentro de 7 (siete) días laborables después del fin del mes.
17. Un Cliente que participa en la promoción, no tiene derecho a participar en cualquier otra promoción de

19. Cuando un cliente llegue al próximo nivel, el Nuevo porcentaje será calculado retroactivamente, basado
al spread que ha estado pagando desde el principio del mes.
Retiro
20. El descuento es equidad retirable y los fondos están disponibles para que se retiren con la recepción de
una solicitud del cliente de acuerdo con los Términos y Condiciones de Servicio.

21. En caso de que la cuenta de operaciones del cliente ha sido cerrada por el Departamento de
Cumplimiento debido a un incumplimiento de los Términos y Condiciones de la Empresa, el descuento
será eliminado de la Cuenta de Operaciones del cliente.
22. La Empresa se reserva el derecho, si un cliente retira antes de la finalización del volumen de
operaciones del Descuento, a quitar o ajustar el Descuento.

Condiciones Generales
23. En el caso de que un cliente no viene en buena fe y la actividad principal de su cuenta de operaciones
no es operar sino buscar el Descuento, la Empresa, se reserva el derecho de revertir las transacciones
de las operaciones y cerrar la cuenta de operaciones del cliente después de haberlo notificado.
24. En el caso de que el cliente no viene en buena fe y el depósito requerido de conformidad con párrafo 13
se finaliza con afán principal de obtener el descuento y, al recibirlo ya se retira, entonces la Empresa
reserve el derecho de ajustar o cerrar la cuenta consiguientemente.
25. Todos los Términos y Condiciones de esta Oferta de Descuento son esenciales y vinculantes.
26. Todos los Términos de esta Oferta de Plan de Descuento serán gobernadas por las leyes y las
regulaciones de la República de Chipre.
27. Cualquier disputa proveniente o en relación con la presenta Oferta PD será exclusivamente asentada
por los Cortes de la República de Chipre.

Wprowadzenie
1. Niniejszy Regulamin (niniejszym określane jako "Warunki") regulują wszelkie działania w związku z

Przyjmując RP ofertę bezwarunkowo potwierdza, że przeczytał, zrozumiał i zamierzają być prawnie
wiążące niniejszych Warunków, a także z ogólnymi zasadami i warunkami, które stosują się do konta
handlowego jak te można znaleźć na stronie internetowej pod adresem www.fxgm.com.
3. Spółka jest regulowany firma inwestycyjna, zarejestrowana pod Cyprus Securities and Exchange
Commission (CySEC) (www.cysec.gov.cy) pod nr. 161/11.
4. Spółka zastrzega sobie prawo do zmiany, wycofania lub ograniczenia któregokolwiek z niniejszych
Warunków lub całej ofercie RP w dowolnym czasie po zgłoszeniu swoich klientów, zamieszczając

11. W przypadku klientów otwierających nowe konto ze Spółką , muszą one:
a. Kwalifikować zostać klientem Spółki;

12. Spółka nie ponosi żadnej odpowiedzialności w przypadku opóźnienia występujące przez klienta w
dostarczaniu Spółce wymaganej dokumentacji do przekazania pełnej zgodności . Spółka nie ponosi

20. Rabat jest wyplacalny oraz fundusze są dostępne mają być wycofane na życzenie klienta według

21. W przypadku rachunku handlowego klienta został zamknięty przez Departament Zgodności z
powodu istotnego naruszenia Warunków Spółki, rabat zostanie usunięty z konta handlowego klienta.
22. Spółka zastrzega sobie prawo, w przypadku odstąpienia Klienta przed zakończeniem objętości
rekompensacie handlowego do usunięcia lub wyregulować rekompensacie.
Ogólne warunki
23. W przypadku, gdy klient nie przychodzi w dobrej wierze, a główną działalnością rachunku

Introduktion
1. De nuvarande villkoren (nedan kallat “Villkoren”) reglerar alla åtgärder gällande Rabattplan
Kampanjerbjudande (nedan kallat “RP Erbjudandet”), varvid berättigade kunder hos Depaho Ltd
verksamt under varumärket FXGM (www.fxgm.com) (nedan kallat “Bolaget”) kommer att belönas med
en rabatt när de handlar FX, CFDer och råvaror på dessa konton.
2. För att kunna delta i det nuvarande RP Erbjudandet , måste du godkänna de nuvarande villkoren.
Genom att godkänna RP Erbjudandet erkänner du ovillkorligt att du har läst, förstått och avser
att vara juridiskt bunden till dessa Villkoren såväl som till de allmänna villkoren som gäller för ditt
handelskonto, vilka du kan finna på FXGM’s hemsida: www.fxgm.com.
3. Bolaget är ett reglerat värdepappersföretag, registrerat hos Cyprus Securities and Exchange

11. För kunder som öppnar ett nytt konto med Bolaget så måste de:

12. Bolaget bär inget ansvar om förseningar förekommer som är orsakade av att kunden när det
gäller tillhandahållandet av nödvändig dokumentation som behövs för att bli godkänd av Bolaget.
Bolaget ansvarar inte under några omständigheter för ansökningar som inte mottagits av någon

16. Rabatten kommer att överföras till kontot inom 7 (sju) arbetsdagar efter slutet av månaden.

19. När kunden når upp till nästa nivå, kommer den nya procenten bli beräknad retroaktivt baserat på den
betalda spread som betalats sen början av månaden.
Uttag
20. Rabatten är uttagsbart kapital och tillgångarna kan tas ut på kundens begäran i enlighet med
servicevillkoren (http://www.fxgm.com/Documents/Depaho_FXGM_Terms-and-Conditions).
21. I händelse att kundens handelskonto har stängts av Compliance-avdelningen på grund av ett väsentligt
avtalsbrott gentemot Bolagets villkor, kommer rabatten att bli borttagen från kundens handelskonto.
22. Bolaget förbehåller sig rätten att, i händelse att kunden gör ett uttag innan fullbordandet av
handelsrabattvolymen, att ta bort eller justera den tilldelade rabatten.
Allmänna Villkor
23. I händelse att kunden inte handlar i god tro och att den huvudsakliga aktiviteten på
handelskontot inte är handel utan att erhålla rabatten, förbehåller sig Bolaget rätten att
omvända handelstransaktionerna och stänga kundens handelskonto, efter att ha meddelat
honom/henne om detta.

24. I händelse att kunden inte handlar i god tro och att den begärda insättningen enligt paragraf 13 ovan
uppnås främst för att erhålla rabatten och att den sedan tas ut efter att kunden har erhållit rabatten
förbehåller sig Bolaget rätten att justera eller stänga kontot i enlighet därmed.
25. Alla Villkoren för detta RP erbjudandet är nödvändiga och bindande.
26. Alla Vilkoren gällande RP erbjudandet ska regleras av Republiken Cyperns lagar och förordningar .
27. Eventuella tvister som uppstår av eller i samband med det nuvarande RP erbjudandet ska
avgöras av domstolar i Republiken Cypern.
