4. PROCEDURA DI EMERGENZA / FALLBACK PROCEDURE
In caso di problemi al sistema informatico che non consentano la sottomissione delle offerte, l’Utente può richiedere
assistenza all’Amministratore d’asta. La richiesta di assistenza, con l’indicazione dettagliata del problema riscontrato,
dovrà pervenire via fax al numero 0039.06.8165.5810 o via mail al seguente indirizzo: [email protected]. Tale
richiesta deve pervenire almeno 15 minuti prima dell’ orario di chiusura dell’invio delle offerte sopra indicato; qualsiasi
richiesta pervenuta oltre tale scadenza non verrà presa in considerazione.
Qualora si renda necessario, a seguito di problemi di tipo informatico, l’utilizzo di un’apposita procedura di emergenza,
l’amministratore d’asta informerà gli Utenti sulle modalità di sottomissione delle offerte. Tali informazioni verranno
notificate a mezzo mail e, se possibile, attraverso la procedura informatica d’asta.
In case of problems in the IT system, impeding the bid submission, the User may ask assistance to the Auction Operator.
The request of assistance, containing a detailed description of the noticed problem, must be sent to the fax number
0039.06.8165.5810 or to the email address [email protected]. Such request must be received at least 15 minutes
before the above mentioned closing hour for submission of bids. Each assistance request coming after this deadline will not
be taken into account.
If, in case of IT problems, a general fallback procedure is needed to run the auctions, the Auction Operator will inform the
users about the modalities to submit the bids. Such information will be notified by email and, if possible, by means of the
Auction tool.

Le quantità vendute ed il prezzo marginale sono pubblicati sul sito Terna nella sezione Sistema Elettrico>Mercato
Elettrico> Import/Export entro il giorno 22/12/2010 alle ore 19.00.
The Allocated Capacity and the Marginal Prices are publish on Terna website in the section Electric
System>Import/Export no later than the 22/12/2010 at 19.00.

TEMPISTICHE PER LA CONTESTAZIONE DEI RISULTATI / TIME LIMIT FOR
CONTESTING RESULTS
L’utente può contestare i risultati d’asta entro e non oltre il giorno 23/12/2010 alle ore 19.00*. L’esito della contestazione
verrà comunicato all’Utente entro il 24/12/2010 alle ore 19.00*.
The User may contest the Auction Results no later than 23/12/2010 at 19.00*. The answer to the
claim is sent to the User no later than 24/12/2010 at 19.00*.
* Se la data su menzionata si riferisce ad un giorno non lavorativo, si fa riferimento al giorno lavorativo successivo.
* If the time limits specified above, fall to a non-working day, these time limits are switched to the next working day.
6. UTILIZZO DEI PTR ACQUISITI / USAGE OF AWARDED PTRs
Per poter utilizzare i PTRs acquisiti nell’asta, il titolare di PTR e/o la sua Controparte devono nominare a Terna e al TSO
confinante secondo le modalità definite nelle Auction Rules 2011 e nelle Congestion Management Rules 2011.
In order to use the Physical Transmission Right awarded in the Auction, the PTR holder and/or his Counterparty must
nominate to Terna and neighbouring TSO according to the modalities defined in the Auction Rules 2011 and in the
Congestion Management Rules 2011.
7. INFORMAZIONI COMPLEMENTARI / ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Per poter presentare le offerte l’Utente deve essere abilitato alla partecipazione al meccanismo di allocazione come
specificato nelle
“Access Rules to France-Italy, Switzerland-Italy, Austria-Italy, Slovenia-Italy, Greece-Italy
Interconnections for the year 2011” relative all’interconnessione in oggetto.
La terminologia utilizzata nelle Specifiche d’Asta e che inizia con la lettera maiuscola è definita nelle regole su menzionate.
Tutte le ore fanno riferimento all’ora locale di Roma
In order to submit the bids, the User must be enabled to the participation to the allocation mechanism as specified in the
“Access Rules to France-Italy, Switzerland-Italy, Austria-Italy, Slovenia-Italy, Greece-Italy Interconnections for the year
2011”, in relation to the interconnection to which this Auction Specification refers.
The terms used in the Auction Specifications and which begin with a capital letter are defined in the above mentioned
Rules.
All Hours refer to Rome local time.
8. COMMENTI / COMMENTS
Il prodotto è disponibile per tutto l’anno 2011 ad eccezione del mese di Agosto.
