used for immediate relief of TMJ. One Minute Mouth Guard Technique:
Instructions:
1. Check Tray in Mouth for Fit
2. Drop Tray into Boiling Water for Excatly 15- 20seconds
3. Quickly Remove Tray and Shake Off Excess Water
4. Place it in to the mouth, ( only one - upper or lower - on each process )
5. Bite Into Tray , close mouth and massage cheeks pressing towards your teeth , helping mold the device
6. Stay without opening for 3 minutes
