COMPOSITION
La MATTEI S.p.A. - Divisione Energia – si colloca al vertice nel settore della
produzione dei gruppi elettrogeni per l’avanzata tecnologia e per le soluzioni
che è in grado di offrire. Presente da decenni sul mercato dei motori diesel
e loro applicazioni, la produzione Mattei, completa e diversificata, si basa
sull'esperienza di tecnici altamente specializzati e su maestranze che
operano con impianti computerizzati e macchinari d'avanguardia nel
moderno stabilimento di Vimodrone (Ml). I prodotti Mattei sono
commercializzati in Italia e all'estero: un servizio assistenza è dovunque
assicurato dalla Mattei tramite la sua rete di agenzie. Il servizio è garantito in
tempi brevi nell’arco delle 24 ore, in ogni periodo dell’anno.
Thanks to the advanced technology and to the technical solutions it can offer,
MATTEI S.p.A. – Energy Division, stands out in the field of generating sets
production. In the market of diesel engines and their applications since some
decades, MATTEI manufacturing program is complete and diversified: it is
based on the experience of highly skilled technicians, and on the use of
computerised facilities and advanced machinery, in Vimodrone (Milan)
factory.
Mattei products are commercialised in Italy and abroad: the aftersale service
is assured anywhere by MATTEI Agents in Italy and the main Countries. The
service is guaranteed in short time during the 24 hours, in every time of the
year.
● Iveco Motors diesel engine, water cooled with
mechanic radiator, direct injection, naturally aspirated
or turbocharged, water pre-heating, electric starting
(12 V cc till 200 kVA, 24 V cc over), lead batteries
placed on the
baseframe , mechanical speed governor (till 200 kVA),
electronic one (over 250 kVA), block solenoid valve,
oil pressure switch and water temperature
switch, water preheating temperature switch, battery
charger alternator.
● Alternator 400 V, class H insulation, shape B2, IP21
or IP23 mechanical protection, directly coupled to the
diesel engine. In compliance with rules IEC 34-1, CEI

AUTOMATICO
Normalmente impiegato per servizio di emergenza al
mancare della rete pubblica, con assunzione del
carico in circa 10 s.
MANUALE
Indicato per cantieri o come stazione di pronto
intervento in zone sprovviste di energia.
COMPOSIZIONE
● Motore diesel IVECO MOTORS raffreddato ad
acqua con radiatore meccanico, iniezione diretta,
aspirazione naturale o sovralimentato, preriscaldo
acqua, avviamento elettrico (12 V cc sino a 200 kVA
24 V cc oltre), batteria al Pb sul telaio, regolatore di
giri meccanico (sino a 200 kVA), elettronico (oltre
250 kVA), elettrovalvola di blocco, pressostato olio,
termostato acqua, termostato preriscaldo acqua,
alternatore carica batterie.

● Safety protection guards on rotating or hot parts.

controls and protection, 4pole main-genset changeover, automatic batteries charge.
● Manual control panel (for manual gensets version)
with 4pole circuit breaker mounted on the gen-set,
equipped with a device that performs
control of the engine and immediate block in case of
failure.

For site condition exceeding the above standard a darating may be applicable in accordance with diesel engine manufacturer recommendation.
ACCESSORI A RICHIESTA
● Cofano
● Alternatore 400 V, isolamento classe H, forma B2, protezione meccanica IP21
o IP23, accoppiato direttamente al motore diesel. In accordo alle norme IEC 341, CEI 2-3, BS 4999/5000, VDE 0530.
● Telaio di base con antivibranti e raccordi elastici gas, acqua, gasolio.
● Protezioni antinfortunistiche delle parti rotanti e di elevata temperatura.
● Marmitta industriale fornita con fascette stringitubo.
● Serbatoio gasolio nel basamento.
● Quadro elettrico automatico con logica dedicata a microprocessore, misure
digitali, comandi e protezioni, telecommutazione quadripolare, carica batteria
automatico.
● Quadro manuale (per gruppi nella versione manuale), con interruttore 4p,
centralina per il monitoraggio del motore e blocco immediato in caso di
anomalie.
● Documentazione tecnica e certificati, bollettino di collaudo gruppo elettrogeno.
o container insonorizzato con rumore residuo di 70 dB(A) a 7 m ± 3
dB(A) oppure 55 ÷ 65 dB(A) a 7 m.
● Quadro automatico con il solo interruttore di macchina quadripolare e comandi per
la commutazione remota.

● Gruppo di caricamento automatico (livellostato, elettropompa, pompa a mano,
elettrovalvola, circuiti di alimentazione).

NOTE
I gruppi elettrogeni sono marchiati CE e sono conformi alle seguenti Normative
e Direttive Comunitarie: Direttiva Macchine 98/37 CEE, Direttiva EMC 89/336
CEE, Direttiva BT 73/23 CEE, Decreto del Ministero dell’Interno del
22/10/2007.
A richiesta possono essere fornite tensioni diverse da 400 V trifase.
Per applicazioni particolari e condizioni di lavoro diverse consultare il nostro
ufficio tecnico-commerciale. Per esigenze produttive o migliorie di prodotto
Mattei si riserva la facoltà di modificare tutti i dati tecnici senza preavviso.

NOTE
All generating sets are marked CE and are in compliance with the following rules
and EC directives: Machinery Directive 98/37 CEE, EMC Directive 89/336 CEE, LV
Directive 73/23 CEE, Ministry of the Interior - Decree law of 22/10/2007. Different
voltage than 400 V may be supplied on request. For particular applications and different
work conditions contact our technical-commercial office.
