He coordinates the LNCV projects on Biosecurity and Dual Use Education, and collaborates in other projects on international science engagement including including assessing activities related to the G8 Global Partnership against the Spread of WMD. He holds an MSc in International Relations and European Integration and a BSc in Political Science, and is currently pursuing a Mphil in Social and International Studies.
