MC Electronics propone un’ampia gamma di prodotti tutti i
tecnologia CAN-BUS per macchine irroratrici fino a 11 sezioni che consentono molteplici funzioni, dalla gestione della
semplice apertura e chiusura delle sezioni tramite valvole
elettriche, alla distribuzione automatica del prodotto in L/ha
proporzionale alla velocità di avanzamento della macchina.
MC Electronics offers a wide range of controls in CAN-BUS
technology for sprayers up to 11 sections, that allow multiple functions, from the simple opening and closing of the
sections by means of electric valves, to the automatic distribution in L/ha proportional to the advancing speed of
the machine.
VIRTUAL TERMINAL OMNIA
I prodotti più innovativi sono i VIRTUAL TERMINAL serie OMNIA, i
quali dispongono di display grafici a colori perfettamente visibili
alla luce solare, disponibili in due formati da 5.7” e 10.4” pollici,
versione standard e touch screen.
La linea VT – TCS in versione touch-screen permette di gestire
tutti o parte dei comandi elettrici per le valvole acqua e olio.
The top of range products, OMNIA VIRTUAL TERMINAL, are equipped with color graphic displays perfectly visible under the sunlight,
available in 2 different sizes: 5.7” and 10.4” inches, in standard and
touch screen version.
The VT-TCS line in touch-screen version allows the operator a full /
partial “water section” or “hydraulic sections”spray boom control.
Tutti i prodotti della linea spray, oltre a gestire in automatico la
quantità in L/ha, visualizzano tutte le grandezze relative all’irroratrice, come litri distribuiti, ettari trattati, L/min, pressione di
lavoro, ecc.
Besides the automatic management of the product sprayed in L/ha,
all products display the most important working parameters of the
sprayer, such as litres distributed, ha worked, L/min, working pressure etc.

I VIRTUAL TERMINAL OMNIA , abbinati alla CONSOLE SPRAY,
permettono la gestione della barra irroratrice “parte acqua” e
“parte idraulica”, installando le rispettive ECU, acqua e olio,
sull’attrezzo.
Combined with a SPRAY CONSOLE, the OMNIA VIRTUAL TERMINAL
allow the management of the spray boom, “water sections” and
“hydraulic sections”, by installing dedicated ECUs on the implement.
A new kit is available consisting of monitor MCK 9700, control
box MCK 9770, ECUs for water and hydraulic sections, all of
them in can-bus technology.
The monitor allows automatic distribution which is proportional
to the machine advancing speed (DPA system) and offers water
section electric valves lever control switches; moreover, monitors the it main operating parameters.
Flow capacity measurement is achieved with use of flowmeter
or pressure transducer. The control box is able to fully manage
all of the spray boom’s hydraulic operations using a dedicated
wiring, and also it allows to regulate the fan speed using a
proportional hydraulic valve.
As an option, in case no hydraulic sections shall be managed
but the air-sleeve control is required, the control box MCK 330
in can-bus technology for proportional EV is supplied instead
of the control box MCK 9770 CB and the ECU for the hydraulic
section.
Kit composto da monitor MCK 9700 CAN-BUS, comando MCK 9770
CAN-BUS, centralina parte acqua CAN-BUS e centralina parte idraulica CAN-BUS.
Il monitor consente la distribuzione automatica proporzionale alla
velocità di avanzamento (sistema DPA) e dispone dei comandi con
interruttori a levetta per valvole elettriche di sezione acqua e permette di monitorare i principali parametri di lavoro.
Il calcolo della portata può essere realizzato tramite un flussometro
oppure un trasduttore di pressione. Il comando consente la completa
gestione dei movimenti idraulici della barra mediante un cablaggio
specifico e inoltre consente di regolare la velocità delle ventole mediante una valvola idraulica proporzionale.
In opzione, nel caso non si utilizzi movimenti idraulici ma si voglia
comunque disporre della funzione regolazione della “manica d’aria”, al posto del comando MCK 9770 CB e della centralina parte
olio verranno forniti, il comando MCK 330 CAN-BUS con il relativo
CAN-BUS di comando EV proporzionale.
