Das O-RING TOOL KIT ist eine wirksame Hilfe für Techniker, die Hydraulik-,
Pneumatik- oder Präzisions-Mikromechanik-Produkte installieren oder
warten. Die Anwendung ist einfach und erspart unnötigen Zeitaufwand,
der durch die Verwendung von unangepasstem Werkzeug entsteht.
Auf den folgenden Abbildungen können Sie die Anwendungen der fünf
Werkzeuge sehen, die das Kit ausmachen.
WINKELHEBEL-WERKZEUG
Dieses Werkzeug entfernt O-Ringe aus Hohlräumen oder vertieften Stellen
durch Hebeln mit der Spitze vom Grund der Nut wie in der Abbildung
gezeigt.
ABZIEHHEBEL
Dieses Werkzeug entfernt und installiert den O-Ring wie in der
Abbildung gezeigt.
WERKZEUG MIT PLATTER SPITZE
Dieses Werkzeug entfernt oder installiert die O-Ringe, die dicht an einer
Oberfläche sitzen. Man kann es auch als Hilfswerkzeug für die genannten
Werkzeuge benutzen.
DRUCK-/ZUGWERKZEUG
Man kann es auch als das Allzweckwerkzeug bezeichnen, um den
O-Ring anzuhaken, einzuschwenken, drücken oder ziehen, ohne ihn
zu beschädigen.

OUTIL LEVIER COUDÉ
Indiqué pour enlever des O-Ring usés dans les gorges même aux endroits
d’accès difficiles en faisant levier sur le fond de la gorge dans les positions ci-jointes.
Le port des lunettes de protection pendant les travaux est obligatoire!

PINZETTE
Die Pinzette ist ideal, um den O-Ring zu positionieren, herauszunehmen
oder um ihn in eine Flüssigkeit einzutauchen, ohne diese mit den Fingern
zu berühren.

Outil idéal pour positionner les O-Ring dans les gorges ou les enlever
pour les immerger dans des liquides lubrifiants sans les toucher avec
les doigts.
LOCHWERKZEUG
Dieses Werkzeug entfernt O-Ringe aus Hohlräumen oder schwer zugänglichen Stellen. Es wird verwendet, wenn der O-Ring zerstört werden
kann.

OUTIL A LEVIER A FACE PLATE
Indiqué pour enlever ou monter des O-Ring avec les manœuvres
montrés ci-jointes.
OUTIL A BEC DROIT
Idéal pour enlever ou remettre les joints et les O-Ring installés près de la
surface. L’outil est aussi utilisable ensemble avec les autres.
OUTIL POUSSANT/TIRANT
C’est l’outil « joker » du KIT. La construction spéciale du bec permet les
différentes utilisations d’accrochage, de positionnement, de poussé ou
de traction des O-Ring sans aucune détérioration.
OUTIL À PIQUER
Indiqué pour enlever des O-Ring usés dans les gorges même aux endroits d’accès difficiles et qui ne doivent pas être réutilisés et détruits.

Prima di usare l’apparecchio, leggere attentamente questo
manuale e conservarlo per riferimenti futuri.
L’O-RING TOOL KIT è un valido aiuto per I tecnici montatori o riparatori di
attrezzature oleodinamiche, pneumatiche o micromeccanica di precisione.
L’uso degli utensili diventerà presto familiare e la sua praticità lo renderà per
voi insostituibile e vi eviterà di impiegare utensili non adatti o improvvisati.
UTENSILE CON LEVA AD ANGOLO
E’ usabile per rimuovere O-Rings da cavità o punti recessi facendo leva
dal fondo della cava, inserendo l’utensile come mostrato nella figura.

PINZETTA
E’ ideale per posizionare l’O-Ring, o estrarlo da cavità, o immergerlo in
liquidi lubrificanti senza toccarlo con le dita.
TWEEZERS
Is ideal for positioning the O-Rings or taking them out from difficult positions, can be used also to hold O-Rings for dipping into lubricant fluids
without touching with fingers.
UTENSILE CON LEVA A FACCIA PIATTA
E’ usabile per rimuovere O-Rings, o per installarli nella cava come mostrato
nella figura.
UTENSILE A PUNTA PIATTA DRITTA
Adatto alla rimozione ed installazione di O-Rings collocati vicino alla
superficie, è usabile anche come utensile di appoggio agli altri quando
si lavora con due utensili contemporaneamente.
UTENSILE PREMENTE/TIRANTE
E’ l’utensile “jolly” del Kit. La particolare conformazione della punta permette
molti impieghi: può agganciare, posizionare, spingere o tirare l’O-Ring oppure premerlo per portarlo in sede senza rovinarlo spingendolo con il “tallone”.
UTENSILE PERFORANTE
E’ usabile per rimuovere O-Rings da cavità o punti recessi. Questo utensile
va impiegato quando l’O-Ring da togliere può essere distrutto.

TOOL WITH FLAT FACE LEVER
This tool can be used for removing or installing O-Rings as shown in the
picture.
FLAT TIP TOOL
Can be used for the installation or removal of O-Rings near the surface,
is also usable as “back-up” tool in combination with another tool.
PUSHING/PULLING TOOL
This is the “jolly” tool of the kit, the particular tip configuration allows
many uses: can hook up, positioning, push or pull O-Rings or pressing
them into their seats pushing with the tool heel as shown.
TOOL WITH ANGLED LEVER
Can be used for removing O-Rings from cavities or recessed positions by
prying from the bottom of the groove inserting the tip as shown.
PIERCING TOOL
Can be used for removing O-Rings from cavities or from recessed
positions when the O-Ring can be destroyed and discarded.
