Equipment and mise en place:
Catering Cerinella provides its carefully selected materials for the creation of your event.
It also offers you the possibility to customize your arrangement, choosing the style you like, with a special
quote.
 Tables: aperitif and buffet will be arranged with rectangular tables, for the dinner you can choose
between rectangular tables (3 X 1,20 mt.) or round tables (8/10 persons each).
 Tableclothes: white linen, rough linen, white, cream, red or blue damasked tissue.
 Runner: white lace or burlap in the case of choice of the long country tables without tablecloths.
 Underplates: transparent glass, white porcelain, woven rattan, natural or black wicker.
 Chairs: wood and iron Country Chic chairs with white pillow, white Chiavari chairs with white pillow.
 Cutlery: stainless steel cutlery “stile impero”.
 Glassware: "Bormioli" glass goblets mod. Bordeaux, water and wine crystal balloons, “Bormioli”
water glassware mod. Aarum, colored water glasses, "Bormioli" Prosecco flutes and goblets for
sparkling sweet wine.
 Plates: white porcelain (Table Top, Villeroy & Bosch, Schirnding Bavaria).
 Staff uniform: elegant, with black pants, white shirt, black tie and vest, long black apron. Casual
with black pants, white polo shirt and long black apron.
 Shade sails to cover the buffet where necessary.
Extras on request:
 Rattan chairs or haybales with white coverings with tables; sofas, poufs, blankets and
pillows … For the aperitif moment or after party.

Our service includes:
 From 4 to 7 hours of service depending on the type of buffet and menu selected.
 A waiter at every corner buffet.
 Italian table service (meal directly arriving inside the plate) with a waiter every 15 people,
waiters will pass again with the first courses (with trays)
 If you choose to have an open bar, the service will be extended for the chosen duration.

carried out with disposable cups.

Cocktails can be chosen from the following list: negroni, spritz, cuba libre, gin and lemon, gin and tonic,
mojito, sangria, caipiroska, caipirinha, tequila sun rise.
Children:
 0-3 years old: free of charge.
 4-12 years: 50% discount.
 Children's menu: 1 main dish (pasta with meat sauce or tomato / chicken and chips / burger and
chips / pizza) + dessert + water and 1 soft drink: € 25.00 pp.
Staff: 50% discount if eating on a separated table. If eating together with guests it will entirely pay
the cost of the meal.
The above costs include VAT and are valid for a minimum of 60 people.
 From 20 to 30 people extracharge of € 10,00 per person.
 From 31 to 40 people extracharge of € 8,00 per person.
 From 41 to 50 people extracharge of € 5,00 per person.
 From 51 to 59 people extracharge of € 3,00 per person.
Not included:
- Kitchen set-up (if necessary), from € 500,00 + vat.
- Marquee: From € 22.00/sqm + VAT. Lighting excluded.
- Extras on request (above indicated) .
All services can be customized to suit the needs and budget of customers. Please contact us with your special

Inspection and tasting:
We are happy to host the bride and groom in Tuscany to sample the menu. The cost € 65,00 per person for
tasting the menu and wines.
The cost for the inspection at the wedding location is € 150.00.
The above costs will be refunded in case of confirmation.
Wedding planning
Organizzazione matrimonio e servizi
Cerinella wedding & event planning offer a service organization for the whole event. For our
organization service we required a fee. The total cost varies depending on the number of reserved
services and, therefore, the logistics commitment that the event or wedding require. Each service
has a management cost. We do not make any mark-up on the locations, materials and services.
Cerinella wedding & event planning will be present on the day of the event to coordinate all
services and make sure that everything is done according to your wishes, so that you can enjoy your
day without any thought.
Save the date, invitations, prints and accessories
Cerinella can realize for you the invitations, menus, escort cards, wedding bag, signs, photo booth
and many other accessory to make your wedding a special day. All accessories will be customized
in line with the style chosen for your wedding.
Wedding décor:
Our florist and decorator may deal for you of the whole arrangement of your wedding, from the
decoration of the church to the wedding dinner, bouquet, corsages at buttonholes. We will propose
various options and quotes according to your tastes and desires.
Booking terms and conditions:
Upon confirmation of the service Cerinella require a deposit of € 2,000.00 and a credit card as guarantee.
90 days before the event date: 40% of the total.
10 days before the event date till the event day (depending on payment form): total balance.
We accept payment via bank credit transfer and credit card.
The final number of guests must be confirmed 15 days before the event. In case of cancellation by some
guests after that date, the cost will be calculated anyway.
In case of total cancellation 90 days before the event, will be held the first deposit.
In case of cancellation from 90 days to 100 days before the event, will be held the first and second deposit.
In case of cancellation from 10 days to the event day, will be held the total.
