E’ possibile inserire all’interno della squadra il 25% dei componenti fuori quota.
Esempio: un gruppo formato da quattro membri appartenenti alla categoria under 11
può avere al massimo un membro con età superiore agli undici anni.

Synchro  
Ballo sincronizzato: sono ammessi tutti gli stili di danza latino americana e Dance, sono escluse le musiche
arabe ed di origine Hip Hop o free stily. Tutti i ballerini della squadra eseguono contemporaneamente - e
nelle stesse direzioni - identici passi e movimenti, mantenendo lo schieramento dall'inizio alla fine della
prova senza nessuna eccezione. E’ Escluso il contatto tra i ballerini.

 Choreographic
Le gare di Choreographic si distinguono da quelle di Show Dance per l'assenza di tema/trama e per lo
specifico sviluppo di moduli e tecnica coreografica. Sono ammessi tutti gli stili di ballo latino americani e
dance per il coregraphic ed esclusi tutti quelli Hip hop o vicini allo street dance. Ogni Modulo deve essere
composto da un minimo di 4 persone, quindi nel choreographic bisogna avere un minimo di 8 persone per
dare vita almeno a due moduli che compongono nello stesso tempo due passi diversi. E’ Escluso il contatto
tra i ballerini.

La specialità free style prevede la scelta di coreografia, con tema musicale e tecnica liberi. Ogni ballerino può
avere libertà di passi e movimenti anche singolarmente e non obbligato all’appartenenza di moduli. E’ Escluso
il contatto tra i ballerini.

Tutti i ballerini devono eseguire una composizione coreografica a tema o a trama, dove gli elementi tecnici ed espressivi
sono finalizzati alla realizzazione di una prova che contenga le caratteristiche dello spettacolo teatrale, televisivo o altro.
La musica, la coreografia, i costumi e la scenografia devono essere utilizzati coerentemente nel rispetto dei canoni della
composizione stessa. I concorrenti possono eseguire tutte le tecniche di danza (moderno, jazz, balletto classico, etnico,
folk, e carattere, ecc.); possono essere interpretati nella forma pura oppure come combinazione di due o più tecniche
diversi e possono comprendere acrobazie, sollevamenti, ed altri movimenti teatrali. I balelrini Possono avere contatti tra

HIP HOP
Lo stile Hip Hop prevede un’associazione di una coreografia di ballo su
musica prettamente della disciplina.
Non è possibile portare oggetti di scena (tavoli, sedie, panche etc.), è
possibile avere contatto tra gli atleti. Il tempo di esecuzione consentito e di
3’:00” oltre il quale il brano verrà sfumato.
Per tutte le musiche e stili. Durata brano massimo 3’00”. Sono ammessi tutti gli stili storici e le
contaminazioni della Hip Hop. Sono ammesse tutte le coreografie senza
restrizione alcuna di stile, di movimento e di coreografia. Abbigliamento libero. Le coreografie
devono prevedere movimenti tecnici propri dello stile che si sta eseguendo. Le coreografie può
prevedere brevi sequenze di assolo, prese, salti, acrobazie e movimenti a terra e ribaltamenti della
verticale del corpo.
BREACK DANCE
Per tutte le musiche e stili. Durata brano massimo 3’00”. Tutti i componenti del gruppo eseguono
prove libere da schemi coreografici e da moduli. Sono ammesse tutte le
coreografie senza restrizione alcuna di stile, di movimento e di coreografia. Sono ammessi oggetti
scenici. Abbigliamento libero. Le coreografie devono prevedere
movimenti tecnici propri dello stile che si sta eseguendo. Le coreografie può prevedere brevi
sequenze di assolo, prese, salti, acrobazie e movimenti a terra e ribaltamenti
della verticale del corpo.
CLASSIC DANCE/ DANZA CLASSICA
