Utilizzando pellicole adesive in sede di stampa, laminazione o in altri contesti, è abbastanza
frequente incontrare il fenomeno dell’elettricità statica: le cariche elettriche si accumulano sulla
superficie di un corpo e attraggono gli oggetti vicini e la polvere per effetto di un campo
magnetico che viene a crearsi. Questo può risultare particolarmente problematico e fastidioso, e
impedire di lavorare agevolmente.
Flexa offre una serie di soluzioni che molti operatori della stampa e chiunque incontri
problematiche simili troverà utilissime. Le fibre e le barre antistatiche Flexa scaricano il
materiale semplicemente sfiorandolo ed è quindi sufficiente porle in vicinanza del materiale.
L'elettricità, in particolare, si scarica attraverso il telaio della macchina per contatto elettrico e
meccanico.
Using adhesive films while printing, laminating or doing other works you may incur in some
inconveniences due to the static electricity: electric charges are collected on the surface of an
object inducing the closest things and the dust to move towards them. This can cause some
troubles preventing you from easily working.
Flexa brings some very useful solutions to printers and anyone who may have similar troubles.
Antistatic fibers and bars discharge the material only by touching it, so that is enough to place
them close to the objects. They discharge the electricity through the machine's frame via
electrical and mechanical contact.
Fibra antistatica rigida in rocchetto da 22 m:
un modo semplice ed efficace per utilizzarla è quello di
fissare una barra in materiale conduttivo (es. alluminio)
sopra il materiale; dalla barra si farà pendere una serie di
piccoli spezzoni di fibra che saranno meccanicamente
connessi a essa. Sfiorando il materiale in passaggio la fibra
scaricherà l'elettricità statica presente nello stesso. Il
medesimo effetto viene ottenuto ponendo a leggero contatto
la fibra con il materiale in passaggio.
Rigid Antistatic Fiber (1 reel, 22 m):
a simple and effective way to use it is to place a bar made of
conductive material (e.g. aluminium) above the material; on
the bar you hang some pieces of fibres mechanically
connected to the bar. By grazing the moving material, the
fiber will discharge the static electricity from it. You can
get the same effect simply touching the material with the
fiber.
Fibra antistatica elastica in rocchetto da 10 m:
fibra con le stesse caratteristiche antistatiche di quella
rigida, ma con il vantaggio di essere elastica. Questa
proprietà la rende molto pratica nel posizionamento e nel
successivo fissaggio. Permette inoltre di essere
momentaneamente spostata o rimossa per la sostituzione dei
materiali in macchina.
Elastic Antistatic Fiber (1 reel, 10 m):
a fiber with the same features of the rigid model, but
elastic. This quality makes easier the positioning and the
fixing of the fiber. It enables you to place it somewhere else
or to remove it easily to change the materials in the
machine.
Kit Fibra antistatica elastica (2 m) con magneti ai due lati:
un sistema semplice, rapido e pronto all'uso per fissare la
fibra con magneti posti ai due estremi; la fibra resterà tesa
al di sopra del materiale in modo da sfiorarlo e agire su di
esso. Ottima soluzione per laminatrici, stampanti con
materiali in rotolo, sbobinatrici e ogni tipo di macchina che
utilizza materiali in rotolo.
A kit with 2 m of Elastic Fiber with two magnets on both
sides:
a simple, quick and ready-to-use system to place the fiber
above the material with two magnets; the fiber will be kept
tensioned over the material touching it. Perfect solution for
laminators, printers of material in rolls, rewinders and any
other machines that uses material in rolls.
