In America prevalgono i rialzi su CDS già sotto pressione da molte settimane: si allarga infatti ulteriormente il CDS Toys, che sfiora i 1.900bps (1.884bps), così come risulta costante l’incremento del CDS The Jones Group, +80 a 723bps. Più contenuto, ma significativo, l’aumento di 20bps sul CDS AT&T Corporation (Settore Telecomunicazioni), che porta il prezzo ai massimi a 51bps. Ugualmente si segnalano i CDS Tyson (Alimenti/Bevande) che sale a 85bps, ai massimi degli ultimi tre mesi e il nuovo aumento del CDS Avon, già evidenziato sette giorni fa, che prezza ora 295bps. Molti i ribassi della settimana, su tutti il CDS Energy Future che vede il prezzo scendere da 12.870 a 2.586bps: a inizio maggio Energy Future ha chiesto l’ammissione alla procedura di Chapter 11, l’amministrazione controllata prevista dal codice fallimentare americano, per accelerare la ristrutturazione del suo debito (circa 49 miliardi di dollari). Ulteriore recupero per il CDS Radio Shack, a 4.231bps, mentre nel comparto Società di Prestiti il CDS International Lease scende a 192bps dopo il picco della scorsa settimana. Stabile l’indice CDX Cross Over a 64bps. In Europa movimenti contenuti su tutti i CDS considerati. Un solo incremento da segnalare, quello di 12bps del CDS Nokia che prezza 177bps, mentre tra i ribassi della settimana segnaliamo Xstrata e Alcatel in controtendenza rispetto a sette giorni fa. Ai minimi da inizio marzo l’indice iTraxx Cross Over che prezza 263bps. Stabili i prezzi dei Corporate CDS italiani sotto osservazione, in evidenza e in ulteriore calo (-12bps) il solo CDS Finmeccanica, prezzo attuale 197bps. S&P ha rivisto l’outlook sul rating sovrano portoghese, portandolo a ‘stabile’ da ‘negativo’, spiegando che la modifica riflette le migliorate condizioni e il recupero più rapido del previsto dell’economia e del mercato del lavoro del Paese. Seguono il CDS Italia in discesa di 9bps a 104bps, e il CDS Spagna -5 a 84bps. Tra i Governativi Emergenti risultano invece in netto calo i CDS di Turchia e Slovenia, -17bps per entrambi: 176bps il prezzo del primo, 147bps il secondo. CDS Russia in ulteriore seppure modesta discesa, prezza 265bps. Nell’area americana il Governativo Usa tocca nuovi minimi a 16bps. Decisi ribassi si registrano sui Sovrani latino americani: il CDS Argentina recupera 120bps in sette giorni scendendo a 1.561bps, CDS Venezuela -42 a 947bps. Tra gli altri prezzi considerati, segnaliamo questa settimana il CDS Perù, tornato sotto i 100punti base dopo quasi un anno, a 97bps. I CDS di Banco Comercial Portugues e Banco Espirito Santo si restringono entrambi di 25bps, prezzando rispettivamente 170 e 161bps. Recupero medio di 11bps sui CDS delle banche italiane, dove a guidare i ribassi sono BMPS -14bps a 173bps, e Intesa, -13 a 85bps; diminuzione di 10bps per Banco Popolare a 159bps, -7bps per Unicredit a 113bps. Tendono ai minimi anche tutti gli altri CDS bancari europei, che come detto risultano in generale calo seppure con movimenti più contenuti. Tutti i decrementi dell’ultima settimana non superano i -6bps dei CDS Standard Chartered e HSBC (a 91 e 50bps), di Commerzbank (86bps), BBVA a 92bps e Credit Agricole a 69bps.
