Sono importanti la pulizia a “metallo bianco” dei
ferri, la preparazione delle superfici da risanare
e la passivazione dei ferri esposti che deve
creare il necessario ambiente alcalino di protezione. Sono da evitare i dannosi convertitori di
ruggine, acidi, fosfatanti.
STRATO AB è un primer epossidico con additivi anticorrosione, riverniciabile con qualsiasi
tipo di rivestimento. La speciale composizione
assicura ottima impermeabilità e resistenza agli
agenti aggressivi.

AVVERTENZE
La formazione di ruggine sui ferri d’armatura
del calcestruzzo, provocata dai diversi fattori,
causa distacchi e fessurazioni. I ferri affioranti
vengono esposti ad una corrosione veloce che
provoca il deterioramento rapido del calcestruzzo, compromettendo la stabilità stessa delle
strutture. Aumentare l’adesione di malte cementizie e
getti in calcestruzzo su tutti i supporti cementizi.

Il supporto deve essere resistente, privo di
boiacca, olii, disarmanti, grassi, parti incoerenti,
ruggine. I ferri devono essere puliti a metallo
bianco.
