Blood is thicker than Indian, Polynesian or English. No one has ever seen Jewish blood Christian blood Muslim blood Buddhist blood Il sangue è rosso Blood is not rich, poor or wealthy. Disumano è chi lo versa Non chi lo porta The blood is red Inhuman is who pays blood Not wearer POET: The children of I. C. Alighieri Come immaginiamo la nostra città? (Goethe) POET: The children of I. C. Alighieri How do we imagine our town? Our Formia would like the color , as when it was in black and white. Yes, then it was in color. Warm colors that have always attracted important historical figures , so as to choose it as a holiday destination , or a place to rest while traveling between Rome and Naples. We did a lot of research , and we were surprised at how some famous poets of the past , have expressed talking about our city. Renato Marquis , for example, refers to the German poet Goethe, who between 1786 and 1788 he lived in Italy and in the frequent travel between Rome and Naples used to make a stop in Mola di Gaeta ( Formia ) , which he described as a charming and irresistible coast , full of colors and scents. It 's so that immagginiamo our city , a place with its many colors continues to attract tourists. E ' for this reason we have chosen a quotation from Goethe to start our poetry. Because the future can not learn from the past ? In our poetry speak of a city that will make us grow toward a future never gray . THE COLOURS OF FORMIA (Rap poem) Do you know the land where the lemon trees bloom In the green foliage glow golden oranges A gentle breeze blows from the azure sky Still stands the myrtle and the laurel Do you know it well? (Goethe ) Vorrei una città accogliente e solare Dove nei colori potermi specchiare Formia è il suo nome è lì che voglio stare Per poter un giorno il mio sogno realizzare I would like a friendly town and solar Where I could mirror in the colours Formia is its name, that's where I want to be To be able to one day achieve my dream Splendente deve essere l'azzurro del mare Dove d'estate mi vado a tuffare Rossi i suoi tramonti infuocati Con grandiosi luoghi incantati Bianchi saranno i monti innevati Pieni di boschi e prati curati Nera la notte piena di stelle Che in cielo sembreranno caramelle The blue of the sea must be shining, There in the summer I 'm going to dive Its sunsets must be red With great enchanted places White will be the snowy peaks Full of woods and lawns Black must be the night full of stars What in heaven will seem candy Giallo sarà il sole lucente Carezzerà il cuore alla gente Rosa le voci di tutti i bambini Lilla il profumo dei giardini Arancio come un abbraccio sincero Che amore dà, amore vero Verde è la speranza per il futuro Che il suo domani non sia mai grigio scuro Yellow is the sun shining It will caress the heart to the people Pink must be the voices of all children The scent of lilac gardens Orange as a sincere hug Who gives love , true love Green is the hope for the future Hope its future will be never gray Giallo rosa lilla verde arancio Giallo rosa lilla verde arancio Giallo rosa rosso bianco e nero Che il suo domani sia come spero Yellow pink purple green orange Yellow pink purple green orange Yellow pink red black and white That his hope tomorrow will be like
