è stata studiata per l'impiego in celle frigorifere destinate alla conservazione di derrate
alimentari in supermercati, grandi cucine, ristoranti, macellerie, pollerie, salumerie, gastronomie, caseifici,
pastifici, pasticcerie ecc., trova altresì impiego nell'ambito dell'industria alimentare e della ristorazione collettiva
dove l'igiene è di rigore, ma anche nelle dispense non alimentari, nei laboratori ospedalieri e nelle camere sterili.
Gli scaffali
sono autoportanti e non necessitano di ancoraggio a pavimento, a parete, trasversali o
diagonali. La scaffalatura ad angolo può essere montata mediante la semplice e rapida applicazione di supporti
angolari in sostituzione delle spalle, permettendo così l'utilizzazione totale dell'angolo senza il minimo ingombro.

The EKO FIT shelving has been studied
for use in cold rooms for preserving
foodstuffs in supermarkets, big kitchens, dairies, restaurants, butcher’s
shops, poultry shops, delicatessens,
pasta factories etc. It is also used in the
food industry and collective catering
where hygiene is strictly necessary, but
also in non food storerooms, hospital
laboratories and sterile rooms. The EKO
FIT shelves are self-bearing and do not
need anchoring to the floor, wall, transversal or diagonal. Corner shelving can
be assembled by the quick and simple
application of corner supports in
replacement of the shoulders, thereby
allowing full utilisation of the corner
without the least encumbrance.

Progettato per coniugare la leggerezza e la maneggevolezza con la robustezza, con la sua struttura completamente in alluminio, dotato di n. 4 ruote
con freno e paracolpi in resina, i ripiani sono costituiti da elementi in plastica amovibili di facile e veloce pulizia, senza quegli aloni o macchie facilmente riscontrabili sull'acciaio INOX.
La sua portata utile è di 140 Kg complessivi uniformemente distribuiti sui ripiani (* la portata è stata definita dalle rigide norme tedesche RWTÜV GS
che consentono l'uso del carrello anche in condizioni critiche di piano inclinato laterale massimo del 10% senza ribaltamento laterale).
Materiali di costruzione:
ALLUMINIO: struttura portante costruita con profilati di alluminio ad alta resistenza, estrusi con materie prime di 1a fusione (non riciclate) ed anodizzati 20 micron.
PLASTICA: utilizzata sia nella produzione di particolari di assemblaggio, che per la composizione dei ripiani formati da elementi amovibili di colore grigio alluminio. Trattasi di plastica speciale ad alta resistenza stampata con materia prima di 1a fusione (non riciclata), certificata atossica , inattaccabile dagli acidi di base, immune da insediamentibatterici, completamente smontabile lavabile e sanificabile secondo norme HACCP.
INOX: tutta la bulloneria è in acciaio INOX.
