Extended description
The property consists of a main house with outbuildings and private garden with panoramic swimming pool.
The villa was built in the Renaissance period by the Vitelli family who chose it for their summer home a
strategic and dominant position with a splendid view.
Access to this prestigious property is via a convenient electric gate, one then travels down a short dirt road
that leads to the back yard of the villa. On this side are the outbuildings and annex.
The main residence consists of a medieval tower in the center and two bodies attached, on the side, all
incorporated perfectly, making the whole a very natural and homogeneous structure. The main facade that
opens onto the garden and valley below is plastered in a light colored tone, highlighting the details such as
the hand worked stones at the entrance and the special arched windows which are high and narrow. The
opposite side, that of the tower, has a stone-face façade. From this side, the ancient structure of the tower
marked by arched openings is clearly visible, and this decorative motif is repeated in the panoramic tower,
framing the beautiful view which one has, from the highest point of the villa.

The building consists of ground floor, mezzanine, second floor and an panoramic tower.
On the ground floor is found the main entrance with a vaulted ceiling adorned with affresco’s. From this
entrance, leading to the other floors is the original stone staircase that connects all levels of the villa. Going
right leads to the dining room, with original old oven in firebricks and handmade stone fireplace, kitchen with
utility room, the latter is connected to the outside through a French window. This French window, that
illuminates the kitchen, allows to extend the livability even outdoors. To the left is a spacious living area with
fireplace from which one passes to another very bright space, momentarily used as a study. Passing the
study one arrives at a double bedroom, with walk-in closet and a large marble bathroom with shower and
Jacuzzi, connected to the outside via a glass door.
On the mezzanine floor there is a hallway which leads, on the left, to a bedroom suite, with study and
panoramic views, on the right to a bathroom covered with Carrara marble with bathtub and walk-in closet.
The first floor is the floor that most reflects the style and personality of this luxury residence. The stairs arrive
directly upon a massive and high ceilinged living room, at the center of which there is a handmade table
surrounded by special chairs and mirrors that give sensation of great depth to the room. The salon windows
are tinted and so filter the sun's rays allowing better living even in the hottest seasons. The ceiling of this
hallway was made with a special copper processing, creating a sharp contrast with the elements that have
remained intact over time. The hall leads to the area that was once the tower, which is done fully stone-face
façade now used as a music room with fireplace, and allows access to the small chapel. In this floor, on one
side of the living room, there are two bedrooms with fireplace and a large room with fireplace, a bathroom
and another room with connections all ready in place for the creation of a kitchen.
On the second floor there is the most suggestive room in the house, the panoramic tower. This towner had
amazing, large sliding glass windows throughout, which gaze onto the dreamy panorama below. The flooring
is done in light colored hardwood and the wooden beams of the roof are slightly darker, even in this room
there is a fireplace with wooden frame, as always, hand crafted.
The terracotta tiles, in all the ceilings of the villa, are done with a flower embellishment in the center, in relief;
a true rarity of aestheticism that indicates the degree high level finishing and the importance of the family that
centuries ago lived in this house. The flooring of the house is mainly composed of large marble tiles of
various quality and hardwood on the turret on the second floor.
On the right side, at the back of the property there is an annex where there are: a boiler and laundry area 40
sq m, a mini apartment for the service staff consisting of lounge-kitchen, bathroom and bedroom and a
windowed 40 sq m, heated garage of 76 square meters.
Within the property there are also two annexes the largest of them has been renovated into two apartments
