L’adesione dello specchio al trafilato è garantita da incollaggio, tuttavia in applicazioni
con forti sbalzi termici e/o elevate vibrazioni, per una maggior sicurezza, inserire le
apposite staffe di bloccaggio meccanico (Fig.1)

 Posizionare la staffa ST-5055, in modo tale che la superficie ricoperta dal tassello in
neoprene cellulare sia a contatto con lo specchio, in corrispondenza dell’asola del
trafilato che si desidera utilizzare per il fissaggio;

 Introdurre la vite con testa a brugola M6 x 10 UNI 5931 nell’asola della staffa e del
trafilato;

 Montare la rosetta e il dado M6 stringendo moderatamente; per serrare servirsi della
chiave a brugola Ch5, e della chiave esagonale Ch10

Tali staffe sono posizionabili in corrispondenza
delle asole presenti lungo il trafilato, tramite vite
M6 x 10 UNI 5931, dado M6 UNI 5929 e rosetta.
Per ottenere un corretto bloccaggio dello specchio,
in modo tale da serrare perfettamente il sistema, è
previsto l’utilizzo di un grano di regolazione.
 Inserire il grano M4 x 6 UNI 5929 nell’apposita sede, per regolare il serraggio del
sistema; per regolare il grano servirsi di una chiave a brugola Ch2;
 Il grano deve essere avvitato fino a completa eliminazione del gioco tra staffa e
specchio.
 Ripetere le operazioni di cui sopra per ogni staffa da montare.

Fixing bracket
The adherence of the mirror to the profile is glue-guaranteed. In applications
characterised by sudden temperature changes and strong vibrations insert the specific
fixing brackets for major safety (Fig.1)

 Position the ST-5055 fixing bracket to guarantee that the surface covered by the
cellular neoprene bolt is in contact with the mirror, in correspondence of the profile
slot to be used for fixing;

 Insert the M6 x 10 UNI 5931 screw in the slot of the fixing bracket and the profile;
Mirror
 Mount the washer and the M6 nut tightening it with moderation. To firmly tighten it
using a Ch5 Allen wrench and a Ch10 hexagonal key;

These fixing brackets are positioned in
correspondence of the slots along the profile and
are fixed using the M6 x 10 UNI 5931 screw, the
M6 UNI 5929 nut and the washer.
An adjustment screw is provided to guarantee
correct blocking of the mirror and so the stable
fixing of the system.
 Insert the M4 x 6 UNI 5929 screw in the specific slot to regulate system fixing. To
adjust the screw use a Ch2 Allen wrench;
 The screw has to be tightened in order to avoid even slight movements between
bracket and mirror;
 Repeat the procedure given above for each fixing bracket.
