CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE
Al termine del periodo di studi presso la sede ospitante all’estero, lo studente Erasmus
dovrà farsi rilasciare dall’istituzione ospitante l’attestato del periodo trascorso, dal quale
risulta il periodo effettivo di permanenza presso tale sede, con l’indicazione delle date di
inizio e di termine.
Nel caso in cui la sede ospitante non rilasci tale certificato su propria modulistica, lo
studente Erasmus potrà utilizzare il presente modulo, debitamente compilato e sottoscritto
dai responsabili dell’Ufficio Erasmus di tale sede.
Si ricorda che tale attestato, in originale, dovrà essere consegnato presso l’Ufficio
Erasmus dell’Università di Bari (sede centrale presso il Palazzo Ateneo),
improrogabilmente entro il 31 ottobre dell’anno accademico di riferimento.
