FINAL CUT IN VENICE
Il progetto nasce con l’obiettivo di potenziare il ruolo di Market Maker della Mostra a
supporto della produzione del cinema indipendente africano di qualità, fornendo un aiuto
concreto alle produzioni e promuovendo la competitività del prodotto audiovisivo africano sul
mercato internazionale. Presentiamo le copie lavoro di 4 lungometraggi africani provenienti
da diverse aree geografiche e culturali del continente (Egitto, Madagascar, Sudafrica,
Tunisia) alla presenza dei registi e dei produttori. L’ingresso è riservato esclusivamente agli
accreditati Industry (priorità di ingresso agli accrediti Gold e Trade).
The project’s purpose is to enhance the role of the Mostra as a Market Maker supporting the
production of quality independent African films by giving concrete help to film productions
and promoting the competitiveness of African audiovisual products in the international
market place. The work-in-progress of 4 feature films from different geographical and
cultural areas of the continent (Egypt, Madagascar, South Africa, Tunisia) will be presented
in the presence of the directors and producers. Access is reserved exclusively to Industry
pass holders (priority entry to Gold and Trade pass holders).
