L’applicazione si riferisce al fissaggio di placchette metalliche, di peso definito, tramite un nastro
biadesivo, sulla parte interna dei cerchioni degli autoveicoli.
Durante il movimento del veicolo, tali placchette
vengono sottoposte ad elevatissime sollecitazioni, sia dal punto di vista delle variazioni termiche,
sia delle vibrazioni, che della forza centrifuga. Il
nastro adesivo deve pertanto svolgere un importante lavoro di tenuta e di compensazione delle deformazioni.
A tale scopo è stata progettata una gamma di prodotti ad alte performance che utilizzano espansi ad elevatissima densità e adesivi con livelli di

weight on the internal side of wheel rims.
During the life of the vehicle these plates undergo
very high stress due to thermal shock, strong
vibrations and the centrifugal force that develops.
Therefore, the adhesive tape used has an important
sealing role and it must also compensate for any
possible deformation of the other elements.

Durante il movimento del veicolo, i retrovisori vengono sottoposti ad elevate sollecitazioni, sia dal
punto di vista delle variazioni termiche che delle
vibrazioni.
Sempre più frequentemente inoltre, vengono inserite nel sistema delle resistenze che contribuiscono ad
aumentare il grado di sollecitazione a cui il biadesivo
viene sottoposto.
Pertanto, il nastro adesivo deve garantire alti
livelli di tenuta. Per rispondere a tale esigenza,

L’applicazione si riferisce al cablaggio di centraline
elettriche, circuiti elettrici e impianti stereo all’interno dei veicoli tramite un nastro adesivo.
Durante il funzionamento del veicolo i nastri vengono sottoposti a sollecitazioni termiche ed elettriche nonché, in alcuni casi, a fenomeni di combustione.
Al nastro adesivo viene pertanto richiesta, oltre ad
un’eccellente conformabilità del supporto, anche
una funzione di autoestinguenza ed un’elevata
resistenza all’invecchiamento.

massima della tecnologia flessografica, raggiungendo livelli di velocità e qualità elevatissimi, tali da richiedere l’impiego di nastri adesivi altamente

In secondo luogo, avere una funzione di compensazione delle deformazioni che si producono,
nella fase di stampa, sul fotopolimero e sull’intero
sistema.

or multi-layers combinations - where the use of
adhesive tape is required.

stretta (narrow web) di etichette, siano esse in carta o in film plastici o accoppiati multistrato, tramite l’utilizzo di nastro adesivo.

necessita di livelli di adesione tendenzialmente più
elevati rispetto alla stampa wide web.
In funzione di tali esigenze, BiesSse offre differenti
serie di prodotti con diversi rapporti prezzo/prestazione, che garantiscono il montaggio agevolato
