The Amateur Adria Football Tournament is a fix appointment in sommer for male and female teams for
football 5x5, 7x7 and 11x11

Friday June 13th: at 3-5 p.m teams arrival, check in of groups and hotel accommodation. At 6
p.m. beginn of the tournament as per programm. The dinner could be at the hotel or by the sport
center.

Saturday June 14th: Continuation of the tournament as scheduled
Sunday June 15th: Finals,prize awards and guests departure
Insurance: For every player and for managers on the
field it is obligatory. Price, to be paid extra, € 6 per

Every team must have: nr. 1 uniform, 1 ball for the
matsch and some balls to warm up. If possible nr. 1
uniform of a different colour
Registration deadline: one month before the event
subject to avaibility
Payment: at registration a deposit of € 400,00 for
each team is required ,this will be deducted from the
final bill of the company.
* Holiday camp: Rooms have from 5 to 9 beds. The number of single and double rooms is limited.
PRICE INCLUDES
Prices are per person for 3 days/2 nights stay in fullboard. Any local taxes and buses transit fees are not included and directly
payable to the applicants structures.
Partecipation to the tournament
Discounts for children sharing room with 2 full paying guests: 0-2 years free, 3-6 years 30%
1 free place every 25 paying guests in 3/4 bed rooms.
Hotel Facilities: all hotels are heated and are located in seaside town
3 stars Hotel : have tv,direct dial telephone and private bathroom.Restaurant with choice of menu and buffet breakfast.
Hotel 3 star comfort: are classified by Adriasport as comfort for the quality of services offered and based on the judgments
of our customers who have stayed there previous.
4 Stars Hotels: rooms equipped with tv,telephone and private bathroom. Restaurant with choice of menu and salad and
vegetables buffet. Breakfast buffet.

Vacation Colony: is a refurbished former colony. It has very large rooms with private facilities. Restaurant inside the structure Assistance staff Adriasport during the stay
with self service breakfast,lunch and dinner. Towels/ wipes are not supplied.

Note: all Hotels may required a deposite at group arrival, which will be returned at departure after checking the rooms with the First aid for the emergency
group leader.

DISCOUNT for advanced booking within 60 days of the
tournament's beginning (1 extra free person each group in
addition to the normal free every 25 paying guests. Date of
deposit will be a proof )

€ 2.500,00 discount for managers' holidays. We give
you 4 discount coupons each of € 250,00 (for 1 week stay)
and 20 discount coupons each of € 75,00 (3 nights
