KENYA BUSINESS FORUM HELD ON 9TH SEPTEMBER 2015
As we wish you a good and fruitful day, we hereby share some indications as to the conduct of business
today.
The entire event will take place in "Marco Biagi" hall.
On presentation of a compulsory identity document at the entrance, there will be headphones available for
translation of Italian to English and vice versa and you can pick up indications on WIFI connection.
Upon completion of the general forum, an informal business meeting (B2B) in form of well articulated direct
thematic groups is planned to start at 12pm at the 4 corners of the Hall each marked in different colours.
1) Government Ministries - Government Agencies - Business Support Organisations
a. Health, Education, Services
b. Investments, Public works, Energy, Water, Waste ( Blue)
2) Food and products / Agricultural machinery (Red)
3) Tourism and tourism infrastructure (Green)
4) Manufacturing and ICT services (White)
Each thematic group will see a short presentation of the companies present in Italian or in English and
subsequently have the ability to interact with others.
It is in the interest of the organiser that all companies are as free as possible in establishing contacts among
them. Therefore, given the limited time available, part of the buffet will be another opportunity to start or
continue the talks and presentations.
In order to support a careful policy of respect for the environment, the use of paper has been reduced to a
minimum.
The documentation produced during the morning will be sent later by e-mail together with all the references
of the participating companies in order to continue to better the relations started. Therefore, please check the
accuracy of the information provided and we kindly suggest you leave your business card to the secretariat.
