SCHULTHEISS casting machines
Fonditrici per microfusione per oro, argento, platino, bronzo e
leghe metalliche, direttamente progettate e realizzate da coloro
che per primi hanno utilizzato la tecnica di microfusione vuoto/
pressione. La gamma delle macchine permette di spaziare dalla
piccola fonditrice per fondere alcuni anelli fino a quella in grado
di produrre fino a 200 pezzi in 5 minuti.
SERIE VPC040 - è completamente automatica, utilizza la
stessa tecnica vuoto/pressione, comune a tutte le fonditrici
Schultheiss, per ottenere anche fusioni di palladio, platino,
oltre, ovviamente, a quelle in oro, argento e bronzo. È adatta
ai piccoli e medi laboratori orafi e studi di prototipazione che
richiedono la migliore qualità con investimenti contenuti. Il
controllo dei parametri avviene tramite display che permette di
ottenere cicli di fusione in automatico in brevissimo tempo (5
minuti) e si possono salvare fino a 50 tipi di cicli di lavoro diversi.
Grazie alla possibilità di memorizzare i parametri, è possibile
ottenere risultati costanti e standardizzati. La fusione verticale
evita di inglobare polvere e sporcizia nelle fusioni, mentre
la miscelazione delle leghe avviene grazie al procedimento
induttivo e la fusione in vuoto o in gas inerte permette fusioni
perfette e non ossidate.
VPC055 - è semiautomatica, estremamente robusta e versatile
e adatta per aziende di medie e grandi dimensioni che cercano
il miglior rapporto qualità/prezzo. Ogni tecnologia Schultheiss
può essere utilizzata in queste apparecchiature quali il
"differential pressure casting" o il "vacuum pressure casting".
Può fondere da pochi grammi di argento fino a 2 kg di oro. Grazie
all'elevata potenza dei generatori, sono macchine perfette per
la miscelazione delle leghe. Lavora con pressioni fino a 2 bar, e
funziona sia con cilindri con o senza flangia.
VPC066 - è completamente automatica e ciò consente di
ottenere le migliori e le più costanti fusioni. � adatta a aziende
medio-grandi orafe e argentiere. Sono necessari solo 4 minuti
per la fusione sia che questa avvenga con argento, che con oro o
leghe al palladio. Il controllo e l'impostazione dei vari parametri
avviene tramite display digitale. Si possono memorizzare fino a
20 programmi di lavoro. Questa macchina è fornita di serie con
il dispositivo "autocast", "max speed overpressure" e "superior
melt system". Utilizzabile con i cilindri con flangia, ma è possibile
con un optional, utilizzare anche i cilindri senza flangia.
VPC100 - rappresenta lo stato dell'arte delle fonditrici
Schultheiss per l'oreficeria. La tecnologia di queste
apparecchiature permette di ottenere la massima densità e
omogenee strutture in ogni fusione; inoltre i tempi di fusione
e le procedure sono estremamente rapidi. Dotate di display da
10", si possono memorizzare innumerevoli programmi grazie
all'hard disk, la connessione ethernet permette di supervisionare
l'impianto da ogni PC connesso in rete. Il database permette di
memorizzare in tempo reale tutti i passaggi e i parametri.

Sistemi compatti e innovativi per preparare il rivestimento in
gesso dei cilindri e fondere sottovuoto con un'unica macchina.
Queste unità da banco sono dotate di una pompa del vuoto
da 12 m³ con deviatore che permette di scegliere se aspirare aria
dalla campana per la preparazione del rivestimento o creare
il vuoto per la fusione. Il modello "combi plus" è fornito con
miscelatore automatico per il gesso.
Il forno elettrico permette di fondere il metallo alla
temperatura pre-impostata, e quindi, con una semplice
manovra, il metallo allo stato liquido riempirà il cilindro, grazie
anche all'aspirazione nella camera dove è alloggiato. Il sistema
di iniezione è completamente isolato per non consentire
all'aria di entrare in colata. Questo consente di ottenere un
eccellente risultato finale privo di porosità e imperfezioni con
un investimento molto contenuto.

La fonditrice AG è una macchina a induzione da banco che
permette di fondere fino 1.5 kg di lega di argento 950 e fino a
2 kg di lego d'oro. Con semplici e rapidi interventi, la macchina
può essere utilizzata anche come forno fusorio statico (fusione
fino a 1 kg di oro) e come granulatore. I tempi di fusione sono
estremamente rapidi: per esempio, per fondere 300 gr di lega
sono sufficienti 90 secondi. La macchina è dotata di dispositivo
per fusione in atmosfera inerte.
La fonditrice AH è una macchina a induzione da banco con
colata in vuoto. Equipaggiata con un generatore da 4 kw,
permette una capacità di fusione fino a 3.3 kg di oro 750,
oppure 2.5 kg di argento 900. Può essere utilizzato anche come
granulatore, che potrebbe utilizzare crogioli con un apposito
setaccio avente 7 aperture, per garantire leghe molto omogenee
in tempi molto brevi.
La fonditrice AR ha caratteristiche di alta qualità e permette
grandi prestazioni, per cui è particolarmente indicata per
microfusione di leghe di argento, bronzo e ottone. Permette
infatti di fondere fino a 8.4 kg di argento 925. Anche questa
fonditrice può essere utilizzata come granulatore.

Il fattore determinante per la qualità delle fusioni è uno stampo
in gesso totalmente privo di residui. Per ottenere ciò i forni
rotativi Schultheiss sono prodotti con tecnologia d'avanguardia
e componenti di eccezionale qualità.
L'aria è aspirata ed introdotta dal basso, riscaldandosi
all'interno della camera, e, procedendo verso l'alto, riscalda
uniformemente ed in modo ottimale l'ambiente interno.
Nel ciclo di cottura, la cera residua ed il carbonio vengono
completamente bruciati evitando di lasciare residui. I piatti
rotanti possono essere estratti o spostati senza problemi dando
a questa macchina una grande flessibilità d'uso e permette di
programmare fino a 3 piani di lavoro.
I piatti rotanti sono progettati in modo da evitare la "colata"
di cera sui cilindri posizionati nei piani inferiori.
La camera è totalmente ricoperta in acciaio inossidabile
che protegge le resistenze dai residui gassosi e da eventuali
urti causati dal caricamento dei cilindri. Grazie alla perfetta
coibentazione, il consumo di energia è di circa il 50% inferiore
rispetto ad altri forni tradizionali. Un dispositivo a farfalla
consente di mantenere a temperatura la camera fino al ciclo
successivo, pur mantenendo le pareti esterne fredde.
L'operatore può programmare una salita e una discesa termica
estremamente rapida (sono sufficienti 2 ore per raffreddare
il forno). I forni sono dotati di microprocessore che permette
di salvare fino a 8 programmi di cottura (16 fasi per ogni
programma) e la regolazione elettronica della temperatura.
Questi forni possono raggiungere anche i 1100° C. I
termoelementi separati, abbinati ad un secondo regolatore di
temperatura permettono un'ulteriore sicurezza nella fusione
con pietre, in quanto la temperatura viene costantemente
monitorata per evitare temperature troppo alte indesiderate.

the resistances from gaseous residues and from impacts caused
by the loading of the cylinders. Due to the perfect insulation,
the energy consumption is about 50% lower compared to other
traditional ovens. A throttle device allows to maintain the room
temperature until the next cycle, while maintaining the cold
external walls.
The operator can program a climb and a descent thermal
extremely fast (two hours are enough to cool the oven). The
ovens are equipped with a microprocessor that can store up
to 8 cooking programs (16 steps per program) and electronic
temperature control.
These furnaces can also reach 1100 ° C. The separated
thermoelements, combined with a second temperature
controller allows further security in fusion with stones, as

I forni rotativi di cottura e colacere LDT hanno una carpenteria
in acciaio verniciato, progettata in modo che le calotte laterali di
isolamento e la centralina di comando possano essere facilmente
smontate, per consentire l'eventuale riduzione dell'ingombro di
"passaggio". L'isolamento termico a bassa inerzia garantisce
un'ottimale coibentazione. La tavola circolare porta-cilindri è
indeformabile. Il cestino raccogli-cera in acciaio, è posizionato
sotto la tavola porta-cilindri, provvisto di tubazione riscaldata.
Il programmatore del ciclo termico a microprocessore è di
uso semplice con molti programmi impostabili. Un dispositivo
esterno consente di evidenziare la posizione degli stessi, senza
dover aprire la porta del forno. Detta porta è di dimensioni
piccole che, pur consentendo tutte le operazioni di carico e
scarico agevolmente, evita che l'operatore sia investito da una
fonte di calore troppo elevata.
La temperatura massima raggiungibile 850° C per la versione
standard, ma è disponibile anche in versione da 1200° C.
Su richiesta, è fornibile il dispositivo per l'ossigenazione della
camera, per una combustione completa della cera o delle resine
di prototipazione, riducendo i residui carboniosi e le impurità.
Inoltre, sempre su richiesta, è fornibile il catalizzatore postcombustore ecologico per neutralizzare il fumo tossico in uscita.
Il consumo è ridotto al 50% rispetto ai forni tradizionali,
mantenendo la massima uniformità di temperatura, una
migliore ossigenazione, la riduzione drastica del tempo di
raffreddamento (con porta aperta da 700° C a 100° C in 2 ore)
ciò consente un utilizzo più intensivo del forno. Sono tutti
dotati di serranda automatica per la chiusura del camino al
raggiungimento della temperatura impostata.

Al fine di evitare il contatto degli operatori con il gesso durante
la manipolazione dei contenitori e prima della miscelazione, è
stato realizzato questo impianto per il trattamento del gesso in
camera sigillata. Si compone di due parti distinte:
1. tramoggia per l'apertura del contenitore e movimentazione
automatica in ambiente chiuso e sigillato
2. miscelatore sottovuoto per acqua e gesso
La cabina di lavoro è dotata di aspirazione: i sacchi di plastica
vengono aperti in camera sigillata, mentre l'aspirazione è
costantemente in funzione; l'operatore agisce esternamente e
utilizza gli appositi guanti, al fine di non entrare assolutamente
in contatto con le polveri. Una volta aperto, il sacco viene
svuotato nella sottostante vasca di raccolta e il sacco di plastica
nell'apposito scarico laterale.
Dalla tramoggia, il gesso viene caricato (sempre in ambiente
chiuso) nel miscelatore. La quantità viene predeterminata
dall'apposito microprocessore con schermo touch-screen.
L'operatore deve nel frattempo provvedere a caricare il
miscelatore della quantità necessaria. I cilindri sono posti su una
base rotante nella camera. Una volta avvenuta la miscelazione,
tramite l'apposita valvola di scarico, la miscela acqua e gesso va
a riempire i cilindri sottostanti.

the side discharge.
From the hopper, the gypsum is loaded (always in a closed
environment) in the mixer. The amount is predetermined
dall'apposito microprocessor with touch screen. The
operator must in the meantime, to provide load the amount
of mixing required. The cylinders are placed on a rotating
base in the chamber. After successful mixing, through the
appropriate drain valve, the water and gypsum mixture
fills the underlying cylinder.

Le vulcanizzatrici UNIVERSAL appartengono a una serie
multifunzione, appositamente studiata per realizzare, con
diversi metodi, matrici in gomma con l'impiego di un'unica
macchina. Un apposito kit di trasformazione in dotazione alla
macchina, consente di scegliere tra due diversi metodi di lavoro:
• configurazione 1: la piastra riscaldante superiore ha solo
la funzione di trasmettere alla staffa il calore necessario
alla vulcanizzazione mentre il pistone centrale, avendo
la possibilità di scendere dentro alla staffa, serve per
comprimere la matrice in gomma. Questa configurazione
è ideale per l'uso di staffe cilindriche o rettangolari con gli
spessori metallici scorrevoli al suo interno.
• configurazione 2: mediante un semplice kit, che consiste in
una robusta piastra in metallo di 150x150 mm, da applicare
alla piastra di riscaldo superiore, viene bloccata la possibilità
di discesa del pistone centrale. In questa configurazione
la piastra di riscaldo superiore assume la duplice funzione
di trasmettere il calore necessario alla vulcanizzazione e
comprimere la matrice in gomma. Questo metodo è ideale
per l'uso di staffe rettangolari o cilindriche, ma senza
spessori scorrevoli all'interno.
La serie UNIVERSAL modello GIGANT, ha un'imponente
struttura di elevata solidità realizzata in acciaio elettro-saldato.
� dotato di un pistone discendente, bloccabile tramite apposito
accessorio fornito su richiesta. Le piastre di grosse dimensioni
permettono di realizzare stampi in gomma di elevate misure
e spessori. Questo vulcanizzatore è dotato di uno speciale
dispositivo a vite senza fine che permette di ottenere, mediante
il movimento di un volantino, una più morbida gradazione di
pressione sugli stampi, per avere una migliore disposizione
della gomma attorno al pezzo da riprodurre, senza deformare
lo stesso. Il sistema di riscaldamento delle piastre in alluminio
è realizzato mediante l'utilizzo di quattro candelette corazzate
di elevata potenza che garantiscono la massima velocità
di propagazione ed uniformità del calore nelle due piastre.
Inoltre, in caso di guasto di una qualunque delle candelette, la
macchina riesce comunque a portare a termine il lavoro. Fornita
con strumentazione digitale che consente l'impostazione della
temperatura di vulcanizzazione e la lettura della stessa con
un alto livello di precisione, nell'ordine di ±1°C. Tutto ciò rende
questo tipo di macchina particolarmente adatta a chi necessita
di un'altra precisione. Accoppiato al termoregolatore digitale vi
è l'interruttore/timer per 120 minuti. Viene fornito con piastre
rettangolari.
The presses UNIVERSAL belong to a multifunction series,
specially studied to realize, with different methods, the
rubber matrices with the use of a single machine. A special
trasofrmazione kit supplied with the machine, allows you to
choose between two different working methods:
• configuration 1: the top heating plate has only the
function of transmitting to the bracket the heat
necessary for vulcanization while the central piston,
having the possibility to get off through the bracket,
serves to compress the rubber matrix. This configuration
is ideal for the use of cylindrical or rectangular brackets
with sliding metal shims inside.
• configuration 2: by means of a simple kit, which consists
of a sturdy metal plate of 150x150 mm, to be applied to
the upper heating plate, the possibility of descent of the
central piston is blocked. In this configuration the upper
heating plate assumes the dual function of transmitting
the heat necessary for vulcanization and compress
the rubber matrix. This method is ideal for the use of
rectangular or cylindrical brackets, but without sliding
inside thicknesses.
The series UNIVERSAL GIGANT model, has an imposing
structure made of high strength welded steel. It equipped
with a descending piston, locked by specified accessory
supplied on request. The plates of large dimensions allow
to realize molds in high sizes and thicknesses rubber. This
vulcanizer is equipped with a special screw device without
end that allows to obtain, by means of the movement of
a handwheel, a softer gradation of pressure on the molds,
to have a better disposal of rubber around the piece to be
played back, without deforming the same. The aluminum
plates of the heating system is achieved through the use
of four armored high power glow plugs that guarantee the
maximum propagation velocity and uniformity of heat in the
two plates.
Moreover, in case of failure of any one of the glow plugs,
the machine still manages to complete the work. Supplied
with digital instrumentation that allows the setting of the
curing temperature and the reading of the same with a high
degree of accuracy, in the order of ± 1 ° C. All this makes
this type of machine is particularly suitable for those who
need another precision. Coupled to the digital temperature
controller, there is the switch / timer for 120 minutes. It
comes with rectangular plates.

heat curable silicone rubbers
Gomme di elevatissima qualità, appositamente realizzate per
gli stampi per microfusione. I polimeri utilizzati garantiscono
maggiore "memoria", minore deformabilità e massima elasticità.
Gli stabilizzanti speciali permettono di avere gomme più omogenee,
più fluide (circa il 5% in più) e meno appiccicose. L'elevata qualità
dei quarzi consente un'eccellente dissipazione del calore, ottima
porosità e permeabilità, fattore che favorisce lo scorrimento della
cera. Attualmente alcune gomme sono addittivate con particolari
componenti, per migliorare ulteriormente le caratteristiche
meccaniche. Le nostre gomme si dividono in due famiglie; quelle
che vulcanizzano a bassa temperatura (da 82°C) e quelle che
vulcanizzano ad alta temperatura. Ogni famiglia di gomme è
composta da vari tipi, aventi durezze differenti: quelle morbide
(32/38 shore) che sono adatte per particolari difficili o in presenza
di sotto squadra, quelle di durezza media (40/46 shore) sono
adatte universalmente e quelle a elevata durezza (48/52 shore)
sono adatte per pezzi piani e di rilevanti dimensioni.
Le gomme a bassa temperatura si caratterizzano per il
bassissimo ritiro (0.3% circa), per la bassa pressione richiesta
per vulcanizzare, oltre che per i tempi di vulcanizzazione che
diminuiscono esponenzialmente in percentuale, in funzione
dello spessore dello stampo. Inoltre, proprio per la possibilità di
vulcanizzare con pressioni molto basse, sono indispensabili per
riprodurre prototipi in resina o in cera da intaglio.
Le gomme vulcanizzabili a caldo, invece, sono consigliate
qualora si richiedano numerose riproduzioni, con qualità costante.
Presentano ritiri leggermente superiori, tempi di vulcanizzazione
"lineari" e non inversamente proporzionali agli spessori.
Oltre alle gomme specifiche per oreficeria, la nostra gamma
prevede anche gomme siliconiche per colata centrifuga, adatte
per le fusioni di leghe a basso punto di fusione, bigiotteria ed
elettro fornitura. Queste gomme sono utilizzate per la produzione
di accessori di alta moda, di calzature, di fibbie e portachiavi.
Possono essere fornite con diversi diametri e spessori.
The highest quality tires, which are compatible molds for

In addition to specific tires for goldsmiths, our range also
includes silicone rubbers for centrifugal casting, suitable for
the casting of low melting point alloys, jewelery . These rubbers
are used for the production of high fashion accessories, shoes,
buckles and key rings. They can be supplied with different
diameters and thicknesses.

Le gomme siliconiche RTV bicomponenti, composte da base

Piccoli e potenti, i miscelatori della serie MX uniscono la
semplicità d'uso alle ottime prestazioni. Sono adatti per

RIACEWAX has revolutionized the world of wax
injectors used in the jewelry world, realizing with 100%
Italian technology, the first multiple-warhead modular
injector, capable of being used simultaneously on multiple
workstations, with different parameters and then getting
totally independent processes . In addition, the Riace
injectors are simple to use and does not require specialized
personnel. The wax used tanks are the first who constantly
operating in vacuum during the entire working cycle,
ensuring the absence of moisture and microbubbles. Thanks
to some patented technological innovations, these injectors
allow you to build models even with infinitesimal thicknesses,
steady weight uniformity and absolute repeatability (99% of
the models are perfect). All parameters are programmable
and storable. The particular arrangement of clamps and
other important devices guarantee completely safe for the
operators.

La nuova tecnologia permette di ottenere pezzi microfusi
vuoti ed estremamente leggeri. La Hydroresina è idrosolubile,
economica ed ecologica (non scioglie in acidi, ma in acqua),
atossica e richiede l'utilizzo solo dell'iniettore Intuitive, con
serbatoio diviso in due parti.
Le operazioni da svolgere sono estremamente semplici:
1. si inietta la resina idrosolubile nello stampo di gomma
2. si posiziona il modello in resina idrosolubile nello stampo in
gomma del pezzo da ottenere
3. si inietta la cera
4. si ottiene il modello con la resina da sciogliere
5. si scioglie in acqua
6. si ottiene il modello in cera vuoto
� una resina completamente non tossica e solubile in acqua,
utilizzata per produrre oggetti vuoti all'interno.

Injectors of excellent quality, with pressure control via
hand pump. The wax temperature is controlled by a digital
thermostat. The nozzles are heated. Our injectors are equipped
with tanks in light alloys of very reliable and strong aluminum,
in which the heating is entrusted to a band heating element
that wraps them in all their peripheral surface. In this way
it ensures a uniform temperature throughout the internal
volume, obtaining a perfectly homogeneous fusion. It was
devoted to the study particular attention with a special valve
with power reserve that allows wax castings seamless and
air bubbles. The pressure sealing is provided by an exclusive
method of hermetic closure of the lid, particularly convenient
for the filling operations and periodic cleaning.
In addition, our injectors are available in two models with
tanks of 2500 cc and 1500 cc and they are the only ones to be
equipped with two nozzles of different shapes, interchangeable
according to different requirements posed by the rubber
matrix.

Le nuove cere Europa "all seasons™" sono cere di altissima
qualità che superano le caratteristiche tecniche di molte cere
sul mercato odierno. Sono adatte all'utilizzo tutto l'anno, grazie
alle speciali formule che le rendono funzionali in ogni stagione.
Permettono la riproduzione precisissima di tutti i dettagli più
articolati e difficili da raggiungere. L'ottima fluidità consente
alla cera di raggiungere ogni punto dei disegni più complessi.
Qualsiasi imperfezione è facilmente visibile e quindi riparabile.
La superficie ottenuta con queste cere, molto liscia e lucida,
permette di ottenere ottimi risultati durante la fusione: il che
diminuisce drasticamente i tempi di lucidatura successivi.
Il bassissimo contenuto di cenere, infine, assicura superfici
perfette e prive di impurità a seguito della fusione.
Grazie alla bassa temperatura di iniezione, la cera produrrà un
ridotto ritiro anche nelle parti più sottili. Inoltre, la fluidità tipica
di queste cere permettono l'utilizzo di una minor pressione
durante l'iniezione della cera stessa nello stampo in gomma.
Sono cere molto versatili, infatti hanno tutte la stessa formula
che si adatta a tutti i tipi di lavorazione e di disegni: dagli oggetti
più robusti a quelli più sottili fino alle filigrane.
Se correttamente stoccata, le caratteristiche tecniche
rimarranno pressoché invariate nel tempo dei modelli che
saranno quindi sempre pronti all'uso.
La temperatura di utilizzo è fra i 68°C e i 74°C.
The new wax Europe "all seasons™" are top quality waxes
that exceed the specifications of many waxes on the market
today. They are suitable for use all year round, thanks to special
formulas that make them functional in every season.
Allow very accurate reproduction of all details of more
complex and difficult to achieve. The excellent flowability allows
the wax to reach every point of the most complex designs.
Any imperfection is easily visible and therefore riparabile.La
surface obtained with these waxes, very smooth and polished,
can produce optimal results during fusion: which dramatically
decreases the subsequent polishing time. The very low ash
content, finally, ensures perfect surfaces free of impurities as a
result of the merger.
Thanks to the low injection temperature, the wax will produce
a low shrinkage even in the thinnest parts. Furthermore, the
typical fluidity of these waxes allow the use of a lower pressure
during the injection of the same wax in the rubber mold.
They are very versatile waxes, in fact all have the same formula
that adapts to all types of machining and of drawings: from
more robust objects to those thinner until watermarks.
If properly stored, the technical characteristics remain almost
unchanged over time and the patterns will be always ready to
use.
The best temperature is between 68°C and 74°C.

A series induction melting furnaces
Completa gamma di forni fusori a induzione. La fusione
ad induzione permette di ottenere leghe perfettamente
omogenee e miscelate, mentre la rapidità di fusione evita
indesiderabili ossidazioni causate da lunghe esposizioni della
lega all'atmosfera e quindi all'ossigeno.
I forni sono dotati di controllo della temperatura PID con
termocoppia fissata a lato del crogiolo (modello fino a 1300°C).
A fusione avvenuta, il crogiolo viene "sollevato" dalla propria
sede, grazie ad un sistema elevatore pneumatico che lavora su 3
posizioni: questo facilita l'estrazione del crogiolo tramite pinze.
La macchina viene fornita con un dispositivo per il controllo del
raffreddamento e l'indicatore di potenza.
A fusione ottenuta, tramite un sollevatore pneumatico il
crogiolo si solleva, per renderne semplice e comoda l'estrazione.
Complete range of induction melting furnaces . The induction
melting allows to obtain perfectly homogeneous alloys and
mixed, while the rapidity of fusion avoids undesirable oxidation
caused by long exposure to the atmosphere, and then the alloy
to oxygen.
The ovens are equipped with a suitable temperature of the
PID control with the thermocouple attached to the side of the
crucible (model up to 1300 ° C) . A fusion occurred, the crucible
is "lifted" from its seat, thanks to a pneumatic lift system
that works on 3 positions: this facilitates the extraction of the
crucible via calipers. The machine is supplied with a device for
cooling control and the power indicator.
A fusion obtained, by means of a pneumatic lift the crucible is
lifted, for simple and convenient make its extraction.

I crogioli LDT sono prodotti con grafiti di primissima qualità,
sottoposti ad accurati controlli, garantiti per l'eccellente resa e
affidabilità.
Le varie tipologie di grafite utilizzata permettono di offrire
una gamma completa:
• grafite estrusa - i crogioli di maggior consumo sono realizzati
con questa grafite, caratterizzata da una buona densità e da
un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo
• grafite mould - i crogioli realizzati con questa innovativa
tecnica è per il momento applicata solamente sui crogioli
per fusioni statiche. La maggiore densità rispetto alla
grafite estrusa, permette di ottenere fusioni con minime
ossidazioni, ridotti inquinamenti nelle fusioni stesse e
maggior durata a prezzi contenuti
• grafite isotropica - i crogioli realizzati con questa eccellente
tecnica rappresentano il top di gamma, in quanto
l'elevatissima densità permette fusioni perfette, prive di
inquinamenti e ossidazioni e conseguente possibilità di
utilizzo per molte volte senza problemi.
The LDT crucibles are made from graphite of the highest
quality, subjected to strict controls, guaranteed for excellent
performance and reliability.
The various types of graphite used allow us to offer a
complete range:
• extruded graphite - the greater consumption crucibles
are made of this graphite, characterized by a good
density and excellent quality / price ratio
• graphite mold - crucibles made with this innovative
technique is for the moment only applied to crucibles
for static castings. The higher density than the extruded
graphite, allows to obtain castings with minimal
oxidation, reduced pollution in the same mergers and
longer at low prices
• isotropic graphite - crucibles made with this excellent
technique represent the top of the range, as the high
density allows perfect fusions, without pollution and
oxidation and consequent possibility of use for many
times without problems.
