CONFINDUSTRIA
YOUNG ENTREPRENEURS
The Confindustria Young Entrepreneurs movement was formed within the framework of
the Confindustria associations system as a group of individuals whose aim is to strengthen
awareness of the entrepreneur’s role and to set it apart from conventional organizations set up
as business associations.
The Confindustria Young Entrepreneurs movement is proud of having started the idea of
identifying, searching and connecting several young entrepreneurs’ associations all around the
world, bringing them all together for the first time at the first G8 Young Entrepreneurs Summit
held in Stresa (Italy 2009). It is also an honor to be amongst the founding members of the G20
Young Entrepreneurs’ Alliance, a fundamental step towards building up a global awareness
about youth entrepreneurship.
The group seeks to play an active role within the Confindustria System, and as “innovation
laboratories” with respect to civil society.
The C.Y.E. movement consists of individuals aged between 18 and 40 years, who hold managerial
positions within enterprises members of Confindustria. The Movement has greatly expanded
over the years and today counts 13.000 members associates, organized across 105 Provinces
and in 20 Regional Committees.
The main activities of the Young Entrepreneurs Movement include:
> encouraging the spread of business culture and the growth of entrepreneurial opportunities
within society;
> supporting free market and competition, merit and social mobility with a view to furthering
Italy’s competitiveness;
>enhancing the role of the entrepreneur as an active and responsible player for Italy’s
economic, social and civil development.
YOUNG ENTREPRENEURS’
ALLIANCE
This gathering built upon a tradition of collaboration between the world’s young entrepreneurs
that began in Italy at the 2009 G8 summit and continued at successive G20 YEA Summits in
Canada, France, Mexico, Russia and Australia. Each summit released detailed communiqués
to engage the G20 Leaders and other bodies, deepening our shared understanding of the
importance of entrepreneurship and presenting ideas to advance it.
CYE & G20YEA
The G20 Young Entrepreneurs’ Alliance (G20 YEA) is a global network of approximately
500,000 young entrepreneurs and the organizations that support them.

BREVE NOTA SULLA PRONUNCIA
Il cinese è una lingua tonale (prevede 4 toni diversi). Per la pronuncia dei toni:
>Il primo tono (ā) si pronuncia come se stessi cantando una nota alta;
> Il secondo tono (á) si pronuncia come se stessi ponendo una domanda in italiano (a salire);
>Il terzo tono (ă) discende e poi sale (ma meno del secondo tono). Normalmente è un po’ più
lungo degli altri toni;
>Il quarto tono (à) discende in maniera secca, come se dicessi “No!” in italiano.
