REGULATION 11th LECCE FILM FEST - CINEMA INVISIBILE 2016
1. ORGANISATION
The cultural association "Cineclub Fiori di Fuoco", associated with “Unione Italiana Circoli del Cinema (UICC)”, is organizing the eleventh
edition of the festival "Lecce Film Fest - Cinema Invisibile " to be held in Lecce (Italy) during the month of December 2016.
The days will be specified on www.leccefilmfest.it.
2. REQUIREMENTS - SUBTITLES
The contest is open to international films (fiction, documentary, animation) with no limitations as to themes, genre and length, made from
2014 to 2016, not selected in previous editions of the Festival. Commercials, music videos and amateur videos are excluded.
Films in a language different from Italian must contain Italian subtitles or (for short films only) be provided with the .srt file in English.
3. DEADLINE - REGISTRATION PROCEDURES - ATTACHMENTS
The film must be registered no later than 25 September 2016 through one of the following ways:
- using the online platforms listed on www.leccefilmfest.it;
- sending an email containing a link to download the video file and attaching the entry form available on www.leccefilmfest.it, subtitles, the
promotional material for the film (photos, poster, ecc.) and the payment proof of the entry fee (except the case of free registration) to
[email protected].
4. OPTIONAL ENTRY FEES – JACKPOT – FREE REGISTRATION
The optional entry fee for each film registered is € 15,00 ($ 16,70) to be paid through:
- the online platform used for the registration of the film;
- Paypal, using the email [email protected];
- Bank Transfer to C.A. Banca Prossima IBAN IT27M0335967684510700198378, writing the film’s title as reason for payment.
The payment can be made after the registration of the film but before the deadline.
The entry fees will form the jackpot for the winners. The amount will be announced before the beginning of the Festival.
You can participate without paying the fee but, if you win a prize, you will have no right to receive money.
5. SELECTION – AUTHORIZATION FOR PUBLIC SCREENINGS
A special committee will select the films that will participate in the final stage of the competition.
By registering you grant to “Cineclub Fiori di Fuoco” free authorization for public screenings of the film during the Festival and, unless
expressly specified otherwise by the rights-holders, for an unlimited period after the Festival.
Entrance to the public screenings will be paid, in order to support organizational costs.
6. HOSPITALITY
The members of the cast will be hosted in Lecce prior arrangement with the organization and within the limits of the available budget.
7. JURY – AWARDS
A jury will award the prizes: "Best Film", "Best Director", "Best screenplay", "Best actor", "Best Editing", "Best cinematography."
The winner of the prize "Best Film" will receive 50% of the jackpot.
Each of the other winners will receive 10% of the remaining jackpot.
If one of the prizes will be awarded to a film for which it was not paid the entry fee, the corresponding prize money will be added to the
jackpot of the next edition of the Festival.
8. RESPONSABILITY - USE RIGHTS - SCREENINGS BY U.I.C.C. CINECLUBS
The organization is not liable for theft, loss or damage of material submitted.
The material will not be returned.
Who registers the film declares to be the holder of rights to use and remains responsible for the content of the film, exonerating the
organization from any civil or criminal liability and against any claim, requests for compensation and damages actions by third parties
regarding content and the rights to use the films and images and music in it.
By registering you grant to "Cineclub Fiori di Fuoco" the free ability to send the film, after the conclusion of the Festival, to others U.I.C.C.
cineclubs for non-profit public screenings, unless expressly specified otherwise by the rights-holders.
9. CANCELLATION - POSTPONEMENT
The organization reserves the right to cancel or postpone the Festival in case of unforeseen events or organizational difficulties of any kind.
10. ACCEPTANCE OF REGULATION - CASES NOT COVERED - PERSONAL DATA - LANGUAGE
The registration of the film implies acceptance of the present Regulation.
The festival director reserves the right to resolve any case not covered by the Regulation and to make exceptions to the rules in wellmotivated cases.
By accepting you authorize the processing of personal data for purposes related to the competition, pursuant to Legislative Decree
no.196/2003 and to “Informativa” on the website. www.leccefilmfest.it.
The Regulation is drafted in Italian and English. In the case of any discrepancy between the two texts, the Italian text will prevail.

REGOLAMENTO 11° LECCE FILM FEST – CINEMA INVISIBILE 2016
1. ORGANIZAZZIONE
L’associazione culturale “Cineclub Fiori di Fuoco”, associata all’Unione Italiana dei Circoli del Cinema (U.I.C.C.), organizza l’undicesima
edizione del festival “Lecce Film Fest – Cinema Invisibile” che si terrà a Lecce (Italia) nel mese di Dicembre 2016.
Le giornate saranno specificate sul sito www.leccefilmfest.it.
2. REQUISITI - SOTTOTITOLI
Il concorso è aperto a film internazionali (fiction, documentari, animazioni) senza limiti di tema, genere e durata, realizzati dal 2014 al 2016,
non selezionati in precedenti edizioni del Festival, con esclusione di spot pubblicitari, videoclip musicali e video amatoriali.
I film in lingua diversa dall’italiano devono contenere i sottotitoli in italiano o (solo per i cortometraggi) essere provvisti del file .srt in
inglese.
3. SCADENZA - MODALITÀ DI ISCRIZIONE - ALLEGATI
Il film deve essere iscritto entro il 25 settembre 2016 attraverso una delle seguenti modalità:
- utilizzando una delle piattaforme on-line specificate sul sito www.leccefilmfest.it;
- inviando una mail contenente il link per il download del file video e allegando l’entry form disponibile su www.leccefilmfest.it, i sottotitoli,
il materiale promozionale del film (foto, poster, ecc.) e la copia del versamento della quota di iscrizione (salvo il caso di iscrizione gratuita) a
[email protected].
4. QUOTA FACOLTATIVA D’ISCRIZIONE - MONTEPREMI - ISCRIZIONE GRATUITA
La quota d’iscrizione facoltativa per ogni film è di € 15,00 ($ 16,70) da versare tramite:
- la piattaforma on-line utilizzata per l’iscrizione del film;
- Paypal, utilizzando la mail [email protected];
- Bonifico Bancario su C.C. Banca Prossima IBAN IT27M0335967684510700198378, indicando nella causale il titolo del film;
Altre modalità di versamento potranno essere concordate con l’organizzazione.
Il versamento può essere effettuato successivamente all’invio del film ma entro la data di scadenza.
Le quote dei partecipanti costituiranno il montepremi per i vincitori il cui ammontare sarà comunicato entro l’inizio del concorso.
Si potrà partecipare anche senza pagare la quota ma, in caso di vittoria di un premio, non si avrà diritto a percepire denaro.
5. SELEZIONE – AUTORIZZAZIONE PER PROIEZIONI PUBBLICHE
Un’apposita commissione selezionerà i film che parteciperanno alla fase finale del concorso.
Con l’iscrizione si concede al “Cineclub Fiori di Fuoco” l’autorizzazione gratuita per proiezioni pubbliche del film durante il Festival e, salvo
espresse diverse indicazioni da parte dei detentori dei diritti, per un periodo illimitato successivo al Festival.
L’accesso alle proiezioni pubbliche potrà essere a pagamento, al fine di sostenere le spese organizzative.
6. OSPITALITÀ
I componenti del cast potranno essere ospitati a Lecce previo accordo con l’organizzazione e nei limiti del budget disponibile.
7. GIURIA - PREMI
Una giuria assegnerà i premi: “Best film”, “Best director”, “Best screenplay”, “Best actor”, “Best editing”, “Best cinematography”.
Al vincitore del premio “Best film” sarà assegnato il 50% del montepremi.
A ciascuno degli altri vincitori sarà assegnato il 10% del restante montepremi.
Qualora uno dei premi venga conseguito da un film per il quale non sia stata pagata la quota d’iscrizione, il relativo premio in denaro verrà
aggiunto al montepremi della prossima edizione del Festival.
8. RESPONABILITÀ - DIRITTI DI UTILIZZO – PROIEZIONI DA PARTE DEI CIRCOLI U.I.C.C.
L’organizzazione non risponde per furti, smarrimenti o danneggiamenti del materiale inviato.
Il film e il materiale iscritto non sarà restituito.
Chi iscrive il film dichiara di essere il titolare dei diritti di utilizzo e rimane responsabile del contenuto del film, esonerando l’organizzazione
da ogni responsabilità civile o penale e da qualsiasi pretesa, richieste di compensi e azioni di danni avanzate da terzi riguardo ai contenuti e
ai diritti di utilizzo del film e delle immagini e musiche in esso contenute.
Con l’iscrizione si concede gratuitamente al “Cineclub Fiori di Fuoco” la possibilità di inviare il film, a Festival ultimato, ad altri circoli del
cinema U.I.C.C. per proiezioni pubbliche senza scopo di lucro, salvo espresse diverse indicazioni da parte dei detentori dei diritti.
9. ANNULLAMENTO - RINVIO
L’organizzazione si riserva il diritto di annullare o rinviare il concorso in caso di imprevisti o difficoltà organizzative di qualsiasi genere.
10. ACCETTAZIONE REGOLAMENTO - CASI NON CONTEMPLATI - TRATTAMENTO DEI DATI PERSONALI - LINGUA
L’iscrizione del film comporta accettazione incondizionata del presente regolamento.
Il direttore del festival si riserva di risolvere casi non contemplati dal regolamento e di fare eccezioni alle regole in casi ben motivati.
Con l’accettazione si autorizza il trattamento dei propri dati personali per finalità legate esclusivamente al concorso, ai sensi del D.Lgs.
n.196/2003 e dell’“Informativa” presente sul sito www.leccefilmfest.it.
Il Regolamento viene redatto in lingua italiana e in lingua inglese. Nel caso di qualsivoglia discordanza tra i testi nelle due lingue, prevarrà il
testo in lingua italiana.
