Premessa
Le prove sono state fatte dopo la migrazione di test eseguita da Ex Libris Italy su dati del 1 luglio (o 2 luglio? Non
ci è stato detto quando esattamente sia stato fatto l’export, l’abbiamo dedotto da quanto trovato nel database).
Le tabelle di configurazione non sono le ultime versioni delle nostre ma versioni più vecchie e in qualche caso sono
le versioni standard non personalizzate.
Questo ci ha posto dei limiti su alcune prove.
Inoltre per quanto riguarda l’opac web sembrano mancare alcune pagine dell'opac della v20. Questo ha limitato i
test soprattutto sulla parte relativa all’utente loggato.
Abbiamo applicato le liste di controllo utilizzate nel passaggio dalla versione 16 alla 18, integrate con altre prove
fatte seguendo i nostri abituali flussi di lavoro. Riportiamo in nero i controlli fatti su checklist di Ex Libris e in blu
quelli fatti su flussi di lavoro nostri. In rosso le funzionalità che hanno creato problemi. Abbiamo ripetuto i controlli
si BIN50 e BIN51, con qualche differenza dovuta a diversi flussi di lavoro applicati in Bicocca e in Insubria.
Ci riserviamo controlli più approfonditi sui privilegi staff. Ad una prima verifica sembra tutto a posto, ma ci sono
situazioni strane sulle funzioni nuove o completamente modificate.
Al momento manca la traduzione di molti campi della GUI e di molti messaggi di errore. Ci sono inoltre errori di
traduzione (alcune etichette sono incomprensibili finchè non si guarda il corrispettivo in inglese).
