This is pointless. I speak, you answer, I
answer, you answer… There is no
dialogue, just two monologues. Better
yet, only one, yours. You are, so you can
talk saying something about yourself.
Me… It could only be an authomatic
machine, you said that, do you remember?
This could be much more real than you
thought at that place. Machinery means
an engineer able to create it, a craftsman
capable of manufacturing it, an operator
ready to operate it… Too many people,
just to create myself. It occurs to me that
I didn’t have memories without you. This
means I wasn’t around or, maybe, I just
wasn’t thinking the way I’m thinking
now… This is the problem, well, one of
‘em.
Non ha senso. Io parlo, tu rispondi, io
rispondo, tu rispondi. Non c’è dialogo,
solo due monologhi. Meglio ancora, uno
solo, il tuo. Tu sei, quindi puoi parlare
dicendo qualcosa di te. Io… Potrei essere
solo una macchina automatica, lo hai
detto tu, ricordi? Potrebbe essere molto
più reale di quanto tu abbia pensato a
quel posto. Macchinario significa un
ingegnere capace di crearlo, un artigiano
i grado di realizzarlo, un operatore
pronto a usarlo… Troppa gente, solo per
creare me. Mi viene in mente che non ho
avuto ricordi senza di te. Questo significa
che non ero in zona o, forse soltanto che
non pensavo nel modo in cui sto pensando
adesso. Questo è il problema, be’, uno tra i
tanti.
