contacter directement le propriétaire afin de réserver votre séjour.

recommend you to ask for an explanatory leaflet detailing the
accommodation and rental agreement (rate, deposit, arrival time,

en fin de saison. Elle est calculée par personne et par jour, les enfants de moins de 13
ans étant exonérés.

notice. In that case, you are not obliged to pay the whole amount due but the owner will keep your deposit. The down
payment implies a firm commitment, which means a legal obligation to pay the whole amount of your booking in
case of cancellation.
this has to be collected by the landlord in addition to the rent for the
accommodation from April 1st to October 31st .
It is calculated per person and per day. Children under 13 years old are not included.
This tax collected is then paid to the town of Cavalaire.
