Milano, 27 luglio 2009: I Commissari Straordinari delle aziende del gruppo IT Holding comunicano che
ITTIERRE S.p.A. in a.s. e John Galliano S.A. (società che produce, distribuisce e gestisce le licenze dei
prodotti John Galliano) hanno firmato un contratto di licenza in esclusiva in tutto il mondo per la produzione e
distribuzione della collezioni Galliano Uomo e Donna di abbigliamento e pelletteria.
La licenza ha durata 5 anni dalla collezione Autunno/Inverno 2009/2010 fino alla produzione della collezione
Autunno/Inverno 2014/2015 inclusa.
L’importante accordo di collaborazione tra le due società segue il successo ottenuto dalle collezioni Donna
Galliano lanciate nel 2006. Inoltre, la creatività di John Galliano e il suo inconfondibile stile, uniti alle
competenze di ITTIERRE nella produzione e distribuzione delle collezioni sono la garanzia di un ulteriore
successo.
L’accordo sarà sottoposto alle necessarie approvazioni degli Organi di vigilanza e di controllo della
Procedura.
I Commissari Straordinari hanno dichiarato: “L’accordo con la John Galliano S.A. per le linee giovani
Galliano conferma la grande valenza internazionale e le potenzialità operative di ITTIERRE. Siamo
particolarmente soddisfatti di aver concluso un accordo strategico quinquennale relativo a tutto il mondo
giovane di Galliano, sia abbigliamento sia pelletteria e di aver esteso anche al mondo dell’Uomo la
collaborazione già in essere per la Donna con un marchio di enorme notorietà globale, grande successo
commerciale e potenzialità di sviluppo come Galliano”.

AGREEMENT WITH JOHN GALLIANO S.A.
ITTIERRE WILL PRODUCE AND DISTRIBUTE THE GALLIANO MENSWEAR AND
WOMENSWEAR COLLECTIONS
Milan, Italy, July 27, 2009: The Extraordinary Commissioners of the IT Holding Group announce that
ITTIERRE S.p.A. in a.s. and John Galliano S.A. (company that produces, distributes and manages the
licenses under the John Galliano brand) signed a worldwide exclusive license agreement for the production
and distribution of the Galliano collections of menswear, womenswear and leather goods.
The five-year agreement starts with the Fall/Winter 2009/2010 collection up to the Fall/Winter 2014/2015
collection included.
This important agreement between the two companies follows the successful launch of the Galliano
womenswear collection in 2006. Mr. John Galliano creativity and unmistakeable style, combined with the
ITTIERRE’s skills in the production and distribution of the collections are a guarantee of further success.
The agreement will be subject to the approval by the Authorities of the Extraordinary Administration
Procedure.
The Extraordinary Commissioners stated: “The agreement with John Galliano S.A. for the Galliano
collection confirms ITTIERRE’s international stance and the operational capabilities. We are particularly
satisfied to have reached this strategic five-year agreement for the whole Galliano world, including apparel,
leather accessories and the extension to the men’s collections of the former agreement devoted to the
women’s collections. Galliano is a very well-known brand, with great commercial success and development
potential.”
