Ubtan (dal Sanscrito “Pelle di Luna”)
Il trattamento completo viso e corpo che consiste nell’esfoliazione delle cellule
morte del viso e del corpo mediante l’utilizzo di paste apposite preparate
dall’operatore e riguarda tutto il corpo o singole zone (es. viso, gambe, tutto
il corpo). Può essere praticato come trattamento a sé o una preparazione
per il successivo massaggio, in quanto la pelle detossinata ha proprietà
ricettive molto elevate; è normalmente indicato nei cambi di stagione e come

Pindasweda
La schiena è una delle zone del corpo dove si accumula maggior stress:
soprattutto nella regione del collo, delle spalle, della vita, quindi un
trattamento rilassante e alleviante dei dolori muscolari. Al termine del
trattamento verranno applicati sacchetti caldi sulla schiena contenenti
specifici rimedi ayurvedici per ridurre la sintomatologia dolorosa.

specific ayurvedic remedies to reduce pain.
