1. During the whole event any student or participant who willingly, grossly, or
negligently damages anything will be held fully responsible for the complete amount
of the damage(s) inflicted.
2. EUROSPORTEVENTS A.S.D. cannot and will not take any responsibility for either
sports related accidents or self-inflicted accidents, thefts or losses of any kind. Please
make sure to take care and look after your personal belongings yourself.

Respect – you are expected to behave appropriately. Please do not make noise when
coming into the hostel/hotel from the parties or damage things in the Hostel/Hotel.
Food & Beverages – take care while handling food and drinks at the sport centers.
Fairplay – in order for everyone to enjoy the games, to guarantee equal chances and to
secure your future participation in EURO ROMA, please be aware that Fairplay is requested
from everyone. Please keep in mind: it’s a game, we don’t want you to seriously hurt each
other.
Friendship – at EURO ROMA 2014 we would like to create an atmosphere of friendship,
camaraderie and understanding among participating universities. This implies treating
each other respectfully.
Tolerance – We just want everything to be perfect, but the organization of EURO ROMA
2014 could suffer setbacks and unexpected events and/or delays in matches if you fail to
respect the timetables, therefore: be patient and flexible in your standing!
Communication – there will be a Help Desk where only the heads of delegations or
team leaders can inquire and ask our staff information about the matches and the whole
event, to avoid queues and to work efficiently.
Please understand that we reserve the right to exclude participants who are strongly violating
these general rules of behaviour in order to ensure an environment in which everybody may feel
relaxed and comfortable.

CHALLENGE CUP
For each sport your teams win they will gain:

5th place - 6th place - 7th place - 8th place: 1 POINT
The university that accumulates the most points in all sports will keep the “Challenge
Cup” for 1 year. If the university wins the tournament for three years, not necessarily
consecutive, it will permanently retain the “Challenge Cup”.
Tournament organization is the exclusive competence of EUROSPORTEVENTS STAFF.
The enrolment at the tournament implies the complete adherence and acceptance of
these Regulations. EUROSPORTEVENTS A.S.D. declines all responsibility for incidental
accidents. The Referees are entrusted to the organizing staff and to the players’ fair
play.

WINNER OF EURO ROMA 2014: CHALLENGE CUP + A CHEQUE OF 1.200,00 €
2ND PLACE: A CHEQUE OF 600,00 €
3RD PLACE: A CHEQUE OF 500,00 €
4TH PLACE: A CHEQUE OF 400,00 €
5TH PLACE: A CHEQUE OF 300,00 €
(The cheques have to be used for the registration of the university in EURO ROMA 2015)
FOR EACH TOURNAMENT:
1ST PLACE: TROPHY + MEDALS FOR ALL PLAYERS + CHEQUE of 400,00 euros
to be used for the registration in EURO ROMA 2015 (for football male, futsal male
and female, basketball male and female, volleyball male and female, handball male,
athletics and cheerleading dance contest).
TROPHY + MEDALS FOR ALL PLAYERS + CHEQUE of 200,00 euros
to be used for the registration in EURO ROMA 2015 (for tennis and tennis table)
