free choice depending on availability on the beach) are free.

ALLEGEMEINE MIETBEDINGUNGEN
1. Reservierung. Ihre Reservierung wird erst gurltig durch eine schriftliche
Bestaetigung der Agentur. Diese Bestaetigung erhalten Sie sofort nach
Eingang der Anzahlung zu.
2. Zuhlungsbedingungen. Ein Teil des Mietbetrages 30% als Anzahlung muß,
falls kein anderes Zahlungsabkommen, an die Agentur Eurosand mittels
Scheck (per Einschreiben) oder per Postanweisung oder Banküberweisung
angezahlt werdwn. Der Restbetrag der Mietsumme ist bei Ankunft/
Schluesseluebergabe zu begleichen.
3. Stornierung. Die geleistete Anzahlung wird in keinem Fall zuruckerstattet.
Die Stornierung eines Vertrages ist nur bis 2 Monate vor Anreistermin
moeglich. Bei kurzfristiger Stornierung behaelt sich die Agentur das Recht
vor, den gesamten Mietvertrag zu fordern, falls kein neuer Mieter fuer das
Vertragsobjekt gefunden wird.
4. Ankunft. Die Anreise muss am vereinbarten Tag zwischen 16.00 und
20.00 Uhr erfolgen. Im fall einer Verspaetung bitten wir um rechtzeitige
Benachrichtigung an der Agentur Eurosand. Sollte keine Benachrichtigung
erfolgen, kann die Wohnung nach Ablauf einer Frist von 24 Stunden unter
Anwendung von Punkt 3 weitervermietet werden.
5. Aufenhaltsbedingungen. Die in der Preiseliste oder im Angebot angegebene
Bettenanzahl darf in keinem Fall ueberschritten werden. Kinder gelten hier
als Erwachsene.
Haustiere duerfen nur mit Genehmigung der Agentur unter Beruecksichtigung
der jeweiligen Hausordnung mitgebrcht werden. Der Gebrauch von
elektriscen Heizoefen sowie eigenen Haushaltsgeraeten ist untersagt.
Die Gaeste werden gebeten, die Hausordnung des jeweilegen Hauses zu
beachten. Die allegemeinen Vorschriften hinsichtlich der Ruhezeiten in den
Nachmittags- und Nachstunden bitten wir besonders zu beruecksichtigen.
6. Ausstattung der Wohnungen. Alle Wohnungen sind vollstaendig eingerichtet
und verfuegen ueber Gasherd, Kuehlschrank, Geschirr (Kochtoerfe, Teller,
Glaeser, Besteck), fliessen Warm und Kaltwasser, Stromspannung 220V. Pro
Bett ist eine Wolldecke und einen Kopfkissen vorhanden. Mitzubringen ist
die Bettwaesche, und Handtuecher. Die Bettwaesche kann auf Anfrage und
gegen Bezahlung am Ort gemietet werden.
7. Abreise. Die Wohnung ist am Abreisetag bis spaestens 10.00 Uhr zu
raeumen. Die Wohnung muss in Ordnung hinterlassen werden: ohne Abfaelle,
das Geschirr muss gespuelt werden, der Kuehlschrank geraeumt, die
Kochnische sauber.
8. Kaution. Bei Schluesseluebernahme kann von der Agentur eine Kaution
von € 50,00 gefordert werden. Der Mieter verpflichtet sich, die Wohnung und
Einrichtung (Gechirr, Kuehlschrank, Matrazzen, usw.) schonend zu behandeln
und im einwandfrein Zustand zu halten. Reklamationen bezueglich der
Wohnung und des Inventars werden nur Ankunft angenommen. Entstandene
Schaeden sind der Agentur umgehend zu melden und müssen yum
Listenpreis ersetz werden. Die Evt. Kaution wird erst nach Wohnungsabnahme
zurueckerstattet.
9. Verpflichtungen der Agentur. Die Agentur kann fuer eventuelle
Schaeden, Unfaelle, Verluste, Einbrueche, Verspaetungen und sonstige
Unannhmlichkeiten, die sich in der Wohnung zutragen sollten, nicht haltbar
gemacht werden. Die Agentur steht ihnen zur Verfuegung, um eventuelle
Probleme zu loesen. Bei Anfragen auf Schadenersatz wenden Sie sich bitte
direkt am Ort an die Agentur. Bei rechtlichen Schritten ist das Gericht in
Venedig zustaendig.
10. Besonderheiten. Die Agentur behalt sich das Recht vor dem Gast
aehnliches Apartment, von ca. gleichen Wert, zu reservieren, bei
unvorhergesehenen. Eventuelle Mehrkosten traegt die Agentur.
Wir informieren unsere Gaeste, dass das von der Agentur bevollmaechtigte
Personal auch in ihrer Abwesenheit die Apartements betraeten darf, fuer
eventuelle Reparaturen und Instandhaltung.
GENERAL RENTING CONDITIONS
1. Booking. The bookingis to be considered definitively confirmed only after
the reception of the contract that Agency shall send you immediately after
having received the deposit.
2. Payment. A part of the renting amount, 30% if the agreement isn’t different,
must be paid as deposit to the Agency also by post (registrated letter with
guaranteedchecks or postal order or by bank transfer).
The settlement of the rent must be paidat the arrival together with the delivery
of the keys.
3. Cancellation. The deposit will not be given back under no circumstances.
Should the guest be obliged to cancel the booking, he shall have to give notice
at least 2 months before the beginning of the stay. Othervise if Agency is not
able to rent the apartment to someone else, the guest has also to settle the
rest of the amount.
4. Arrival. The arrival must occur on the fixed date between 16.00 and
20.00. In case of delay the guest must advise in time the Agency Eurosand.
Otherwise the apartment shall be kept free only for another day, after which
it may be rented again with the consequences for the guest written above
(point 3).
5. Renting conditions. It is forbidden to give hospitality to more persons
than allowed by the number of beds indicated on our offer. Children are
considered as adults. Domestic animals can be broughtonly if allowed by
Agency Eurosand, in conformity to the regulation of the house. The use of
stoves or electric heaters is forbidden. All guestsare obliged to respect the
house regulations with particular attention to the rules concerning the quiet
especially during the afternoon and night.
6. Equipment of the apartments. All our apartments are completely furnished
and are equipped with gas stoves, set of kitchen (pots, dishes, glasses,
kitchenware), running cold and warm water, fridge and 220 Volt electricity. A
blanket and pillow is available for each bed. The guests must bring sheetes,
table-linen and bath towels. On request it’s possible to rent directly in the
office sheets and pillow-cases.
7. Departure. The apartment has to be left free whitin 10.00 in the morning of
the fixed date. The apartment must be left clean, free from garbage with the
kitchen ware washed, the refrigerator empty and the kitchen in perfect order.
8. Caution. The guest must take the maximum care of the apartment and
of its equipment (kitchenware, refrigerator, matresses, etc.). Complaints
regarding the state of the apartment and its equipment shall be accepted
only within 24 hours after the arrival. Broken or damaged items must be paid
at the price of the price list. As guarantee of the accurate observance of all
what aqbove written and to be sure that everything is left in perfect order,
agency may on discretion, at the arrival ask for € 50,00 caution for each
apartment, whichshall be given back after having controlled the conditions
of the apartment.
9. Liabilities of the agency. No responsability may be given to Agency in case
of breakage, accidents, losses, thefts and inconveniences in general and that
should occur in the apartment. The agency however shall give its help to
resolve the problems. Requests of compensation for damage must be agreed
directly. For eventual legal disputes, the court of Venice is competent.
10. Particular rules. Agency riserves itself the right, in case of unexpected
problems, to change an apartment with another one having about the same
value. Eventual extra charges will be paid by Agenzia Eurosand.
We inform our clients that the Agency staff is authorized to enter into the
apartments also in your absence for eventual repairings and maintenance.

CONDIZIONI GENERALI DI AFFITTO
1. Prenotazione. La prenotazione è da intendersi definitivamente confermata
solo al ricevimento della “lettera di conferma” che l’Agenzia spedirà
immediatamente dopo aver ricevuto la caparra.
2. Pagamento. Una parte del canone di affitto, 30% salvo diverso accordo
deve essere versato a titolo di caparra all’Agenzia a mezzo posta (lettera
raccomandata contenente assegni a copertura garantita o vaglia postale o
bonifico bancario). Il saldo del canone di affitto dovrà essere versato all’arrivo
contestualmente al ritiro delle cihiavi dell’appartamento.
3. Disdetta. Per nessun motivo verrà restituita la caparra. Nel caso il
richiedente sia costretto a disdire la prenotazione dovrà darne avviso almeno
2 mesi prima dell’inizio del soggiorno. In caso contrario, qualora l’Agenzia non
riuscisse ad affittare ad altri l’appartamento, il richiedente è tenuto a versare
anche il rimanente importo a saldo del canone pattuito.
4 Arrivo. L’arrivo deve avvenire nel giorno stabilito, tra le 16.00 e le ore 20.00
del pomeriggio. In caso di ritardo si prega di avvertire tempestivamente
l’Agenzia. Diversamente l’appartamento sarà tenuto a disposizione solo per
un altro giorno, dopodichè potrà essere riaffittato con le conseguenze, per il
cliente, di cui al punto precedente.
5. Norme di soggiorno. È vietato ospitare più persone di quanto non sia
consentito dal numero dei posti letto indicato nella nostra offerta. A questo
riguardo i bambini sono considerati come adulti. Piccoli anmali domestici
possono essere portati con sè solo se da noi autorizzati, in considerazione
del Regolamento di ciascuna casa. Non è consentito l’uso di stufe o fornelli
elettrici propri. Tutti gli ospiti sono tenuti a rispettare il regolamento di
ciascuna casa e particolarmente ad osservare scrupolosamente le comuni
norme relative alla quiete sopratutto nelle ore pomeridiane e notturne.
6. Dotazione degli appartamenti. Tutti i nostri appartamenti vengono
consegnati completamente arredati e provvisti di fornello o cucina a gas,
frigorifero, batteria da cucina (pentole, piatti, bicchieri, stoviglie), acqua
corrente calda e fredda, energia elettrica a 220 Volt. Per ogni posto letto è
disponibile una coperta ed un guanciale. Il cliente deve portare con sé solo la
biancheria per il letto, la tavola ed il bagno. Su richiesta è possibile noleggiare
sul posto lenzuola e federe.
7. Partenza. L’appartamento deve essere lasciato libero entro le ore 10.00 di
mattino del giorno stabilito. L’appartamento deve essere lasciato in ordine,
libero da immondizie, il frigorifero vuoto, le stoviglie lavate e l’angolo cottura
perfettamente pulito.
8. Cauzione. L’inquilino si impegna ad avere la massima cura
dell’appartamento e delle apparecchiature domestiche (stoviglie, frigorifero,
materassi, ecc.). Reclami per quanto riguarda lo stato dell’appartamento e
dell’inventario verranno accettati soltanto nelle 24 ore successive all’arrivo.
Eventuali rotture o danneggiamenti di oggetti devono essere risarciti ai prezzi
di listino. A garanzia del puntuale rispetto di quanto sopra dell’impegno di
lasciare l’appartamento in ordine a discrezione dell’Agenzia al momento del
ritiro delle chiavi, potrà essere richiesta una cauzione di EURO 50,00 per
appartamento. Detta cauzione sarà restituita dopo aver effettuato il controllo
dello stato dell’appartamento.
9. Responsabilità dell’agenzia. Nessuna responsabilità potrà essere attribuita
all’Agenzia per eventuali rotture, infortuni, smarrimenti, furti, ritardi ed
inconvenienti in genere che si dovessero verificare nell’alloggio. Essa
presterà comunque i propri servigi per aiutare a risolvere eventuali problemi,
fermo restando che eventuali richieste di risarcimento danni, devono essere
concordate direttamente sul posto. Per eventuali controversie legali, il foro
competente è Venezia.
10. Norme particolari. L’Agenzia si riserva, in caso di imprevisti
nell’assegnazione dell’appartamento riservato, il diritto alla sostituzione
con un altro avente circa lo stesso valore. Eventuali maggiori spese sono a
carico dell’Agenzia. Si informa la gentile clientela che il personale autorizzato
dell’Agenzia può entrare negli appartamenti per eventuali riparazioni o
manutenzioni anche in Vostra assenza.
