Betätigung. Zutaten: Krea-Genic� (Kreatinmonohydrat, Säureregulator: E500), Gelatine, Füllstoff:
E460; Trennmittel: E551, E470b; Farbstoffe: E110, E124, E171, E172. E110, E124: Kann die Aktivität
und Aufmerksamkeit bei Kindern beeinträchtigen. Kann Spuren von Laktose, Gluten, Soja und Ei
enthalten. Verzehrempfehlung: 5 Kapseln täglich; vorzugsweise vor dem Training. Die Empfehlung
gilt für den Zeitraum von 6 Wochen. Anschließend 2-4 Wochen Pause einlegen. Hinweis: Empfohlene
Verzehrmenge nicht überschreiten! Nahrungsergänzungsmittel sollten nicht als Ersatz für eine

This product is determined only for adults, who perform high intensity muscle load. Daily intake of 3 g Creatine per serving
increases the physical performance during high-speed power training while doing short-term high intensity physical activity.
Ingredients: Krea-Genic� (Creatine Monohydrate, Acidity Regulator: E500), Gelatine, Bulking Agent: E460; Anticaking Agents:
E551, E470b; Colours: E110, E124, E171, E172. E110, E124: May have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
May contain traces of lactose, gluten, soy and egg. Recommendation: 5 capsules per day; preferably before workout. The
recommendation is for 6 weeks. Then take a break for 2-4 weeks. Advice: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food
supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep the product out of

monoidrato da deglutire, la creatina incrementa le prestazioni fisiche in caso di attività ripetitive, di elevata intensità e di breve
durata. Questo prodotto è destinato ad adulti che praticano un esercizio fisico intenso. L’effetto benefico si ottiene con l’assunzione
giornaliera di 3 g di creatina. Ingredienti: Krea-Genic� (Creatina monoidrato, Regolatore di acidità: E500), Gelatina alimentare,
Volumizzante: E460; Agenti antiagglomeranti: E551, E470b; Coloranti: E110, E124, E171, E172. E110, E124: Può influire
negativamente sull’attività e l’attenzione dei bambini. Può contenere tracce di lattosio, glutine, soia e uova. Modalità d'uso:
Assumere 5 capsule al giorno; preferibilmente prima dell’allenamento, per non oltre un mese. Avvertenze: Non superare la
dose giornaliera consigliata. Tenere fuori dalla portata dei bambini di età inferiore ai tre anni. Gli integratori non vanno intesi
