Denester Mod. “NEXTRA N10”, composto da:
Nastro di alimentazione dei tub provenienti da linea di
riempimento a monte (adatto anche a carico manuale).
Prelievo automatico del nest pieno ed eventuale
rotazione per lavorare ogni tipo di nest senza cambio
formato.
Stazione di rimozione siringhe fino a 400pcs/min con
scarico su singola fila: il sistema assicura l’assenza di
shock meccanici sulla flangia della siringa durante la
fase di trasferimento verso la guida di scarico (sistema
“drop free”)
I nest vuoti vengono automaticamente riposizionati nei
tub e trasportati verso il renester.
il denester può essere collegato direttamente alla
macchina ispezionatrice.
Denester Mod. “NEXTRA N10”, configured as follow:
Tub infeed from the upstream filling line by a load conveyor,
suitable for manual loading too.
Automatic pick up of the nest and transfer to the denesting
station. If necessary the nest is rotated in order to allow
operations with all nest sizes without any format change.
Denesting station up to 400/min with syringe discharge in
one line: the system guarantees a “drop free” transfer of
syringes during denesting without any mechanical shock on
the syringe’ flange.
The empty nest is automatically reloaded on its tub and
moved to the renester by a conveyor.
The denester can be directly connected to the optical
inspection machine.
