Grand Hotel Villa Igiea si affaccia con il suo
giardino secolare sulla baia di Palermo.
Facilmente raggiungibile con ogni mezzo di
trasporto, l’hotel dista 3 km dal centro città,
4 km dalla Stazione Ferroviaria Centrale e
1,5 km dal porto, collegato con le principali
destinazioni del Mediterraneo.
In auto, è raggiungibile percorrendo le
autostrade A29 Palermo-Trapani (uscita Via
Belgio) e A19 Palermo-Messina-Catania
(uscita via Giafar).
A circa 32 km è situato l’Aeroporto Internazionale Falcone-Borsellino di Palermo
(codice internazionale PMO) con voli diretti
da/per le principali destinazioni nazionali ed
internazionali.
Splendido esempio di Art Noveau, creato
alla fine del 19° secolo, prende spunto dal
progetto del famoso architetto Ernesto
Basile. Costruito durante il periodo d’oro
della Belle Epoque, la costruzione ricorda
la forma di un castello e deriva il suo nome
dal nome greco di Igiea, ninfa della salute.
L’Hotel è localizzato in una comoda posizione sul mare, alle pendici del Monte Pellegrino, circondato da giardini profumati e
da terrazze con una vista panoramica sulla
baia di Palermo a soli 3 km dal centro
della città. Niente risulterà più piacevole
di godersi il caldo sole siciliano nelle sue
ampie terrazze per poi rinfrescarsi nella
piscina panoramica con vista sul mare, il
tutto prima di lasciarsi sedurre dalla Cucina Mediterranea degli Chef del ristorante
Donna Franca Florio.
Per i più sportivi, una partita a tennis con
lo sfondo del mare ed un allenamento
energizzante nella Fitness Room e per concludere una giornata perfetta, una piccola
crociera indimenticabile con aperitivo al
tramonto .
L’albergo ha 120 camere e suites lussuose che riflettono la tradizione e la storia
centenaria dell’Hotel. La bellezza dei loro
