UNA BUSSOLA PER IL LAVORO
Varvel SpA sostiene un progetto di orientamento professionale attraverso eventi ed incontri,
offrendo opportunità concrete ed un confronto di alto valore
Orientarsi nel mondo del lavoro non è semplice, specialmente nella particolare contingenza
economica attuale. Varvel SpA, PMI bolognese specializzata nell’ambito delle trasmissioni
di potenza e simbolo di un’imprenditoria made in Italy d’eccellenza, ha voluto portare
il proprio contributo per sostenere chi è in cerca di occupazione o di informazioni utili a collocarsi
nel mondo produttivo. Ha quindi
scelto di partecipare a “La Bussola
del Lavoro” un evento che offre
la possibilità di confrontarsi,
informarsi e ricevere strumenti
concreti per cercare con efficacia
o per crearsi un posto di lavoro.
La Bussola del Lavoro si svolge all’interno delle gallerie dei
centri commerciali, mettendo a disposizione gratuitamente
dei consulenti dell’orientamento professionale che, attraverso
dei colloqui individuali personalizzati possono suggerire alle
persone come migliorare la propria capacità di essere notati
sui social network, come scrivere ed utilizzare il CV, come
crearsi delle relazioni, un network funzionale ai propri obiettivi,
come considerare i cambiamenti nello scenario normativo.
La Bussola del Lavoro è l’occasione per ascoltare i diversi punti di vista dei principali operatori
del settore, come consulenti di orientamento, formatori, selezionatori, oltre a quella di candidarsi
e di scoprire opportunità ed offerte, attraverso le principali agenzie per il lavoro.
Il mese di marzo Varvel aderisce attraverso una postazione e con la partecipazione ad un
seminario-incontro pubblico con i responsabili delle risorse umane, per un confronto finale
sull’esito dei colloqui.

A COMPASS FOR LABOUR
Varvel SpA supports a project of vocational guidance through events and meetings, offering
real opportunities and a comparison of high value
Navigate the world of labour is not easy, especially in the current economic circumstances.
Varvel SpA, a Bologna-based enterprise specialized in the field of power transmission
and entrepreneurship symbol of Made in Italy excellence, wanted to make a contribution
to support those seeking employment or information to place in
the world of production. It has then chosen to participate in “The
Compass of Labour” an event offering the opportunity to meet,
learn and get ideas on how to search or to ask for a job.
The Compass of Labour is held in the shopping arcades, providing free
career guidance consultants who, through individual interviews
can suggest people how to improve their ability to be noticed on
social networks, how to write
and use the curriculum vitae, how to create relationships,
a network functional to its objectives, how to consider the
changes in the normative scenario.
The Compass of Labour is an opportunity to listen to different
points of view of the major sector operators, such as guidance
consultants, trainers, recruiters, as well as to stand in and
discover opportunities and offers, through the main employment
agencies.
In March, Varvel joins the heads of human resources for a final
confrontation on talks outcome through a post and with the participation in a seminar-public
meeting.
