• Machine provided with BPL FLEX laser units for engraving
finished buttons at high speed (over 200 bpm)
• Upgrading of “Hi-per” series applied to the Feeder and to
the Loader for a quick adjustment of timing with the loader
while the machine is running.
• New and simplified PICKER device on the feeding
plate for a regular pick-up and guide of the blank into the
loading channel.
• Device for individual button feeding.
• INVERTER on the hopper feeder
• Extractable and “rapid”mount loader
• Booster device to accelerate turret rotation in case of long
engravings.
• Modified electropneumatic button orienting unit MO/B
with an easy adjustment of the spacing guide pins from
3,5 mm to 12 mm.

keep a constant operational temperature to laser unit.

• Set of special chucks without teeth and multisize directly
adjustable on the machine (4 sets of “R”(Rapid)
chucks holding all sizes: 14”/24”, 26”/36”, 38”/48”
and 50”/60”). Threaded mount chucks for sizes over
60” ligne (on demand)
