Caratteristiche tubo di rame
Cu-DHP disossidato al fosforo
(Cu + Ag: min. 99,90%, 0,015% ≤ P ≤ 0,040%), con caratteristiche
chimico fisiche, meccaniche e tolleranze dimensionali conformi alla
norma UNI EN 1057.
In conformità alla presente norma di prodotto al Regolamento Europeo
CRP 305/2011 ed alla Direttiva Europea PED 97/23/EC il tubo viene
marcato CE. Stato fisico ricotto R220 N/mm2.
Copper pipe specifications
Cu-DHP phosphorized copper
(Cu + Ag: min. 99,90%, 0,015% ≤ P ≤ 0,040%), with physical-chemical
and mechanical properties and dimensional tolerances in compliance
with UNI EN 1057 norm. In compliance with the norms in force and
European Directives CPD 89/106/EEC and PED 97/23/EC the tube is
labeled CE.
Physical condition annealed R220 N/mm2.
Caratteristiche rivestimento
 Ebrilgas Rivestimento in PVC (Polivinile di Cloruro) ottenuto per
estrusione direttamente sul tubo di rame.
 Newgas rivestimento in polietilene semi-espanso a cellule chiuse
dotata di distanziatori disposti in senso longitudinale attorno al
tubo.

Ebrilgas è la soluzione che Ebrille srl, leader nella produzione di tubi in
rame rivestiti, propone per la realizzazione di impianti a gas per uso
domestico, secondo quanto prescritto dalla UNI CIG 7129/1: 2008.
Il rivestimento in Polivinile di Cloruro (PVC) liscio e perfettamente
aderente al tubo di rame con spessore di 1,5mm rispetta i requisiti della
norma UNI 10823. Questo rende il prodotto particolarmente indicato
anche per la realizzazione di installazioni interrate.
Inoltre il rivestimento in PVC estremamente elastico garantisce un’alta
resistenza e protezione della tubazione durante la posa in opera.
Il particolare processo produttivo disciplinato secondo le disposizioni
interne in ottemperanza alla norma di sistema UNI EN ISO 9001: 2008,
rende il prodotto idoneo alla realizzazione di tutti gli impianti installati
secondo le specifiche della legge N°46/1990 e D.M 37/2008.
Ebrilgas é disponibile in rotoli da 50mt fino al diametro 18mm e da
25mt per il diametro 22mm. Lo spessore di parete di tutti i diametri della
gamma è 1mm.
La tubazione preisolata è marcata ogni metro con numerazione progressiva, sul rotolo viene applicata un’etichetta identificativa.
Newgas è il risultato dell’attività svolta dai nostri laboratori di ricerca,
che hanno realizzato per primi un prodotto che rispondesse alle particolari esigenze di installazione degli impianti a adduzione gas.
L'esclusivo processo di rivestimento ottenuto estrudendo direttamente
sul tubo di rame una speciale tubazione guaina in polietilene
semi-espanso a cellule chiuse dotata di distanziatori disposti in senso
longitudinale attorno al tubo, è realizzato in ottemperanza alle disposizioni della UNI CIG 7129.
La suddetta norma prevede che per l'attraversamento di muri pieni, muri
di mattoni forati e pannelli prefabbricati (senza intercapedine d’aria), la
tubazione in rame non presenti giunzioni o saldature e debba essere
protetta con guaina passante.
Il comportamento alla fiamma certificato secondo la norma CEI EN
50086 e la particolare sezione interna che garantisce il passaggio d'aria
previsto di 10mm unitamente al particolare processo produttivo, in
conformità alle norme internazionali ISO 9001: 2008, garantiscono il
prodotto idoneo alla realizzazione di tutti gli impianti disciplinati dalla
Legge no46 del 1990 e D.M 37/2008.
La particolare struttura stellare garantisce l’integrità del tubo anche
dopo le operazioni di piegatura effettuate tramite l’utilizzo delle
curvatubi standard.
Newgas é disponibile in rotoli da 50mt fino al diametro 18mm e da

A garanzia della qualità e della sicurezza, tutti i rotoli vengono collaudati alla pressione di 10 atmosfere e sigillati all’estremità attraverso
l’applicazione di tappi.
Ebrilgas is the solution that Ebrille srl, leader in the production of
insulated copper tubing, proposes for the realization of home gas
systems, in compliance with UNI CIG 7129/1: 2008.
The smooth Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) insulation adheres perfectly to the
copper tube and its thickness of 1.5mm satisfies the requisites of the UNI
10823 norm.
These characteristics make the product particularly well suited for the
realization of underground installations.
In addition, the extremely elastic PVC insulation guarantees elevated
resistance and protection of the tubing during installation.
The special production process, regulated by in-house specifications are
in compliance with UNI EN ISO 9001: 2008 norms, makes the product
suitable for the realization of all systems installed in compliance with the
requirements of Law N°46/1990 and D.M 37/2008.
Ebrilgas is available in 50m rolls in diameters of up to 18mm and rolls
of 25m in a diameter of 22mm. the wall thickness of all diameters in the
line is 1mm.
The pre-insulated tubing is marked at each meter in progressive numbering and an identification label is applied to each roll.
Newgas is the outcome of research studies conducted by our laboratories, which were the first to realize a product that met the special installment needs of gas adduction systems.
The exclusive process that extrudes the insulation directly onto the
copper tube, consisting of a special sheath in semi-expanded closed-cell
polyethylene, with longitudinal spacers around the tube is realized in
compliance with the requisites of UNI CIG 7129 norms.
The abovementioned norm states that in crossing solid walls, cinder
block walls and prefab panels (without air spaces), the copper tubing
must not present joints or welds and must be protected by an outer
sheath.
The flame resistance is certified in compliance with norm CEI EN 50086
and the special 10mm interior section ensuring the passage of air, along
with the special production process, in compliance with international
ISO 9001: 2008 norms, guarantee the product’s suitability for the realization of all installations governed by Law no. 46 of 1990 and D.M
37/2008.
The particular star-shaped form keeps the tube from breaking when it is
bent using standard tube benders.
Newgas is available in 50m rolls in diameters of up to 18mm in
diameter and 25m rolls for a diameter of 22mm.
The pre-insulated tubing is marked every meter with progressive
numbers, and each roll bears an identification label.
To guarantee quality and safety, every roll is tested at a pressure of
10Atm and sealed at the tips with caps.
