Completare lo studio morfo-sintattico e in particolare la padronanza della sintassi .
Consolidare e ampliare le abilità comunicative.
Acquisire un linguaggio letterario e le tecniche necessarie per l’analisi testuale.
Conoscere la cultura, la storia, e la realtà socio-culturale dei secoli studiati.
Sviluppare capacità critiche, di analisi e di sintesi.
Sapersi confrontare in modo autonomo e critico.

Saper comprendere testi su argomenti attinenti alla vita contemporanea, articoli tratti dalla
stampa di lingua inglese, testi letterari.
Saper paragonare , confrontare ed esprimere pareri motivandoli.
Saper stendere un elaborato partendo da un tema dato, selezionando e organizzando le
proprie cognizioni culturali, sintetizzandole in una forma linguisticamente corretta e scorrevole.
