INSTALLATION
The Installation kit includes:
N. 1 SALESMAN ORDER MANAGER” CD-Rom
The Installation Procedure follows the steps below:
§ “SALESMAN ORDER MANAGER” set-up
§ transmission program configuration
§ connection to the Company for the first data transmission
Choose Start from Windows control bar.
Choose Run.
In the ‘Open’ box type: D:SETUP.EXE
Press OK to start SETUP.
(D is the Cd-Rom drive)

The following window will appear on screen. Press OK to continue.

Press this button to continue.

The following window shows automatically the program folder name.
Press Continue button.

Wait for the ending of the installation.

Installation ends with this screen. Press OK.

CONFIGURING THE TRANSMISSION
Choose Start from Windows control bar.
Choose Programs.
Then select Ordini_Velmar.
The window below will be shown:
Click on the ‘Send’ button.

Click on Confirm button in the transmission window.

Autelcom Transmission program will be opened.
Click on the ‘Configure’ button in order to access to the connection settings, which is necessary to first run
the program.

Serial Number Configuration
First activation!
When first launched the program will automatically show the Parameters section.
Type the EXACT Serial Number and Key Code given by the company and click on Save.
ATTENTION!
IF THE SERIAL NUMBER AND KEYCODE FIELDS ARE ALREADY FILLED LEAVE THE SERIAL NUMBER
AND KEYCODE SHOWN.

Terminal Configuration
Enter now the Terminal section.
Delete the word 'TERMINAL' and insert the code given by the company.

FTP Server Configuration
Enter the FTP Server section.
The table below describes the data that needs to be inserted:
Server Name
FTP port
FTP User name
FTP Password
Confirm FTP Password

Insert the personal user name given by the company
Insert the personal password given by the company
Repeat the personal password
To confirm, click on Save and then Exit.
When the program is first launched there is the need to set the Serial Number (see also Serial Number
Configuration section)

Remote access configuration
ADSL line connection
If the internet connection type is ADSL, the user is permanently connected to the internet, and therefore
does not need to enable a modem connection each time.
Select the LAN router connection option.

Modem Connection
If the user is not connected to the internet there is the need of connection through the telephone line.
Therefore choose the Modem Connection option.

Internet Connection Profile Selection
In order to select the connection needed to connect to the internet, click on the Select button.
Select the wished internet connection and click Ok.

Insert now Remote access Username and Password given to you by your provider (LIbero, Tim, atc.).
Password must be repeated in the Confirm Password field.
Click Save to confirm.
If more providers are used or there is the need of connecting to the internet before transmission, select Lan
Router Connection. With this settings you will have to remember to manually connect to the internet always
before transmission.
