Art. 2 - DISPOSIZIONI GENERALI –
Il presente Regolamento Particolare di Gara è redatto e la manifestazione sarà organizzata in
conformità al Codice Sportivo Internazionale, al Regolamento Sportivo Nazionale, al Regolamento di Settore
Slalom ed alle altre disposizioni dell’ ACI, secondo i quali deve intendersi regolato quanto non specificato negli
articoli seguenti.
Per il fatto stesso dell’iscrizione, ciascun Concorrente dichiara per se e per i propri Conduttori, mandanti
o incaricati, di riconoscere ed accettare le disposizioni del presente Regolamento Particolare di gara e della
regolamentazione generale, del Codice Sportivo Internazionale, del Regolamento Sportivo Nazionale,
impegnandosi a rispettarle e a farle rispettare.
L’Organizzatore si riserva la facoltà di far conoscere tempestivamente a tutti gli iscritti, a mezzo di
Circolari, quelle istruzioni e quei chiarimenti che crederà opportuno dover impartire per la migliore applicazione
del presente Regolamento.
Art. 3 - ASSICURAZIONI –
L’Organizzatore dichiara che la gara sarà coperta dall’assicurazione contro i rischi di Responsabilità
Civile verso Terzi prevista dalla normativa vigente.
La stipulazione della polizza RCT non solleva i Concorrenti ed i Conduttori da altre maggiori
responsabilità in cui potessero eventualmente incorrere.

Art. 4 - CONCORRENTI E CONDUTTORI AMMESSI Sono ammessi a partecipare, in qualità di Concorrenti e Conduttori i titolari di licenze in corso di validità,
secondo quanto previsto dalla Appendice 1 al R.S.N.Sono inoltre ammessi a partecipare i titolari di licenza di Regolarità, nell’ambito del regolamento “Caccia al
Pilota”.
In deroga a quanto previsto dal RSN, un Conduttore può essere designato due volte a condizione di
guidare vetture diverse e rispettare l’ordine di partenza nella ricognizione e nelle manches.
Per ogni altra disposizione in materia si rimanda al Regolamento di Settore - Slalom che si intende qui
integralmente trascritto.
I conduttori sono obbligati a usare l’abbigliamento protettivo e i caschi omologati secondo le disposizioni
dell’ Appendice n. 4 al RSN.
Tutti coloro i quali venissero trovati non conformi alla normativa internazionale o nazionale
relativamente all'abbigliamento/dispositivi di sicurezza devono essere esclusi dalla gara e deferiti alla Giustizia
Sportiva.
Art. 5 - VETTURE AMMESSE E LORO SUDDIVISIONI IN CLASSI Sono ammesse le vetture previste dall’art. 2 del Regolamento Tecnico Slalom.
Non partecipano alla classifica assoluta le vetture dei gruppi
- Gruppo Promozionale “Caccia al Pilota” (partecipano senza rilevamento dei tempi e senza classifica)
- Vetture ad Energie Alternative - previste dal RDS e conformi ai rispettivi regolamenti tecnici
- Gruppo “AUTOSTORICHE” Si tiene conto della Categoria e Classe riportata sull’HTP della vettura:

Art. 6 - PERCORSO DI GARA E RICOGNIZIONI –
La competizione si svolgerà sul percorso SP.165 avente una lunghezza di Km (4) 3.440 detto percorso
sarà ripetuto (5) 3 (tre) volte (indicare il numero di manches previste) oltre la ricognizione.
L’Organizzatore dichiara sotto la propria responsabilità che il percorso è il medesimo della passata
edizione e che non ha modificato la località di partenza e di arrivo della gara. (6)
Dichiara altresì che la media oraria sarà inferiore agli 80 km/h.
Il Direttore di gara ha l’obbligo alla fine della ricognizione, se effettuata, o alla fine di ogni manche e prima di
procedere alla successiva, di controllare che la velocità media non abbia superato gli 80 km/h.
Qualora detta media sia stata superata il Direttore di gara è obbligato ad implementare il numero delle
postazioni e/o delle porte relative alle postazioni.
La modifica apportata deve essere notificata singolarmente ad ogni concorrente/conduttore prima dello start
della manche interessata dalla modifica (Art. 9-disposizioni finali del RDS)
Il percorso di gara sarà chiuso al traffico alle ore 08:00 del giorno 24.05.2015
e da quel momento vi potranno transitare soltanto i mezzi di servizio.
Eventuali percorsi alternativi, da utilizzare per il ritorno alla zona partenti, devono essere preventivamente
richiesti ed autorizzati da ACI.
E’ lasciata alla discrezione del Concorrente l’effettuazione anche di una sola manche, previa comunicazione al
direttore di gara .

Ai Conduttori può esser data l’opportunità di effettuare la ricognizione del percorso, secondo le disposizioni
della Direzione di Gara e in conformità a quanto previsto dal rispettivo RDS. L’eventuale ricognizione del percorso d’iniziativa dei Conduttori su strada aperta al traffico avviene sotto la loro
esclusiva responsabilità e deve essere effettuata soltanto con vetture conformi al Codice della Strada e nel
pieno rispetto delle norme del Codice stesso.

Art. 7- ISCRIZIONI –
Le domande di iscrizione devono pervenire al seguente indirizzo: Automobile Club Campobasso Via
Cavour 14 86100 Campobasso , redatte sugli appositi moduli e accompagnate dalla relativa tassa.
Le iscrizioni devono essere chiuse al massimo il lunedì precedente la data di inizio della gara.
Le tasse d’iscrizione delle domande spedite negli ultimi 5 (cinque) giorni rispetto al termine di chiusura delle
iscrizioni devono essere maggiorate del 20%.
La tassa di iscrizione è di € 150,00 (7)+ IVA, comprensiva dei numeri di gara.
La tassa di iscrizione dei conduttori Under 23 dovranno essere ridotte del 50%.
I Concorrenti che non accettano la pubblicità dell’organizzatore (esclusa quella sulle placche porta-numeri
di gara) dovranno versare una doppia tassa di iscrizione

Art. 8 - PUBBLICITÀ La pubblicità sulle vetture in gara è ammessa conformemente alle prescrizioni contenute nelle vigenti
norme pubblicate sul RSN. L’Organizzatore appone la pubblicità: da rendere noto successivamente con
comunicato del Comitato Organizzatore sulle placche porta-numeri di gara (che non può essere rifiutata dai
concorrenti) e su due o tre spazi pubblicitari aventi complessivamente le dimensioni massime di cmq 1600; la
posizione sulle vetture di tali spazi pubblicitari è libera.

Nell’ambito di ciascun gruppo, sarà rispettato l’ordine di partenza pubblicato dopo le verifiche antegara.
L’intervallo tra una vettura e la successiva (non inferiore, comunque, a 30”) è stabilito dal Direttore di Gara.
Ogni Conduttore deve trovarsi a disposizione del Direttore di Gara, con la propria vettura allineata
secondo l’ordine di partenza, 15 minuti prima dell’orario di inizio partenze.
Solo il Conduttore è a bordo di ogni vettura.
Le partenze sono date a mezzo semaforo, conformemente alle disposizioni del RDS.
I conduttori che, trascorsi 20” dal VIA non fossero ancora riusciti a partire, sono considerati ritirati ed
esclusi dalla manche.
Parimenti è impedita la partenza ai Conduttori che non si trovassero pronti, a disposizione del Direttore
di Gara secondo l’ordine previsto.
In relazione a situazioni eccezionali, il Direttore di Gara ha la facoltà di autorizzare, con decisione
motivata, una nuova partenza a favore del o dei Conduttori che non sono stati messi in condizione di portare a
termine la manche.
Art. 10 - OBBLIGHI DEI CONDUTTORI a) Fermata lungo il percorso.
Il Conduttore che fosse costretto a fermarsi lungo il percorso di gara deve sistemare la vettura il più possibile
sul margine della strada, in modo da non intralciare i sopraggiungenti.
Se si trova in curva, la vettura deve essere collocata all’esterno, fuori della traiettoria di marcia.
In nessun altro caso è consentito spingere la vettura lungo il percorso.
E’ vietato in ogni caso compiere tratti di percorso in senso opposto a quello di gara, pena l’esclusione dalla
gara e dalle classifiche.
b) Incolonnamento d’attesa e ritorno alla partenza..

Non appena ultimata l’eventuale ricognizione o la manche e prima della successiva i Conduttori, osservando
disciplinatamente le istruzioni dei Commissari addetti, dovranno incolonnarsi in un parcheggio controllato
dove non vige il regime di parco chiuso, seguendo l’ordine cronologico di gara e rimanere in attesa vicino
alla propria vettura, sino a quando l’ultimo conduttore non avrà terminato la prova.
Al momento opportuno il Direttore di Gara, o un suo incaricato, raggiunge i Conduttori in parcheggio e
provvede a riportarli nella località di partenza, incolonnati dietro la propria vettura.
Tutti i piloti, anche quelli delle vetture turismo, devono indossare, le cinture e l’abbigliamento protettivo;
l’uso del casco è obbligatorio per tutte le vetture aperte.
Sono vietati i sorpassi, la condotta di guida pericolosa (tipo accelerazioni), le derapate e manovre similari. I
trasgressori sono puniti pecuniariamente e/o con altra sanzione stabilita dal Collegio dei Commissari
Sportivi o dal Giudice Unico.
Durante questo tragitto ogni Conduttore è tenuto a mantenersi in costante collegamento con la vettura
precedente, allo scopo di evitare frazionamenti e interruzioni dell’incolonnamento.
Giunti nella località di partenza, dopo l’inversione di marcia, tutti i Conduttori dovranno porsi a
disposizione del Direttore di Gara per le operazioni di partenza della manche successiva.
Prima dell’inizio di una manche, i Conduttori sono informati dei tempi di percorrenza e delle penalità di
percorso della manche precedente.
c) I Conduttori che per qualsiasi motivo decidono di non prendere il via, prima dell’inizio di ogni manche, hanno
l’obbligo di darne preavviso al Direttore di Gara. Il mancato rispetto di questo obbligo comporterà
l’esclusione dalla classifica.
d) I Conduttori hanno l’obbligo di partecipare al briefing del Direttore di Gara nei luoghi e negli orari indicati nel
“programma” del presente R.P.G.
Gli assenti sono segnalati al Collegio dei Commissari Sportivi o al Giudice Unico per i relativi
provvedimenti disciplinari.
In alternativa il Direttore di Gara può pubblicare un proprio comunicato nel quale dovrà riportate
sinteticamente le informazioni e le ultime istruzioni per una regolare partecipazione alla gara. Detto
comunicato deve essere consegnato a tutti i conduttori durante le fasi delle verifiche sportive ante gara.
Art. 11 - ARRIVO E RILEVAMENTO TEMPI L’arrivo, segnalato da una striscia bianca trasversale alla strada, è di tipo “lanciato” ed il rilevamento del
tempo avviene al 1/100 di secondo per mezzo di fotocellule collegate ad apparecchiature scriventi.
Superato l’arrivo, i Conduttori devono arrestarsi al termine del rettilineo di decelerazione e seguire le
indicazioni degli Ufficiali di Gara.
Art. 12 - PARCO CHIUSO AL TERMINE DELL’ULTIMA MANCHE Dopo l’arrivo dell’ultima manche, tutti i Conduttori devono immediatamente condurre le proprie vetture
nel luogo destinato a parco chiuso, da dove possono ritirarle soltanto alla scadenza dei termini di reclamo e con
l’autorizzazione del Direttore di Gara.
Coloro che, dopo aver regolarmente disputato una manche, fossero impossibilitati a portare la propria
vettura in parco chiuso (per avaria nel corso delle manches previste o per altre cause di forza maggiore),
devono affidare la vettura stessa alla sorveglianza di un Commissario di Percorso ed informare al più presto il
Direttore di Gara.
Si ricorda che la mancata presenza o il ritardato ingresso della vettura in parco chiuso comporta
automaticamente l’esclusione dalla classifica, salvo ulteriori provvedimenti disciplinari.
Art. 13 - SEGNALAZIONI Durante la gara sono usate le segnalazioni conformi all’allegato “H” del Codice Sportivo Internazionale.
In particolare si ricorda che :
 l’esposizione di una bandiera gialla agitata significa che si è creata una situazione di pericolo immediato
(incidente, ostacolo improvviso, ecc...) e pertanto i Conduttori sono tenuti a rallentare la propria
andatura, pronti a fermarsi se necessario.
 l’esposizione di due bandiere gialle insieme indicano grave pericolo.
Ovviamente nei tratti ove sono esposte le bandiere gialle vige il divieto assoluto di sorpasso.
 l’esposizione della bandiera rossa obbliga i conduttori a fermarsi immediatamente.
 l’esposizione della bandiera gialla con bande rosse verticali indica l’inizio di superfice scivolosa
 l’esposizione della bandiera blue segnala di agevolare il sorpasso alla vettura che sopraggiunge
Ogni infrazione sul percorso, segnalata dai Commissari di Percorso, è esaminata dai Commissari Sportivi e può
comportare l’esclusione dalla classifica.

Art. 14 - VERIFICHE TECNICHE POST – GARA I conduttori hanno l’obbligo di sottoporre le proprie vetture ad eventuali verifiche tecniche disposte dai
Commissari Sportivi d’ufficio o su reclamo .
L’eventuale elenco delle vetture da verificare d’ufficio è esposto entro 30’ dall’arrivo dell’ultimo
Conduttore, presso l’Albo della Direzione di Gara.
I Conduttori sono tenuti a prendere visione di tale elenco e, se interessati, portarsi immediatamente al
parco chiuso a disposizione dei Commissari Tecnici.
Un ritardo superiore a 30’ è inteso quale rifiuto di verifica e comporterà l’esclusione dalla classifica,
oltre ai provvedimenti disciplinari del caso. Le verifiche possono protrarsi anche il giorno successivo alla gara.
Art. 15 - CLASSIFICHE E PENALITÀ In base alle disposizioni del RDS Slalom che qui si intendono integralmente trascritte, verranno redatte
le classifiche: Assoluta (senza i gruppi: Energie Alternative, Autostoriche – Attività di Base), di Gruppo, di
Classe e per il Campionato Italiano, le classifiche speciali: Femminile, Under 23 e Scuderie.
Le classifiche saranno esposte all’Albo della Direzione di Gara e, in assenza di reclami, diverranno
definitive dopo 30’ a partire dall’orario di esposizione.
Art. 16 - RECLAMI ED APPELLI –
Gli eventuali reclami dovranno essere presentati nei modi e nei termini previsti dal RSN accompagnati dalla
tassa di € 350,00 e, in caso di reclamo contro una vettura, da una cauzione per le spese di verifica stabilita dai
Commissari Sportivi, sentiti i Commissari Tecnici, sulla base della tabella orientativa di cui al RSN.
Per gli appelli vigono le norme del Regolamento Sportivo Nazionale; la tassa è di € 1.500,00

Art. 2 - GENERAL PROVISIONS This Supplementary Regulations have been prepared and the event will be organized in accordance with the
International Sporting Code, the National Sporting Regulations, the Regulations Sector Slalom and the other
provisions of the 'ACI, according to which must be understood as regulated what not specified in the
following Articles .
By the very fact of registration, each competitor declares for himself and for his Conductors, his person in
charge, to recognize and accept the provisions of this Supplementary Regulations and the general
regulations of the International Sporting Code, the National Sporting Regulations, pledging to respect and
enforce them.
The Organiser reserves the right to make known promptly to all participants, by means of circulars, those
instructions and those having to give explanations that seems opportune for the best application of this
Regulation.
Art. 3 - INSURANCE The Organizer declares that the event will be covered by insurance against the risks of Third Party Liability
required by law.
The Third Party insurance does not relieve the Competitors and Drivers from other more responsibility they
should eventually incur.
Art. 4 - COMPETITORS AND DRIVERS Are allowed to participate, as the Competitors and Drivers license holders valid, as required by Appendix 1
to RSNThey are also allowed to participate licensees Regularity under Regulation "Hunt Pilot".
Notwithstanding the provisions of the RSN, a conductor may be appointed twice as long to drive different
cars and respect the starting order in the survey and in the heats.
For all other provisions concerning please refer to the Rules of Sector - Slalom which is to be fully
transcribed.
The drivers are obliged to use protective clothing and helmets approved under the provisions of the
'Appendix n. 4 to RSN.
All those who were found not compliant with international or national relatively clothing / safety devices must
be excluded from the race and referred to the Sports Justice.
Art. 5 - ELIGIBLE VEHICLES AND THEIR DIVISION IN CLASSES The cars are allowed provided by art. 2 of the Technical Regulations Slalom.

Art. 6 - PATH OF RACE AND RECONNAISSANCE The competition will take place on the path SP.165 having a length of Km (4) 3440 said route will be
repeated (5) 3 (three) times (indicate the number of runs required) beyond recognition.
The Organizer declares under sole responsibility that the path is the same as the previous edition and that
did not change the location of departure and arrival of the race. (6)
He also declares that the average speed will be less than 80 km / h.
The Race Director has an obligation at the end of the survey, if performed, or at the end of each round and
before proceeding to the next, to check that the average speed did not exceed 80 km / h.
If that average is exceeded the Competition Director is obliged to implement the number of workstations and
/ or port related positions.
The amendment must be notified individually to each competitor / driver before the start of the race affected
by the change (Art. 9-final provisions of the RDS)
The race course will be closed to traffic at 08:00 of the day 05/24/2015
and from that moment you can pass only the means of service.
Possible alternative routes, to be used for the return to the area starters, must be previously requested and
authorized by ACI.

To Drivers can be given the opportunity to make a reconnaissance of the route, according to the provisions
of the Race Direction and in accordance with the provisions of the respective RDS. Any inspection of the course 'initiative Conductors road open to traffic takes place under their sole

compliance with the Code.

Art. 7- REGISTRATION Applications for registration must be received at the following address: Automobile Club Campobasso Via

Entries must be closed to the maximum the Monday preceding the date of the start of the race.
Tuition fees of the questions sent in the last 5 (five) days after closing of entries must be increased by 20%.
The entry fee is € 150.00 (7) + VAT, inclusive of the start numbers.
The registration fee of the conductors under 23 will have to be reduced by 50%.
Competitors who do not accept advertising organizer (except the one on the door-plate number) must pay a
double entry fee

Art. 8 - ADVERTISING The advertising on the cars in the race is permitted in accordance with the requirements of the applicable
standards published on RSN. The Organiser shall affix the advertising: to make known later communicated
with the Organizing Committee on plaques door-race numbers (which can not be refused by the competitors)
and on two or three advertising spaces with a total maximum size of 1600 cm²; the position on the cars of
such advertising is free.
Art. 9 - DEPARTURES The departures are given separately, with the vehicle stationary and the engine running and with the

Within each group, the order will be respected published departure after inspection Competitors'. The
interval between a car and the next (not less, however, 30 ") is established by the Race Director.
Each driver must be available to the Clerk of the Course, with their cars aligned in the order of departure, 15
minutes before the start time departures.
Only the conductor is on board each vehicle.
The departures are given by the traffic lights, in accordance with the provisions of the RDS.
Drivers who, after 20 "from the EIA had not yet managed to leave, are considered withdrawn and excluded
from the race.

In relation to exceptional situations, the Race Director has the right to authorize, in a reasoned decision, a
new departure in favor of either of the drivers who have not been put in a position to complete the round.
Art. 10 - DRIVER OBLIGATIONS a) Stop along the way.
The driver who was forced to stop on the route of the race has to park the car as much as possible on the
side of the road, so as not to obstruct the oncoming.
If is on a curve, the car must be placed outside, out of the path of travel.
In no other case is allowed to push the car along the way.
And 'forbidden in any case make route sections in the opposite direction to that of the race will be excluded
from the race and from the charts.
b) queuing and waiting back at the start ..
Once completed any reconnaissance or before the next round and the drivers, observing disciplined the
instructions of the Marshals, to line up in a controlled parking where there exists the parc fermé, in
chronological order of the race and stay waiting next to their cars, until the last conductor has finished the
test.
At the appropriate time the Race Director, or his appointee, reaches conductors parking and shall bring in
the place of departure, stacked behind their car.
All pilots, including those of the touring cars, should wear, belts and protective clothing; Helmet use is
mandatory for all cars open.
Are prohibited overtaking, the conduct of dangerous driving (type acceleration), the drift and similar
maneuvers. Violators are punished in money and / or other penalty established by the Stewards or by the
single judge.
During this passage, each driver is required to maintain continuous connection with the previous car, in order

Once in the place of departure, after the U-turn, all drivers must make himself available to the Race Director

Before the start of a race, the drivers are aware of the times and of the penalties of the previous run path.
c) The drivers who for whatever reason decide not to take the start, before the start of each round, have
the obligation to give notice to the Clerk of the Course. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in
exclusion from the rankings.
d) The drivers are required to attend the briefing of the Clerk of the places and times indicated in
"Program" of this R.P.G.
Absentees are reported to the Stewards or the Single Judge for its
disciplinary measures.
Alternatively, the Race Director may issue its own statement in which will have reported
a summary of the information and the latest instructions for regular participation in the tender. Called
statement must be delivered to all the conductors during the pre-race scrutineering.
Art. 11 - ARRIVAL TIMES AND DETECTION The arrival, indicated by a white strip transverse to the road, is "launched" and the detection of the time
occurs at 1/100 of a second by means of photocells connected to equipment writers.
Exceeded the arrival, the drivers must stop at the end of the straight deceleration and follow directions given
by the marshals.
Art. 12 - PARK CLOSED AFTER LAST RUN After the arrival of the last race, all the drivers must immediately conduct their own cars in the place of a park
closed, from where they can withdraw them before the expiry of the terms of the complaint and with the
permission of the Clerk of the Course.
Those who, having regularly played a round, they were unable to bring their car in parc ferme (for failure
during the heats provided or other acts of God), the car itself must entrust the supervision of a Commissioner
of Path and inform as soon as the Race Director.
Please note that the non-presence or the delayed entry of the car park closed automatically excludes from
the classification, unless further disciplinary action.
Art. 13 - REPORTS During the race are signals conform to Annex "H" of the International Sporting Code.
In particular, please note that:
• exposure of a flag waved means that you have created a situation of immediate danger (accident, sudden
obstacle, etc ...) and therefore the drivers are required to slow down their pace, prepared to stop if
necessary.
• exposure of two yellow flags together indicate grave danger.
Obviously the stretches where they are exposed yellow flags applies the absolutely no overtaking.
• the red flag requires the conductors to stop immediately.
• exposure of the yellow flag with vertical red stripes indicates the beginning of the slippery surface
• exposure of the blue flag signals to facilitate overtaking the oncoming car
Any infringement on the path, indicated by the Marshals, is examined by the Stewards and may result in
exclusion from the rankings.
Art. 14 - SCRUTINEERING POST - RACE The conductors are required to submit their cars for any technical checks arranged by the Stewards ex
officio or upon complaint.
Any list of cars to test office is exposed within 30 'from the arrival of the last conductor, at the Register of the
Race Direction.
Drivers are required to look through that list and, if interested, go immediately to the park closed at the
disposal of the Scrutineers.
A delay of more than 30 'is understood as a refusal to verification and will be excluded from the ranking,
in addition to disciplinary action as appropriate. The checks may also continue the day after the race.
Art. 15 - RANKINGS AND PENALTIES Under the provisions of the RDS Slalom, which are deemed fully transcribed, will be drawn up the charts:
Absolute (no groups: Alternative Energy, Autostoriche - Activities of Base), Group, Class, and for the Italian
Championship, rankings special: female, under 23 and Stables.
Results will be posted the notice board of the Race Direction and, in the absence of complaints, will become
final after 30 'from the maximum exposure.
Art. 16 - PROTESTS AND APPEALS Any complaints must be submitted in the manner and within the terms provided by the RSN together with a
fee of € 350.00 and, in case of a complaint against a car, as a security for the costs of verification
established by the Stewards, heard the Scrutineers, based on the table of characteristics referred to RSN.
For appeals apply the rules of the National Sporting Regulations; the fee is € 1,500.00
Art. 17 - PRIZES Will be awarded, as a minimum, the following awards of honor (indicate the nature):
