DESCRIZIONE
Isola di produzione automatica per l’esecuzione delle
saldature atte alla formatura del telaio edile da ponteggio.
L’applicazione si compone principalmente della zona dove
l’operatore carica i montanti, il traverso e l’archetto
precedentemente realizzati, la tavola rotante a 4 stazioni,
le stazioni di saldatura automatiche (con 14 saldatrici), la
traslazione post-lavorazione e la zona di scarico, dove
l’operatore controlla ed evacua i pezzi finiti.
La conformazione dell’impianto, grazie all’applicazione del
sistema centrale a tavola rotante, consente di abbassare
al minimo i tempi di produzione e di singolarizzare le aree
di carico e scarico dell’isola.
DESCRIPTION
Automatic production cel for the welding operations to obtain the
molding of the scaffolding building frame.
The application is made of the following areas:
area where the operator loads the previously produced upright
support, ledger and small arch;
4-station rotating table;
automatic welding stations (with 14 welding machines);
translation after the working step and the unloading area where
the operator controls and takes the finished pieces away.
Thanks to the application of the central system with rotating table,
this plant can strongly reduce the production times and single out
the loading and unloading area of the welding station.
BESCHREIBUNG
Automatische Produktionszelle zur Durchfuehrung der
Schweissung, um den Geruestrahmen zu erzielen.
Diese Produktionszelle besteht hauptsaechlich aus einer
Ladestation, wo der Bediener die vorher hergestellten
Staender, Quertraeger und kleine Bogen ladet, aus der
drehenden Tafel mit 4 Stationen, aus den automatischen
Schweissstationen (mit 14 Schweissmaschinen), aus
der Ueberfuehrung nach der Fertigung und aus der
Abladestation, wo der Bediener die Fertigteile kontrolliert
und wegnimmt.
Dank der Anwendung des zentralen Systems mit Drehtafel
koennen die Produktionszeiten herabgesetzt werden und
die Lade-und Abladestationen der Zelle ausgewaehlt
werden.

Isla de producción automática para la ejecución de las soldaduras
adecuadas al moldeado de la armazón del andamiaje.
La aplicación se compone principalmente de la zona donde el operario
carga los montantes, el travesaño y el arquillo anteriormente realizados,
la mesa rotatoria a 4 estaciones, las estaciones de soldadura
automáticas, con 14 soldadoras, el traslado post-elaboración y la zona
de descarga, donde el operador controla y evacua las piezas terminadas.
La conformación de la instalación, gracias a la aplicación del sistema
central a mesa rotatoria, permite bajar a lo mínimo los tiempos de
producción y seleccionar las áreas de carga y descarga de la isla.
