La Società Meteor-Map è stata tra le prime Aziende Italiane a Specializzarsi nei Materiali Acustici
per eliminare e correggere il Rumore, mettendo a punto una vasta gamma di prodotti per risolvere
efficacemente questo problema, che produce effetti gravissimi alle persone a livello psicofisico.

to correct and improve acoustic problems. A wide range of products are available, in stock, which

FONOASSORBENTI
ACOUSTIC INSULATION
(Materiali specifici per l’assorbimento del Rumore). Sono composti da poliuretano espanso flessibile a
celle aperte, con una densità di 35 Kg/m3 autoestinguenti non gocciolanti con CERTIFICAZIONE a
norma di Legge secondo la classe 2 e sono di colore antracite. Possono essere prodotti allo stato normale o con finiture superficiali Speciali: con Film protettivo anti olio-acqua e polvere dello spessore di
qualche micron, in finta pelle, in film d’alluminio, per applicazioni speciali.
(material used for noise absorption) This product is composed of an open-celled, flexible polyurethane foam with
35kg/m3 density, that is fire retardant and non-drip, with class 2 certification and comes in two shades of grey. The
material can be produced in standard form or with special surface finishes such as: anti-oil/water or dust protective
film with the thickness of a micron, leather finish or aluminium film for special applications.

SMORZANTI / FONOIMPEDENTI
DAMPING PRODUCTS
Gli smorzanti: (Materiali specifici per smorzare le vibrazioni delle parti colpite dal rumore). Sono prodotti
composti da materiali bituminosi elastici o gomme con cariche speciali che ne aumentano notevolmente
il peso specifico. Composti appositamente per smorzare la vibrazioni di lamierati.
I fonoimpedenti: (Materiali specifici per impedire al rumore di oltrepassare il prodotto stesso. Questo
grazie all’interposizione di una o più lamine di piombo).
(material used to dampen vibrations caused by noise) These products are composed of elastic bituminous material
or special charged rubber that increases the specific weight. The range has been specifically created to dampen
vibrations of metal components. Part of the damping range is made up of special products that impede noise.
This is possible due to the placement of one of more lead plates inside the product.

Questo prodotto con massa ottenuta interponendo una lamina di piombo dello spessore di
0,35 - 0,5 mm. viene utilizzato per eliminare la trasmissione del rumore da calpestio nei
pavimenti galleggianti, solai, e nelle pareti divisorie o per la fasciatura di condotte di scarico
e tubazioni varie. (Particolarmente indicati per il trattamento delle basse frequenze).

Questo prodotto con massa ad alta densità 4 kg/mq2 viene utilizzato per attutire le vibrazioni e le trasmissioni del rumore da calpestio nei pavimenti galleggianti e nelle pareti divisorie. Viene impiegato nelle cabine silenti per eliminare le vibrazioni causate dall’onda sonora
d’urto e migliorare l’isolamento acustico da trasmissione. (Particolarmente indicati per il trattamento delle basse frequenze). Disponibili con spessore: 2 mm. Formati: lastre 2x1 mt. o

divisorie. Vengono impiegati nelle cabine silenti per eliminare le vibrazioni causate dall’onda

(Materiali specifici per assorbire il rumore ed impedire allo stesso di oltrepassare il prodotto stesso).
Sono prodotti composti da più strati di Poliuretano espanso, con densità di 35 Kg. m3 , autoestinguente
non gocciolante con CERTIFICAZIONE a norma di Legge, secondo la Classe 2 con struttura cellulare e
peso diverso dai comuni espansi e da una o più lastre di piombo o, in alternativa, composti bituminosi
con peso specifico molto elevato che servono da barriera fonoisolante alle onde sonore.
(Material used for noise absorption and as a noise barrier) This product is composed of different layers of polyurethane
foam with a density of 35kg/m3, that is fire retardant and non-drip, with class 2 certification. It has a cellular structure
and a different weight from the common polyurethane foam, inside there are lead plates or specific heavy weight
bituminous material which creates a sound wave barrier.

Questi prodotti con massa ottenuta interponendo una o più lamine di piombo dello spessore di 0,35 - 0,5 mm. vengono utilizzati per assorbire ed eliminare la trasmissione del rumore
tra le pareti divisorie o nelle cofanature protettive insonorizzanti dove sono presenti rumori
con varie frequenze. (Particolarmente indicati per il fonoassorbimento e fonoisolamento
delle medie - basse frequenze). BUGNATI. Disponibili con spessori standard: 31 mm. LISCI e
con film protettivo disponibili con spessori standard: 18 mm. LISCI. Con film in alluminio

suited to insulate and absorb middle and low frequencies). “Rustication” available with a
standard thickness of 31mm. “Smooth” with protective film available with a standard thickness of 18mm. “Smooth” with aluminium film available with a standard thickness of 18mm.

CLASS 1 TYPE MELAMINE INSULATION MATERIAL
(Materiali specifici per l’assorbimento del rumore), composti in resina melaminica con basso peso specifico e ottima qualità di assorbenza, e una classificazione al fuoco di tutta sicurezza ( Certificati a Norma
di Legge e omologati in Classe 1). Materiali disponibili in una vasta gamma di forme e misure, bugnati,
piramidali, lisci o lavorati con sagomature particolari e con colorazioni secondo le esigenze del cliente.
(material used for noise absorption) This product is composed of a light weight melamine resin that has
an excellent absorption quality. The material is fire retardant, certified according to the norms and
homologated class 1. It is available in a wide range of shapes and measurements, rustication, pyramid,
smooth or special profiles and colours according to the client’s needs.
