DESCRIPTION: a peeling treatment based on 70% Glycolic Acid.
L’acido Glicolico, essendo il composto a minor peso molecolare fra tutti gli alfa-idrossiacidi, attraversa facilmente la cute, evitando di ricorrere a pH molto acidi.
E’ bene sapere che gli alfa-idrossiacidi sono acidi deboli e non si neutralizzano coaugulando le proteine della cute ma devono essere utilizzati con un tampone
molto debole (Peel Relief: codice 6673). Attualmente l’Acido Glicolico è il preferito come agente singolo per i peeling.
Glycolic Acid is the compound with the lowest molecular weight among alpha-hydroxy acids and it thus easily penetrates dermis, avoiding the need for extremely
acid PH levels. It is important to note that alpha-hydroxy acids are weak acids and are not neutralised by coagulating skin proteins, but they must be used with
a very weak pad (Peel Relief: code 6673). Currently, Glycolic Acid is the preferred individual peeling agent.

melasma, lentiggini e cheratosi seborroiche, cheratosi pilare e verruche.
PRODUCT FUNCTIONS: smoothing, exfoliating and anti-aging peeling; helps to combat signs of aging caused by sunlight, acne, melasma, freckles and
seborrheic keratosis, keratosis pilaris and verrucas.
MODALITA’ DI UTILIZZO: prima di effettuare il peeling è necessario detergere in profondità la parte interessata per rimuovere qualsiasi impurità. Con l‘aiuto del
dosatore contagocce, prelevare la quantità di prodotto desiderata. Successivamente stendere Glyco Peel sull’area da trattare con un pennello a ventaglio o con
un tampone (a seconda delle preferenze dell’operatore, il risultato è il medesimo) facendo attenzione agli occhi e ad eventuali parti già infiammate. Lasciare agire
Glyco Peel fino alla comparsa dell’eritema omogeneo (di solito per un massimo di 5 minuti). Neutralizzare la parte con l’eritema con Peel Relief (gel tampone: codice
6673) in modo da arrestare la reazione dell’acido a livello della cute fino al termine della reazione schiumosa. I residui di Peel Relief devono essere rimossi con
un panno umido.
HOW TO USE: before applying the peeling, the area involved must be cleansed thoroughly to remove any impurity. Take the required quantity of product by
using the measuring dropper. Next, apply Glyco Peel over the area using a fan brush or pad (as preferred by the operator, the result is the same) paying attention
to areas around the eyes and areas that are already inflamed. Glyco Peel must be left on the skin until an even erythema appears (usually for a maximum of
5 minutes). Neutralise the reddened parts with Peel Relief (pad gel: code 6673) to stop the reaction of the acid at skin level until foaming stops. Remove the
remains of Peel Relief with a damp cloth.

L’Acido Mandelico e’ un alfa-idrossiacido derivato dalle mandorle, una molecola a otto atomi di carbonio e proprio a questa sua composizione deve la sua peculiare caratteristica attività. Peel Mand è perfetto quando si esige un peeling chimico che agisca efficacemente senza procurare bruciore ne’ rossore. Al contrario
il principio e’ particolarmente attivo nella riparazione e riattivazione della pelle invecchiata, ha insite proprietà antibiotiche e si rivela quindi efficace nell’acne
infiammatoria non cistica. Da non sottovalutare, inoltre, le accertate capacità depigmentanti. L’esfoliazione cutanea e’ progressiva, finemente furfurea, facilmente
nascosta dall’idratazione con creme idonee, persistente per vari giorni ma mai fastidiosa o evidente. L’Acido Mandelico non e’ fotosensibilizzante ed e’ quindi
applicabile sempre. Inoltre non risente in particolar modo del fototipo del paziente, tanto da poter essere applicato su fototipi alti proprio per l’assenza di rischio
iperpigmentante. L’Acido Mandelico è una molecola assolutamente sicura ed esente da complicanze anche minime come l’arrossamento del viso; questa sua
caratteristica non va comunque a discapito dei risultati che seguono la sua applicazione.
Mandelic Acid is an alpha-hydroxy acid derived from almonds, a molecule with eight carbon atoms resulting in a unique and characteristic action. It is mainly
recommended for chemical peeling treatments that act without causing burning or reddening, but is equally effective. This principle is particularly effective for
the repair and reactivation of aged skin; it has innate antibiotic properties and is thus effective for the treatment of non-cystic inflammatory acne. Its confirmed
depigmentation action should also not to be underestimated. Skin exfoliation is progressive, producing fine flaking that can easily be hidden using suitable
moisturisers. It persists for several days, but is never irritating or obvious. Mandelic Acid is not photosensitising and so can be applied at any time. Furthermore,
the action is not particularly affected by the patient’s phototype and it can be applied to high phototypes because there is no risk of hyperpigmentation. Mandelic
acid is a totally safe molecule that causes no complications, even slight ones such as facial reddening, without diminishing the results that can be achieved.

L’Acido Salicilico è un beta-idrossiacido con effetti anti-iperplastici sull’epidermide, antiinfiammatori e antimicrobici. Questo tipo di peeling è indicato per l’acne
volgare, l’acne rosacea, il melasma, l’iperpigmentazione postinfiammatoria, le lentiggini, le lesioni da radiazioni solari e per la texture cutanea ruvida. I peeling
con Acido Salicilico sono ben tollerati da tutti i tipi cutanei e da tutti i gruppi etnici, dopo diversi minuti il peeling può indurre un effetto anestetico aumentando
così la tolleranza dal paziente.
Salicylic Acid is a beta-hydroxy-acid that has antihyperplastic, anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial effects on the skin. This type of peeling is recommended for
common acne, acne rosacea, melasma, post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, freckles, sunburn damage and rough textured skin. Peeling using Salicylic Acid
is well tolerated by all skin types and by all ethnic groups. After a few minutes the peel compound may induce a slight anaesthetic effect, increasing patient
tolerance.

MODALITA’ DI UTILIZZO: prima di effettuare il peeling è necessario detergere in profondità la parte interessata per rimuovere qualsiasi impurità. Con l‘aiuto del
dosatore contagocce, prelevare la quantità di prodotto desiderata. Successivamente stendere Peel Sal sull’area da trattare con un pennello a ventaglio o con
un tampone (a seconda delle preferenze dell’operatore, il risultato è il medesimo) facendo attenzione agli occhi e ad eventuali parti già infiammate. Applicare in
totale da 2 a 3 strati di soluzione sulle zone da trattare. Lasciare in sede 3-5 minuti. Un precipitato bianco, indice di cristallizzazione dell’Acido Salicilico, inizia a
formarsi da 30 secondi a un minuto dopo l’applicazione del prodotto. Neutralizzare la parte con l’eritema con Peel Relief (gel tampone: codice 6673) in modo da
arrestare la reazione dell’acido a livello della cute fino al termine della reazione schiumosa. I residui di Peel Relief devono essere rimossi con un panno umido.
Se ne consiglia l’utilizzo a intervalli di 2-4 settimane, per ottenere risultati ottimali sono sufficienti 3-6 peeling.

white precipitate, index of crystallization of Salicylic Acid, begins to form from 30 seconds to one minute after application of the product. Neutralise the reddened
parts with Peel Relief (pad gel: code 6673) to stop the reaction of the acid at skin level until foaming stops. Remove the remains of Peel Relief with a damp cloth.
Peel Sal is normally used at intervals of 2-4 weeks, and optimum results are achieved with 3-6 peelings.

L’Acido Salicilico è ben tollerato da tutti i tipi cutanei e da tutti i gruppi etnici, dopo diversi minuti il peeling può indurre un effetto anestetico aumentando così la
tolleranza dal paziente. L’Acido Piruvico (CH3–CO–COOH) e’ un alfa chetoacido a tre atomi di carbonio, da sempre considerato un acido di discreta potenza,
che lo rende piu’ potente degli Acidi Glicolico e Salicilico. L’Acido Mandelico e’ particolarmente attivo nella riparazione e riattivazione della pelle invecchiata, ha
insite proprietà antibiotiche e si rivela quindi efficace nell’acne infiammatoria non cistica. Il mix di questi tre acidi consente di avere ottimi risultati senza grossi
problemi di bruciori o infiammazioni.

for the treatment of non-cystic inflammatory acne. The combination of these three acids gives excellent results without causing particular problems in terms of
burning or inflammation.
