The Regional Fee for the Right to Higher
Education was established by law n° 549
of 28.12.1995 and was disciplined by the
regional law n°4 of 03.01.2005 to increase
the financial resources of the regions aimed
at the benefits provision to capable,
deserving and destitute university students..

When and
and how can you pay the
Regional Fee?
Students enrolled in the Universities of
Florence, Pisa and Siena
For each academic year you pay the
Regional Fee together with the first
enrollment-instalment;
All the other university students
For each academic year-enrollment you
have to pay the Regional Fee directly to
the Azienda per il Diritto allo Studio
Universitario, trough the website
www.dsu.toscana.it and accessing to the
online services portal, where you can
make your payment by entering the
required data.
The deadline for payment of Regional Fee,
considering that must be made together
with the enrollment for each academic
year, is fixed in the latest enrollment-date
foreseen by the Universities and Institutes
regulations.
Which are the Regional Fee direct
payment methods?
MAV form created online (Payment by
notice)
The MAV form can be paid:
- Directly by any bank agency;
- By
ATM
(automated
teller
machine) of any italian bank;
- trough Home Banking.
Bank payment cards (virtual bank POS)
It can be used credit cards and prepaid
cards, including Visa, Mastercard and
Diners Club International.
In special cases due to the inability to make
payment trough one of the fixed conditions you
can use a postal current account bill (ccp) after
communicating to ARDSU.

The amount of the Regional Fee is
€140.00.
Relieved from Regional Fee
Relieved from the Regional Fee are:
• Students recipients of scholarship
and the students eligible for this
benefit;
• Students with disabilities relieved by
the respective institutions from the
payment
of
entry
tax
or
enrollment.
