Klindex è stata fondata nel 1988 da Ercole ed Enio Bibiano. I fratelli Bibiano,
con oltre 10 anni di esperienza nella vendita di macchine per la pulizia,
inventarono e brevettarono un nuovo sistema per lucidare pavimenti in
marmo e granito utilizzando dischi abrasivi diamantati. Inizialmente non
fu facile introdurre il nuovo sistema in quanto i clienti erano riluttanti a
credere che la nuova macchina potesse migliorare il lavoro svolto dalle
grosse tradizionali levigatrici. Dopo pochi anni, grazie ai buoni risultati
ottenuti dai primi clienti, la diffidenza è stata superata e il sistema Klindex
è diventato “il miglior sistema per lucidare marmi e graniti”. In pochissimo
tempo professionisti e produttori di tutto il mondo hanno iniziato a utilizzare
con successo le macchine Klindex. Il culmine del successo è stato
raggiunto quando, alla più importante Fiera Internazionale delle macchine
per pulire INTERCLEAN 2000 - AMSTERDAM, Klindex ha ottenuto un
importante riconoscimento: la nomination per il più innovativo prodotto del
2000 con la monospazzola UNIKA, nomination ri-vinta nel 2004 con la
nuova IDRAULIKUS. Klindex è l’unica azienda italiana ad aver vinto la
manifestazione 2 volte.
La nostra azienda continua a lavorare con impegno per migliorare i suoi
prodotti e a investire tempo e denaro nella ricerca per offrire sempre ai suoi
clienti le migliori macchine per pulire e lucidare pavimenti.
Klindex was founded by Ercole and Enio Bibiano in 1988. The Bibiano brothers, with over 10 years of experience in the sale of machines for the
cleaning industry, perfected and patented their new system for polishing natural stone using the synthetic diamond pads technology. At first it wasn’t
easy to introduce this new technology, because the customers were reluctant to believe that such innovation could improve upon the tried and proved
method geared around the traditional heavy grinding machines. After a few years, however, thanks to the results and testimonials coming in from early
customers, skepticism began fading to the point that the KLINDEX SYSTEM is now recognized as arguably “the best system for grinding and polishing
all kinds of natural stones.” In a remarkably short period of time, contractors and fabricators from all over the world have been having a great deal of
success with the Klindex floor care systems.
Official recognition of the Bibiano’s achievement came in the form of the coveted NOMINATION FOR THE MOST INNOVATIVE PRODUCT AWARD
conferred to Klindex at the Amsterdam Interclean 2000 Convention for the monobrush UNIKA. This nomination has been acknowledged again on
2004 with “IDRAULIKUS”.

quest’ultimi la klindex s.r.l. Riesce a materializzare le esigenze del mercato. L’attività
di progettazione è svolta interamente all’interno dell’azienda ed è sostenuta da
programmi di calcolo all’avanguardia. Nel 2004 la klindex s.r.l. Ha raggiunto un nuovo
traguardo: la certificazione UNI EN ISO 9001: 2000 per la “Progettazione, produzione,
vendita ed assistenza di macchine per la pulizia e la lucidatura di superfici civili ed
industriali” che ha contribuito a rendere ancora più solido questo processo cardine per
la crescita dell’azienda.
La Klindex svolge abitualmente attività di ricerca e sviluppo in collaborazione con
l’Università degli studi de L’Aquila dipartimento di Energetica, ogni anno vengono
sviluppati sempre più progetti che diventano oggetto di Tesi di laurea di Ingegneria.
 
Ogni anno la Klindex contribuisce a formare nuovi ingegneri progettisti.
 
La Klindex ha una speciale considerazione per l’impatto ambientale, da cui tutta la
ricerca è finalizzata all’uso di materiali ecologici e con residui non nocivi.

trasformare il calcestruzzo ordinario in una superficie bella da vedere, lucida a specchio e facile da pulire!!!
Il “SUPERCONCRETE” è chiamato “il pavimento del futuro”.
Il processo di lucidatura del calcestruzzo è l’ultima generazione di pavimenti, è un sistema di lavorazione molto veloce e non necessita di cere. Grazie
ai recenti progressi delle tecniche e delle attrezzature per la lucidatura, gli imprenditori ora stanno lucidando i pavimenti in calcestruzzo, sia nuovi
che vecchi, con risultati di finitura pari a un marmo e senza l’ausilio di cere, vernici, resine o di rivestimenti che possano sbucciarsi e consumarsi nel
tempo. Un pavimento in calcestruzzo lucidato fornisce un rivestimento estremamente durevole di alta qualità simile alle pietre naturali come marmo
o terrazzo, ma con una maggiore durezza perché ha un’alta resistenza all’usura. Di conseguenza il calcestruzzo lucidato è diventato molto popolare
nelle zone molto trafficate poiché fornisce una superficie di facile manutenzione. Il metodo genera una superficie molto piana e regolare, esteticamente
molto bella, ideale per gli scopi industriali e commerciali. La superficie piana fa diminuire notevolmente l’attrito che si verificano sulle ruote del carrello
elevatore, ciò riduce il bisogno di manutenzione sulle parti di consumo quali pneumatici e trasmissioni. L’assenza di copertura d’isolamento elettrica
riduce lo sforzo sui componenti elettronici causati dai disturbi ESD. I benefici sul luogo di lavoro sono anche maggiori per gli operai. I problemi dovuti
dalle profonde macchie dei pneumatici su pavimenti di resina epossidica svaniscono perché il SUPERCONCRETE non trattiene affatto i segni della
gomma (questa è la ragione per la quale il pavimento può essere mantenuto pulito con un minimo di sforzo in modo ecologico).
La maggiore durezza e prestazione del calcestruzzo lucidato è stata apprezzata nei magazzini e nelle fabbriche, negli uffici, nei ristoranti, nelle
concessionarie automobilistiche, nei garage, nelle sale d’esposizione e nelle case, grazie al basso costo, all’alta durevolezza, alla lunga vita, all’alta

The Super Concrete Floor System is a method created and developed by Klindex through patented grinding machines and special diamond
tools to transform ordinary concrete into a beautiful, glossy, easy-to-clean surface!!!
The Super Concrete Floor System (or Polished Concrete in USA), is called “the floor system of the future”.
Polished concrete is fast becoming the ultimate no-wax flooring material. Thanks to recent advances in polishing equipment and techniques, contractors
are now grinding concrete floor surfaces, whether new or old to a high-gloss finish that never needs waxes or coatings than can peel or wear off.
A Polished Concrete floor provides an extremely high quality durable finish similar in appearance to natural stones as marble or terrazzo. But with a
superior hardness because it has a high resistance against traffic wear. Therefore Polished Concrete has become very popular in high traffic areas
as it provides an easy maintenance surface. The method creates a very flat and smooth surface, ideal for industrial purposes with very beautiful and
aesthetically appearing. The flat surface greatly decreases the vibrations that otherwise appears in forklift. This reduces the need of maintenance on
wearing parts such as tyres and transmission. The absence of an electrical isolating covering reduces the stress on electronic components caused by

How the systems works: The device consists of three filters in cartridge. During vacuum (fig.1), air passes through the filters to the outside.
During automatic self-filter cleaning (fg2): At ceratain intervals (governed by a timer) the machine automatically cleans the filters one at a time.
During this phase the air intake is sent inside the filter producing in the same time two effects:
- Sets in motion an eccentric device that will produce a strong vibration effect of the filter.
- Simultaneously this same air blows out of the filter and a perfect cleans is guaranteed.
During this phase of cleaning filter the others two filters still work without stopping to vacuum dust .

I nuovi aspiratori Supervak sono stati progettati per aspirare in continuo grandi quantità di polvere senza alcuna interruzione per la pulizia dei filtri.
Grazie al SISTEMA BREVETTATO “automatic self-cleaning filter” permettono all’operatore di aspirare polveri, anche finissime senza l’intasamento
dei filtri. I Supervak sono gli unici aspiratori al mondo che, per mezzo della VIBRAZIONE e CONTRO-SOFFIAGGIO puliscono automaticamente
i tre filtri di cui sono dotati.
Principali caratteristiche:
- Sistema brevettato di pulizia filtro con vibrazione e contro-soffiaggio.
- Pulizia in continuo: l’aspirazione è sempre in funzione anche durante la pulizia dei filtri.
- Timer elettronico per la regolazione del ciclo di pulizia filtri in base alle esigenze e al tipo di polvere.

Tutti I modelli serie SUPERVAK grazie ai filtri auto-pulenti sono gli aspirapolvere ideali per aspirazione di
grandi quantità di polvere anche finissime. Gli unici che permettono di aspirare polvere come cemento,
gesso, farine, trucioli e polvere di legno, polvere di industrie ceramica senza doversi fermare per pulire
i filtri. Ideali da collegare a levigatrici per pavimenti. I modelli KY80 e KY90 hanno caratteristiche simili,
ma diverse altezze e superficie filtrante. I modelli KY80M e KY90M sono le rispettive versioni più
economiche. Essendo privi del timer elettronico, la pulizia viene effettuata tirando l’apposita leva, che,
inverte il flusso dell’aria e aziona la girante nel filtro da pulire. Anche in questo caso l’aspirazione non
si interrompe.
