Pneumatic control valves series “VP IND-G”
Le valvole di regolazione serie VP IND-G
hanno il corpo a due vie tipo a globo e
otturatore guidato superiormente e
inferiormente.
Il design della valvola consente una
manutenzione molto semplice e veloce, il
seggio è sostituibile.
La tenuta è metallica.
La tenuta premistoppa è autoregistrante e
autoregolante esente da manutenzione.
Sono progettate e costruite specificatamente per la regolazione di impianti
industriali per servizi pesanti nell’industria
chimica, petrolchimica.
Le valvole VP IND-G sono azionate da
attuatori pneumatici a molle interne S200,
S275, S335, S430 ad azione diretta o
inversa.
Le valvole possono essere fornite con
accessori quali :

Le valvole di regolazione a
gabbia VP IND-G sono state
progettate e costruite per operare
in qualsiasi condizioni con
qualsiasi fluido.
Questo tipo speciale di otturatore
ha la funzione di attenuare la
rumorosità che si genera al
passaggio del fluido tra sede e
otturatore.
A secondo del livello sonoro da
abbattere viene utilizzata la
gabbia SINGOLA o la gabbia
DOPPIA.
Questa scelta viene effettuata dai
tecnici specializzati mediante un
programma di calcolo.
L’otturatore
rimane
sempre
guidato nella sede, caratteristica
determinante per evitare vibrazioni che potrebbero causare
risonanze dannose per il corretto
funzionamento della valvola, oltre
a ciò garantisce un allineamento
costante rispetto alla sede.
